I've gotten questionable produce when ordering pickup before, which I expect, because I know they aren't spending time picking decent stuff. It's probably company policy to pick the worst of the bunch so the better stuff is left for customers that are picking it out themselves.... But this is ridiculous. These potatoes are what I received today. The stench was so overwhelmingly disgusting when I opened my trunk (not a long drive, maybe 5 minutes). How this got past everyone before it got to me, I have no idea. (10.6.22): These are the "white mushrooms" I just got through pickup... I think I'll just add rotten food photos here each time I get something like this from now on. (2.25.23): Got more sopping wet, rotten, smelly potatoes. Cool!

Unfortunately it's the only store in the area for food and household items. Especially since the family dollar on 62 closed. They are literally always out of stock on at least half of their groceries. The cashiers are slow. It's so difficult to find any employee to ask a question to and if you do find one... "it's not my job" is the most common response. Not like I was asking them to do anything crazy or even labor intensive just a simple "where can I find this item". I try using the app to find things myself but when I get to the correct aisle location there's absolutely no stock of the item even though the app shows multiple in inventory. I always select "pick up in store" so I know they have it. Managers just say "oh well it must have been stolen" or "it could be in the back but I can't check for you". Its a very frustrating trip anytime I've shopped there. I avoid it at all costs if I can.

The Greeter had no empathy for person's with disabilities. She lacked RESPECT and operated with much leisure. Hope her attitude becomes better. Today 8-25-22, I went to Walmart on Atlantic Blvd and the customer service was great. I was helped without attitude. I was greeted by the Greeter and spoken to by several workers. I also passed by a customer who was wearing the perfect t-shirt, which simply read: "Choose Kindness". Lovely experience.😁

I didn't have my card on me (which is my own fault), but I asked the cashier ringing up my things if I could do it manually. He said yes and after entering my payment details, it didn't go through for some reason. he called a customer service employee for help. the customer service employee came over and after the cashier informed her what happened, she immediately had a rude attitude/tone and informed me that I had to have my actual card on me. I had to cancel my purchase and while they offered to put my things on hold (which I accepted), I don't appreciate the immediate rude attitude from the customer service employee. kindness is a thing and you should use it. update: I went back to customer service later that same day with my actual card to pay for my things on hold. When I asked about my items, I was informed that everything was put back. so not only did I get attitude, but it was a waste of my time as I had to go back and look for everything again. Because of employee attitude towards customers, I wouldn't suggest going to this location and if you have to, use online pickup/delivery or use the self checkout.

Love the selection. Always have what I need. The staff is excellent. I had cashier Jennifer and she was super nice and had overall a good vibe there and shopping experience!

Normally I do not have issues but lately the workers at this location need attitude checks. Self check out was glitching and it said need assistance. Waited for the worker and she was too busy talking to another coworker who was suppose to be watching the exit. After waving her down she walked over and said " I can take f*ing longer if you want." You are there to do your job not talk to other workers when self checkout is the only thing open because evidently they consider standing there a job. Reopen the cash registers with people again or put those workers who cannot be civilized to customers in the back.

It's convenience comes at a price. Tired of being treated like they are the only choice in town. If you can't keep or get employees don't you think maybe you are the problem. Buheler's is really I nice store

Customer service is 50/50. 50% somewhat helpful and 50% non helpful at all, rude and lazy. Especially their card vendor she is a nightmare and is absolutely rude and disrespectful.

Came in to return a battery 3 days after purchase because it did not fit. Was there before 5 pm. I was given the run around on where to take my battery return, then told the auto center was closed, when I pulled up the hours online the young man at customer service told me “you can’t believe everything you see online”. A manager was brought over and found someone to test my unused battery to get the return done. When they finally were able to, I realized after leaving the store I was not returned my core money or either receipt for original purchase or the return. If I could give no stars for this trip, I would.

Scheduled auto appointment for 7:00 AM. Been waiting over 25 minutes at locked doors, still nobody here. ☹️ One of the other two customers standing outside with me called management and was told nobody was scheduled today and to come back later. Interesting because I had an appointment scheduled several days ago… management dropped the ball 🏈 this time. Would have been nice if someone came outside to tell us instead of letting us wait and call them. 🤦‍♂️

Well sense i became homeless and staying night time at the walmart parking lot on Rt62. They have been kind to only call the cops on me 1 time and that was like night 4. Service inside the store was good. Its been 45 days and i have afew more days of moving stuff but hope to be gone for good ... But Wal-Mart is a 95 in my book.

