Awesome in every way. Went there with some friends for a quick bite and they have everything. From an easy to hang out Bar outside, and inside that have every game on flat screens, to comfortable tables with umbrellas for a meal, axe throwing station, beach volleyball, and the best part: The music and sound volume is perfect so you can keep a conversation without losing your voice!!!!! A must, is the fish and chips and the blackened grouper sandwich is to die for. Just..please don't?

Light, crispy, and packed with amazing flavor! Best fish & chips in Cape Coral. As I'm used to the British version I soaked the chips (and also the fish) with some malt vinegar and extra salt. Try it and you'll be sent to heaven, so good! Portions are great. Restaurant has a great mellow and welcoming vibe and the service is always top notch. Might be crowded on weekends. The spot offers indoor and outdoor seating and bars.

BE AWARE NO A FAMILY ENVIRONMENT. The Google description or/and our ignorance of the area brought us here. We was looking for a good place where to eat sea food. This place is located in a square where many others bars are too. So I'm guessing is the "night club" area of Cape Coral. I ordered a piña colada and my friend ordered a few margaritas either drinks could taste the alcohol on it. So as bar review was not as good. Great food. This is a bar with restaurant service for adults. Be ready to witness drunk people smoking all over the place. The food was great, taco salad was big enough, clam soup delicious, oysters very fresh. Shrimp very tasty!!👌

Wow, the food was horrible! Oyster basket at market price that was completely over cooked and very little oysters in the basket. I couldn't even taste the oysters. Not even sure they were in there. My husband ordered the grouper sandwich which he said it was eh and our bill was $59! We don't mind at all paying for good food, but this was TERRIBLE! These were the worst oysters I have ever had and won't go back. They are an oyster bar and this is what they are serving?!!! Unbelievable! The only reason I am giving it a two star is due to our waiter that was good.

It takes a well above average bar for me to give a 4 or 5 star review. Rusty's is...a 3.5 star. Yes, it's really just your average large bar with food. But yet it's above average due to its really nice outdoor bar area. It's above average due to there ability to have big name bands that draw a large crowd since they have room for them. The bar tenders have always been... fine. Some are good to really good with an actual personality and good demeanor. Rusty's has some of the largest Oysters in SW FL on Monday's from I believe 6pm - 8pm for $1 ea. So in short, if you're looking for a nice outdoor covered bar, great deal on Oysters, or to listen to a band in Cape Coral FL, I'd recommend stopping by Rusty's for a quick one or two.

Ok so here is the deal on two stars for service. The blond working the back bar did not know her job….She had no idea what they had available on the back bar and when I informed her what I was looking for was from the finer bar the look of inconvenience was noticeable. She actually got someone else to get my order. Now, both her and the other female looked bored and tired, not really caring about customer service. Customers seems more like an inconvenience.

We had high expectations of Rusty’s because of reviews (came back bc Monday night they were closed due to their Xmas Party) but were very disappointed mainly bc of the service. No greeting by staff when we arrived and we hung out for a couple of minutes waiting and when greeted it was very abrupt and not friendly. They were not busy besides one large party in the back and several patrons at the bar. They ended up only having high top tables in the non-bar seating area, which both of my elderly parents could not sit at, so we were seated at 2 large tables in the bar area. To help bring our group of 8 together we moved to one table and pushed the other one off. Hillary, the bartender, who may not have been having a good day, seemed to grumble at me about this and I even helped her move the 2nd table so more patrons could use the table. Hillary was very short with us and my Dad when asking about drinks. She just appeared to not want to be bothered and after giving us our drinks never came back to check on us or even look our way, but handled the bar patrons with no problem. Another waitress picked up one of the large tables two down from us, so not sure what the deal was with Rusty’s service organization. The food (aka appetizers, we decided not to stay for a full meal) was okay….oysters were great but had to ask for plates, cocktail sauce, lemon, etc. Conch fritters were highly breaded and overcooked. On check out, a guy at the bar who actually brought us our food, thankfully took the conch off our tab. Still looking for a meal that night, we searched around, found Monkey Bar Steak & Seafood, called ahead, they said come on over and they’d take care of us. The place was jumping with music, atmosphere was welcoming and warm, and service by Peyton was top notch! The food was delightful - shrimp scampi, filet mignon, ahi tuna salad, kong kong burger, etc. We had a great end to our night….and they even took care of us in the midst of getting ready to close for the night for their own Christmas party. 😉

Nice little family lunch date. Great atmosphere and ofcourse great company. Food was good drinks were good and the staff was very polite. Grounds were clean and looks like you can enjoy some outdoor activities as well. Definitely will visit again.

