I
didn't
have
my
card
on
me
(which
is
my
own
fault),
but
I
asked
the
cashier
ringing
up
my
things
if
I
could
do
it
manually.
He
said
yes
and
after
entering
my
payment
details,
it
didn't
go
through
for
some
reason.
he
called
a
customer
service
employee
for
help.
the
customer
service
employee
came
over
and
after
the
cashier
informed
her
what
happened,
she
immediately
had
a
rude
attitude/tone
and
informed
me
that
I
had
to
have
my
actual
card
on
me.
I
had
to
cancel
my
purchase
and
while
they
offered
to
put
my
things
on
hold
(which
I
accepted),
I
don't
appreciate
the
immediate
rude
attitude
from
the
customer
service
employee.
kindness
is
a
thing
and
you
should
use
it.
update:
I
went
back
to
customer
service
later
that
same
day
with
my
actual
card
to
pay
for
my
things
on
hold.
When
I
asked
about
my
items,
I
was
informed
that
everything
was
put
back.
so
not
only
did
I
get
attitude,
but
it
was
a
waste
of
my
time
as
I
had
to
go
back
and
look
for
everything
again.
Because
of
employee
attitude
towards
customers,
I
wouldn't
suggest
going
to
this
location
and
if
you
have
to,
use
online
pickup/delivery
or
use
the
self
checkout.