62 Walmart store manager you should be a shame for This store has poor service. The parking lot is rough has potholes. They don’t take care of cleaning up trash. The inside of the store is filthy, but when I went to the other Walmart on Tuscarawas more nicer than ours on Northeast and Tuscarawas Walmart nicer isles and nicer check outs

One of the worst customer experiences in my 48 years of life!!! Delivery left out ALL of my meats and other refrigerated items and bc said items weren't left behind in the store by the driver, in other words they took the items but just didn't deliver them, I am not able to get my missing items, 11 of them, delivered to me and I have to wait an entire week, OUT ALL THAT MONEY, to get my money back!! Where is the accountability for these drivers? Where are my items, in the delivery driver's refrigerator? Probably because again they have no accountability and customers are just taken advantage of supremely! Shameful!!!!

This walmart is known as the one you're most likely to get robbed at. I've never had any trouble though 🤷‍♂️

Ordering online and picking up our groceries is very easy, with lots of time choices to fit one's schedule. They also have tended to have some items we can't find at other area Walmarts.

Unfortunately this location didn’t benefit from the goat that was Gail Lewis. If they had her it would’ve been top of the line.

I usually come here everyday because I'm a 3 minute drive from here, they workers are nice and always greet me as I walk in the door, the self checkouts are usually always open. Shelves are always stocked unless a holiday. The only con i can think of is the inconsiderate customers but that is not Walmarts fault that people can't behave. Overall nice walmart, better than the one on Tusc and the layout is better than the one in North canton.

One of the smallest Walmarts I have been in but the store was clean & nice. There were 2 gals at the front (not sure if they were "greeters" or not?) BUT the one was kind of rude. Didn't acknowledge my husband saying "hi", at all.

I order groceries once a week every week and have for 3 years now. for the past about 3 months literally every order has been messed up. Not sure if the store is messing up or if the drivers are just not giving everything in the order but its not good. completely hosed me for Thanksgiving Dinner.

Why do the customers not move out of the way? Why are the customers so rude? Why is your greeter performing as loss prevention when he's not being paid as such? The young lady in automotive was very nice, though.

This store is terrible...If you look up something online and it tells you at this store and what aisle...and...you go there...forget it...This keeps happening....Why can't Walmart get their act together? Why can't they update their online products? Why does this stupid store tell me they have something in this aisle and I go there and it's not there at all...no where.....keeps happening....terrible....wasted my time........go somewhere else.

This parking lot is dangerous! There's pot-holes everywhere, and the direction of lanes is never adhered to. I will say that the workers here are friendlier than the location at the Strip.

They play good music. Everything's is easy to find. The items are were you would expect them. Employees are funny and will make you laugh!

Not in the greatest of neighborhoods..However they do have a gas station(Murphies oil) so you could use a Walmart gift card towards gas or cigarettes if you smoke there..Is surrounded by alot of different fast food places as well(McDonald's,Burger King,KFC,and Arby's. Update: There Halloween/Holiday sales are running alot cheaper then other stores I've been too!! Which is always a positive outlook! Secondly they've got amazing price deals & breaks going on with there flat screens and sleek n beautiful printers/bluetooth capable..

Busy doughnut section could use some help looked like the 5.0 got there first and had their way. Other than that big store alot of employees doing something everywhere pretty busy. But has alot of merch cheap. Great spray paint selection. Wasn't to impressed with their cell phone section after 8pm you can't buy unlocked phones because those reps leave for the day and even if you know what your doing a regular employee will absolutely not sell you a phone.

They didn't do their closing announcement until 1057pm, when people were finally told what time it was, it seemed like we were rushed to get out.

This store is disgusting and they don't check for old, out of date or moldy food. They don't even use FIFO (First in First Out), they are going down hill. If you want food that isn't bad then don't go here.

Would rate 3 stars but new carts finally arrived so ans extra star on that. Come here many times a week. Seems like things are improving however at times it's too crowded and a lot of things are pulled out from the back into the floor blocking areas you need to get too.. overall a good place to shop
