    Sonographer Sarah Ng was cold, callous, lacked empathy and had a terrible bedside manner. My partner and I were treated very poorly at this clinic. While the results of our scan were unpleasant, this was only amplified ten fold by the sheer unprofessionalism displayed to my partner and I during our experience with Oz Radiology Capalaba. I would like to note that Jeremy on reception was faultless but unfortunately this cannot make up for the horrible experience we had with the sonographer. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to go - We really wish we did. If I could give them less stars, I would. Edited to add: Thanks for your response Sonia but completely irrelevant to our situation. We didn't ask anything of your staff whatsoever, nor did we ask for results. I was talking about the lack of professionalism displayed during our visit and after we had already been given our bad news. Made to go out and sit in a waiting room full of people when you're visibly upset and shaken up is appalling. There were plenty of other places we could have been given time alone while we waited for your company to finish doing what they were doing but once again your lack of professionalism shone through. I also note that you've rated yourself 5 stars as a response to someone else's review to bring your rating up as high as a 2. Oz Radiology must be doing really well on all levels of the service front.

    Don't expect these people to have any compassion for you if u are late due to your illness. Pay the extra and see someone who cares. Third time i have had dealings with this place and each time they are cold and detached, yet another horrible experience.

    I have just had a number of procedures done and none were so professionally handled than those I experienced with Sarah your sonographer. She went way above the call of duty when a more intricate procedure needed to be done, explaining what was happening each step of the way. I found her very calming and reassuring and this in turn led to a far more stress free experience. I cannot recommend Sarah and the team at Oz Radiology Capalaba highly enough for the manner in which they operate ALL facets of the appointment with excellance. Well done.

    After waiting a week for an appointment, particularly due to Easter , replying yes to Hot Doc, arrived early, gave them necessary information, then was told by the sonographer that she was too busy to do an ultrasound and to make another appointment in a week or so, no apology.

    Had an xray done Wednesday, no report 48 hours later. Called, on hold 10 minutes, Brittany informed me 'the phones are going crazy today', no apology, she couldn't even find where I attended on Wednesday, 'just going to pop you on hold'. Nearly 15 minutes later, 'Natalie here, how can I help'. Seriously,sNatalie

    Lovely lady did my ultrasound two days in a row. Very helpful and friendly and staff were helpful both times.
