Woolworths had been out of our favorite coffee creamer, Coffee Mate hazelnut flavor in the little individual size cups, so we went to this Coles and found some! They have certain items that I haven’t found at their competitors such as chocolate covered digestive biscuits and a very yummy liver wurst. Also the bakery is excellent!

One of my regular supermarkets. I must shop at least 2 to 3 times a week there. Sometimes more. Know the place by heart. I know what I'm getting when I buy. I've come to trust the quality of the vast majority of the items I buy. Prices are good and there are always specials. The staff are for the most part friendly and very helpful when an enquiry is made.

Love the people at the checkout :) Thank you for packing my bags and sorting my trolley. Tamara was actually happy to scan and pack groceries some even zipped my chilled bags up. ☺️ So nice to see someone wanting to work and pack things nicely.

I'm not from Capalaba but I had to stop in to pick up some feminine products. Wasn't used to the layout (obviously) as it's not my store. It also surprised me how cramped it felt. I know that sounds odd as it's a supermarket and they're huge compared to stores but I must admit it's the smallest Coles I've been in. But I was in and out. It was midday on a weekday and it seemed quite busy but that might be because of the size as well. So it could be an illusion 🤔

Cramped aisles. Too many self checkouts not enough staffed checkouts which makes shopping harder for those who need assistance (disabled, elderly)

Our checkout lady Jean was Awesome and very friendly first one in many yrs of shopping in coles....

The product range was good. The store was also well laid out making the weekly shop a breeze. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Missing the butchers and the checkout people... but other still good
