    Please 86 the sticker next time, it does nothing to enhance the flavor of the sandwich. Very careless employees at this location. Who knows what else might end up in your breakfast? I'd recommend just throwing your money in the trash if you are considering eating at this establishment. Save yourself some time. Update: I made a mistake (I'm only human, after all), I went back. My original review gave this particular location 2 stars. It doesn't deserve that many. This time I ordered and paid for cheese on my sausage biscuit. They went as far as printing a special label to mark my special order, but neglected to actually add the cheese. Why doesn't Wendy's have breakfast?!?

    No one in drive thru lane I was happy only ordered 2 drinks thought wow I'll be done in no time. Sit at food window over 8 minutes while the workers are chatting it up etc finally a worker comes to the window and we say we only ordered 2 drinks and by the way they were sitting right there by the window and she gets an attitude of course because that's the new normal and says we'll I'm the only one up here you need to give me a minute she then slams the window turns around and says something to her coworkers turns back around slams window open and gives us our drinks no thank you sorry for your wait this mcdonalds needs new management and all new employees

    just went through the drive thru on Dueber and when i tell you i always have problems here and never say anything but this is too much. there's no chicken on the sandwich i ordered. they still put the Ranch on when i said no ranch. you're job isn't that hard, if you don't like it work somewhere else instead of wasting people's time and money.

    I only ever go to order my kid a happy meal but every time I dread having to interact with the staff and their attitudes, they always treat you like the biggest inconvenience. Then after dealing with the attituds normally there is always something missing from said happy meal. If it was so close to my house I probably wouldn't even go at all, it only seems to get worse.

    If your considering going here, don't. Take the time to go elsewhere. Never fails to disappoint. Will refuse to give you things you paid for. Food cold every single time. Women working at the window should not ever be allowed to speak to customers because they rude, unintelligent, and could care less about you having a good experience and good meal, or giving you what you paid for.

    Stopped at the Dueber location on 8/28 @ around 10:30 am. The worst!! Older lady was trying to take care of everyone while the others were to busy signing and dancing acting a fool. Manager ignored everyone while she flipped her hair around a little to close to the food. Gross!!!!! I waited almost 15 min for a mocha Frappuccino, which was made wrong but I couldn't even be mad at the older employee because she was trying and obviously overwhelmed by the lack of help from her younger coworkers. Do better McDonald's

    Every time I come to this location I'm not pleased. The employees are rude or have attitudes. They don't give you your receipt and my food is either messed up, burnt or missing something from my order. They need a lot more training when it comes to customer service

    I ordered 2 big Mac meals and a bacon mcdouble. Girl taking order tried being slick and said "was that a mcdouble add bacon?" I know you heard me ask for a bacon mcdouble so why you trying to switch it up so it's more expensive? I worked at McDonald's in another county for 3 years. I'm not stupid. On another note, the girl taking money had enough common curiously to fix that without me asking so cudos to her! Get home which is only 3 minutes away if that and my food is cold and taste stale. Now I remember why I've stopped going to all canton locations. Every single canton McDonald's location sucks! You're slow, ignorant and apparently don't serve hot food anymore either. I can deal with being ripped off a few cents for your pointless pleasure and even waiting in line in the drive thru for 20 minutes but just to be served cold stale food? Gtfoh! Get it together!

    If I could give zero stars I would. The owner, John, was very very rude to his employees and rude to me. There was no parking because of an event at a nearby church. I am a door dasher and parked out front because again no available spots, the owner rudely told me I had to park in a spot so I moved my car to a spot after I had to wait for one to open and went inside. Inside the employees were trying to do the best they could while the owner was scolding them. Not to mention all his employees had masks on but he did not. It was very unprofessional and I will never eat or dash there again.

    I haven't been to this location in a long time due to the mean hateful and careless people employed here..I decided this morning I would give it a go.First off the person at the speaker was nothing but rude second off when trying to tell them I ordered online they snapped at me and the person in the back who collects your money runs to the front and proceeds to speak about me as if I wasn't even there.She then decides to stick her head out the window and tell me that my order wasn't paid for like I was some kind of POS. We are all human and make mistakes but what happened to customer service??!This location doesn't care about quality or customer care only making money that in my opinion they don't deserve considering the lack of customer service and lack of any shred of personality whatsoever. Not only do they mistreated the people who keep that location open by returning despite the mistreatment they can care less if your order is correct nor do they worry if the food is fresh.I promise this is the last time I will be wasting my hard earned money at this crumby location. I only gave one star cause I couldn't leave none.

    Nobody's answering the speaker. No sign or communication on what's going on. We park go Inside. The managers telling people they're out of fries then says well actually we do have them. Everyone's asking ok so what's going on then and she just says oh I don't know. Employee is also walking around being rude with his shirt off. Extremely unprofessional manager and employees. After being there 40 minutes food was still disgusting.

    It's McDonalds what do you expect. The only complaint I have is the burgers I got were dry and burnt. Other then that everything was fine. The lady at the front counter was a sweetheart. She was in training and was doing a fine job

    Don't order from them I ordered a plain chicken sandwich and they couldn't even make that correctly. I don't mean to sound rude but it doesn't take rocket science to put a piece of chicken on a bun and put it out the window and apparently that was too hard for them. I'm glad my husband had more sense to check his food considering he's allergic to mayonnaise!!!!!

