😠 The people were nice but my stylist was inexperienced. I showed the stylist a picture, which I included with my pics, and asked for a balayage. I got nasty streaks and a choppy hair style. Luckily my hair is resilient and will grow back quickly. And you have to pay cash, not worth $175..