Atmosphere was awesome and service was amazing as well ! Haylie took care of my small party of 2 but was a total sweetheart. She seemed very busy but didn’t seem to let it effect her service at all, drinks were good and definitely tasted like well thought out recipes from the bartenders, food was also delicious and definitely got my money’s worth compared to other parts of Florida I’ve visited. Sat at the bar after dinner and Andrew also took great care of us. Great vibes for any age range, will be back !

Oyster Monday is great. Fantastic oysters at a good price. I think they're malpeques? Staff are not friendly. Either they get paid too little or not enough of them to handle the rush. Miserable staff aside, I highly recommend this place.

This place has good food but is severely understaffed, making for a subpar experience overall. We waited over 30 min to order our food, did not receive all of our ordered items, and could not find anyone to assist us in getting our items. We waited and had to wait an additional 30 minutes long after we were done eating to receive our bill. The server apologized for the slow service, but it was clearly out of her control. The outdoor atmosphere appeals to families because of the outdoor activities, however they do not have any bean bags for the bag toss, and the other items are in ill repair. Really hoping they make some changes so our next experience is better. All of our food was good except the Taco salad. I would not recommend. Just a pile of meat in a fried shell. The wings were amazing and I would give this place another try just to have them again.

What a great place to gather with friends to eat, drink, and enjoy some of SW Florida best live entertainment. We all enjoyed the music of Pure Country, a great country western band. We were able to reserve a table for 12 that ended up with 16 by the end of the night. The server was great with our large group and always there when we needed her.

By far the nicest bartenders in any establishment of downtown cape. Andrew was our bartender last night and he did an amazing job. Very polite and efficient. And my mango mojitos tasted amazing!

Cold fries and waited forever to get waited on, for food, and for check when not even busy. Staff just tried to look busy and looked at you without asking if you need anything. No teamwork, either. From a 35+ year manager's perspective, if share tips, STOP, so give each member incentive to work! Or find another incentive!

Went on a Monday night. Was not too busy. We got a different amount of food. Food was good. I would recommend the clams. Wish they had more selection of fresh fish but would attend again.

Went on Friday 2/10, first time there. We sat on the patio with several friends. It was pretty busy. Service was very slow. When we finally ordered, I ordered a Rusty’s Philly Cheesesteak with fries. Took forever for food to come out & they delivered mozzarella sticks & fries. Definitely not what I ordered. The runner brought the server over & she kinda of argued with me that I ordered mozzarella sticks, anyway she finally left to put in the right order. Again…took forever to get food! Thought they’d move it to the front since it was put in wrong but took just as long as first time. Cheesesteak was so/so nothing great & pretty skimpy on cheese. Highlight was the live band playing…Smokin Aces & the room they play in was packed! Very fun end to the night! If I went again I’d just go listen to the band & not eat.

I can understand that they were extremely busy. Meet some friends there. They ordered food. She ordered chili. It was served lukewarm. I ordered a drink. It was the worst drink I ever had. I didn't finish it.

The atmosphere was cool! Very laidback and welcoming. We brought our dog and sat on the patio. They immediately brought over a water bowl for her which was very sweet! Our waiter told us he had only started a week ago-you would think he’s been there for years! Very friendly, efficient, and personable :) The food was fantastic as well; my family and I ordered fish and chips and a burger. The service was quick, while still personable. Loved the outdoor area with all the activities. Would totally come back just to drink at the bar. Amazing job y’all! Will totally visit again next time we are in Florida :)!

I live in Indiana but came down on vacation. We visited this bar twice and both times we had an amazing experience. Every one was friendly the food was A1 and the bingo guy kept us laughing the whole time. I recommend this place to anyone traveling through Cape Coral because the locals already know this place is a gem.

We go to Rusty’s almost every Saturday and get breakfast and drinks!! The food is great and the staff is amazing. Always a good time.