    I placed an order through the McD's app. They forgot an item, but claimed they aren't responsible. The manager was a real B about the whole situation. "Yes, I run the store, but I can't be responsible for anything that goes wrong. Call Door Dash." I ordered through their app, as I said, but I guess they subcontract out delivery to Door Dash. That's fine. But it's their fault an item was missing, not Door Dash's. If she was nice about it, I would have forgiven the mistake. But she was so nasty on the phone.

    Woman at the first window was very rude. Woman at the second window was rude as well. They make it seem like your a problem even though they took a job knowing they would be interacting with other people. Waited what seemed like forever for my food as well. Do better!

    It was completely ridiculous and so unprofessional. While all the teeny boppers were bopping away and gloating over ones selves, we stood there for at least 20 mins. No other customers inside, and a slow a 2>drive thru window ok. FOR A ICE COFFEE! Oh and I had my 5 and 9 year old daughters with me, and the girl doing front counter/dining room, just pretty munched mopped right along into us while we were waiting. And not a single employee acknowledged us.

    Understaffed so it’s hit or miss. I wouldn’t recommend picking up breakfast in the early morning Ever from this location. They only staff two people; the one taking orders regularly is just miserable and she lets you know. The other lady is pleasant and patient, smiling and handing you your order. I can’t start my day on that sort of roller coaster.

    Food was fresh but I'm Vegetarian I asked for a cheese burger NO MEAT & they still charge me for meat! I'm the one that put WENDY'S Veggie burger on the map for 99¢ they are over a dollar now but come on Mikey D's get hip on the VEGETARIAN FOLKS! & I NEVER BARELY EAT OUT! 🎯🏌🏽‍♀️😭😭❌⭕❌⭕‼️

    Went in ordered our food waiting 20 minutes just to get it when it wasn’t busy. The meat was burnt & we was missing a large fries went back up & waiting another 20 minutes to let them know what we was missing while they all stood there watching us while they was shoving food in their mouth dancing. All the soda in the dining room was out. Would not recommend this location.

    Not a great experience. I'm just a guy with $11 coming inside to eat... it was much more important for everyone to fill those $80 orders to go to the app drivers. All good, likely more money in that. I'll just move on.

    Figured I'd order at the kiosk make it easy. Was 4 sandwiches and a pie took more than 15 minutes and was a very uncomfortable experience. Foods not worth the cost when it's not done properly. Felt very unwelcome. All good just won't come back to Dueber.

    This is the worst McDonald's I've ever used. I ordered on the app for curbside pickup, they took a long time to bring our food out. Got home I'm missing 2 cheeseburgers, I call them and they finally tell me to come back. I drive all the way back and again I have to wait almost 20 minutes for 2 little cheeseburgers because no one remembers talking to me. I end up ordering 2 McChickens and they're gross. Slimey lettuce and super hard buns. I'm done never again will I waste my time or money here.

    Went through the drive-thru and our server was very pleasant and helpful. Although I don't frequent McDonald's, it is a quick and easy alternative to eating at a sit down restaurant.

    As soon as I walked in I saw the front and back of the house clean. I looked at the people working behind the counter and they all were getting THE JOB DONE! No one was goofing around and everybody pitched in. I had two people in front of me and they were gone by the time I touched the kiosk to order. Good job y’all!

    If your looking for horrible service and crack addict's trying to shake your hand when your trying to order. I have the place for you. Jumped off the highway really quick to grab a burger. It was around 10:40AM. Both lines of the drive thru where pretty packed and after waiting a few minutes I thought it may be better to just run inside since the lines were moving slow. I ran into the lobby that had no one at the counter. I sat at the counter for a few minutes until someone finally came over. I ordered a double only ketchup Med Fri Med Coke, the custom order took a few minutes to get right. While waiting 12 minutes for my order i was approach by a couple crack heads. The cleared the drive thru twice and filled several Door Dash orders until finally getting to mine. All in all I was there just under 30 minute. I would never EVER go back there for any reason.

    This is the absolute worst McDonalds. They literally never greet you in the drive-thru, but get an attitude when you say, "hello?" 99% of the time I have to repeat my order after waiting forever for a greeting or order confirmation. Idk if it's poor management or poor crew, but good lawd get it together. I'll just drive to Canton South next time. I'm in line right now and had to beep because an employee was on her phone while my food was just sitting lmao what a joke.

    Fast service, My Husband & I ordered Their Strawberry & Cream Pies * (Which used to be a seasonal item)* Buuuut...if your a "Super Fan" of them, as Myself, then you'll be happy to hear after many trips to uhrichsville multiple McDonald's in our other surrounding counties I have found that they are serving them all the year round, they're just not on the menu. I dk why?!?!... *You Just Have To Ask For Them.. Also, were got the Caramel Frapp's and as always those too were delicious😊😋

    My kids love McDonald's so we visit frequently but after the terrible service today and the fact that I notified the manager at the window then still had to make a call back after I left for my order being messed up and being overcharge the nonchalant reply she gave me let me know they are no longer worried about customer service just our money! No worries we will not spend money here again, its a shame that people can talk to you any kind of way and the manager does absolutely nothing about it !

    Hey look! It's another McDonalds review! I go to a lot of fast food joints and McDonalds gets a fair amount of traffic from me. Amyway, this location is about as good as the rest. They can be a bit slow at times but not much more than average.

    Waited 12 minutes in drive thru for a medium chocolate shake and a large coke. Bad thing was I spent more wait time at the window after I paid starting at my coke through the window.
