Best part of my Day ! I never want to jump in the cold pool! but feels so great after, my mental and physical health and the focus I get is amazing. the other plus is I have not had the flue since I started going all this year. also the staff are amazing and supper helpful!! great stuff !!

I left because of time a while ago, but having a place to recover, I had to come back and find the time. Staff are great and love how much I can learn from them being a part of their community.

I found star when I was looking for alternatives to manage my pain and started with the cryotherapy and sauna sessions. The results were amazing and I’m now pain free. The team go above and beyond to support your process and check in. I also facilitate breathwork and we were able to bring our participants in and do the session after hours in the plunge pools the guys made everyone feel so welcome and even entertained my ridiculous playlist. I’m super grateful for the family at star ⭐️

This facility is fantastic! The team there is respectful, inspiring with a true passion for what they do. The vibe is so refreshing and some of the benefits I get from my weekly sessions are: Stress Reduction, Better sleep, Increased Energy, Stronger Immune System. Visit the best recovery modalities around and feel absolutely awesome afterwards!

I absolutely love this place. They have every recovery modality that anyone needs, whether you are an athlete, or just someone who wants to look after their health and elongate their life! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Ted and Ben have made this facility very affordable, with their membership option being the most cost effective option if you plan on visiting often. I pay $19.50 per week, while visiting 3-4 times each week, so I essentially pay about $5 for each visit and spend anywhere from 1-1.5 hours there. So the value for money is incredible. There’s no lock in contracts, no hidden fees, just honest people looking to help others feel and perform better. I honestly couldn’t recommend STAR Australia enough, I would give it more stars if I could!

Great facility and an awesome team. Triathlons and triathlon training can be tough on the body but with help from Ted and the team at Star my daughter and I always feel great after a session and ready for the next. 100% recommend.

I had a really great experience here. I tried the compression chairs, the contrast pools and the magnesium spa. I suffer from chronic nerve and muscular pain from a car accident in May and I definitely found relief here and I can't wait to try the sauna, cryotherapy and the float tank next time. If I'm ever cleared to return to weights properly I'm thinking a visit here might just replace my old routine of a thai massage after leg day. Phenomenal value and the guys here are really chill and helpful!