Pub Crawl review...our first time on a Saturday night. WOW, the place was packed and for good reason. Friendly service, excellent food and a extreme band. We usually come on Tuesday but now Saturday is on our list of things to do.

Rusty’s is a must to visit if you are in South West Florida and looking for a good place to unwind, Rusty’s features an outdoor bar, a volleyball court, a game room, and a indoor stage for live bands, the atmosphere is a pleasant experience. The menu is diverse with fresh ingredients and even fresher sea food. During the day is a quiet and relaxing experience. Meanwhile during the evenings and on weekends, mostly with the compliments of live music and great food has the potential to draw a crowd, the establishment is pet friendly and I bring my dog all the time. However, if you are a Karen please don’t put your dog on your lap at the bar this is a restaurant not a dog shelter and we don’t want dog drool on our food so keep your dogs on the ground. Plz.

Had the Wednesday special full rack of ribs. It was amazing. The pork fell right off the bones. It comes with cole slaw but I'm not a fan so I had them leave it off. Happy hour was happening drinks are great.

Had a great time celebrating a birthday with friends and listening to Gatlin perform! Staff is friendly, service excellent. I think they have the best boneless wings we ever tasted.

The entertainment was good, the service was excellent and the Haddock sandwich was whale sized! Always been happy with the food quality and portions. Lots of room to dance.

Just look at this! Not only is this a unique presentation but also tastes sooooo good. Put it to you this way. I had others coming over asking me…. What is that!!!! I highly recommend!

Five stars because of our bartender, Payton, and three stars otherwise. She is absolutely amazing with a great personality and her customer-centric attitude. No matter what is on-her-plate, she always has a smile and a great attitude. The rest of the staff is pretty solid as well with the exception of a few with the typical bartender “I am better than you because I am the bartender” attitude. The food is decent, but I feel like the menu could be a little better in terms of presentation. Often times it seems as though the food, although it tastes good, is just thrown on a plate. I have been coming here, for lunch, at least twice per week, for over a year and not once has a manager said a word to me. I feel that the management staff, unlike the wait-staff, is not as customer-focused as I would expect at a restaurant. Leaders are meant to motivate and inspire and I feel that this place could be AMAZING if the management led by example both internally and externally facing and had a common vision.

Wow had to use the bathroom and no locks on any of the stalls...wow are we In the hood? U think so!!!! We spent over 100 on apps and drinks just us 2. Also beer served in plastic and no ice in center to even keep it cold wow I guess we are not in sw Florida at rustys just in the ghetto.

We frequent this place often. The entertainment is always very good! Food is better than average and fairly well priced. The service, could use some improvement. They often (but not always) ask to swipe your credit card before they will take your drink order, this is an unpleasant way of conducting business. But it may be necessary during the height of season. They do get very busy at times. It's a very enjoyable place to eat, drink, dance and hang out with friends!

It has a nice bar vibe with a lot to do. Had the boom boom shrimp and the clam chowder. Both were good and the clam chowder had big pieces of clam in it. My only complaint was not very warm when they served it.

The food wasn't too bad. I had the peel and eat shrimp, cooked perfectly but could've used a little extra flavor. But the reason for my three star is due to the lack of service. Very slow! The poor bartender was trying her best but she was by herself. She needs help. Even after I ate it took me 15 minutes just to get my check. Place has potential.

We always have so much fun at Rusty's in Cape Coral. Everyone is very friendly and it is a very upbeat place. While all of the employees are great, we especially love having Michelle wait on us. She is so accommodating and very hard working. She always has a smile on her face and is such a breathe of fresh air!!

Service was excellent! Food was good! I’d definitely go back! Open late on a Sunday when most places close at 9:00 which helped because our flight got in late.

Wow !! Let me just say my mind was blown! Kitchen was open late, bartenders were on top of everything!!! I ordered the oysters and thought I was going to get baby oysters, SIKE THESE THINGS WERE GINORMOUS!! ALL OF THEM WERE DELICIOUS!! Definitely the best Oyster bar on the west coast of Florida! Has several things to do, like volleyball, axe throwing, darts, pool and the like but I feel like they are trying to be a neighborhood bar and a tourist bar at the same time. It doesn't mesh well. Service was polite and attentive. And overall was clean. I didn't use the restroom so no comment there but I would revisit for a drink. The menu was diverse and fair in price for today's prices. Not a bad place for an experience!
