First time at this location and we had a great experience! We called in 30 minutes before arriving to get in the waiting list and we waited about less than 5 minutes for a table. The food was on point, everything was delicious! Our waiter was very attentive even when she was busy and had other tables to attend. We highly recommend this location👌

The classic soup, salad & breadsticks. Always yummy 😋 & a good selection of 3 soups. I even took a perfectly browned & breadstick with me to snack on.

I have been to this location several times and I have never been treated as AMAZING as I was today. Our server THALIA was incredible, Made my husband and I feel so taken care of. The food, the attention, the atmosphere; had such a pleasant afternoon thanks to her. Definitely will be coming back and asking for her next time!!

Olive Garden is our go to place for Italian food. Food is consistently good and the portions are huge. My son is a big eater and he could only eat half of the gigantic chicken parmesan. Like most restaurants, they get you on the drinks. $2.90 for a soda, but they do keep the refills coming. Service is always good and employees seem to genuinely like working there. We never leave without taking home some leftovers 😃

Excellent meal! Attentive and prompt service for our party of 9. Everything came out hot and fresh. Soup was wonderful. Salad was cold and perfectly dressed. Cozy atmosphere. Restaurant was clean. Nice bar options. Waiter and waitress filled our drinks before we had to ask. Very friendly. Service was wonderful as Plenty of parking. This was a great stop for lunch.

My husband and I just left. The food was good, as expected. It's always consistent. But something that wasn't as consistent was our service. We had Taylor as a server and it was probably(and I am serious) the absolute BEST service we've ever had. She went above and wayyy beyond for us. When the Olive Garden commercials say "when you're here you're family" well.. we literally felt like that BECAUSE OF HER. We will be requesting her each time we go there now. So thanks, girl, for an amazing dining experience. I hope they treat you very well there because you deserve it. Oh, and the gnocchi soup tasted different tonight. Not as good as usual, but whatever. Everything else was super tasty.

My wife and I ordered the all you can eat soup, salad and bread sticks, with Alfredo sauce. After we got home both of us were having severe diarrhea. Not sure what was bad but something was. For the next 24hr both of us were sick. I will not be wasting my money there again.

Eat with the whole family (5 adults, 2 children). The house salad with the breadsticks is ingeniously good. The Alfredo pasta dishes are all delicious. The offered sangria is not recommended for Europeans, it tastes terrible...To pass the time for the little ones, stable tablets with games are offered.

We ordered some food and picked it up but the young lady that was running from car to car was awesome. She actually took our order when we pulled up with a smile and very polite and she took two other customers orders as she was going back to restaurant. The food was hot and very tasteful. I left her a decent tip l was l could have left more. Awesome experience.

Overall the food was good but the service was terrible our waitress first of all we asked for extra sauce on the pasta she did not bring it and after we order she disappeared so we had to tell the manager and also the manager had to bring us our food in and one of the guests at the table ordered some thing with peppers and it did not come with it. Besides that fact she dropped a plate of fettuccine Alfredo on one of our gases foot after she was put it all in the box and then disappeared for another half an hour and he got all over the guests foot and also my foot and also another guess Louis Vuitton purse so honestly if you have the time do not visit this restaurant if you want good service.

Delicious. Plus the night view is amazing. I got the Seafood Alfredo, and it was delicious. The Scallops were cooked perfectly, and so was the shrimp. The noodles were a little hard, but thats okay, it was still yummy. The photo is the Night-time view.

I've always loved olive garden and I had a very good experience. My sister and I had stuffed shells and ravioli and they were both delicious. Clifford was our server and he treated us very well and seemed truly happy to be working there and taking care of his guests.

So bad experience, last year we went its good but now 😔😔 I think mgmt changed or whatever but waste of money, long queue, no response after seated, wrong order served

Making a reservation means nothing to these people ,they said they would hold the table 10 mins after 8:20 for us but they we're full by 8:35. Dont bother calling to schedule with these people cause they're clearly just pretending to do their job.

I can't even say enough bad things. My grandfather passed away and we used olive garden to cater his memorial service.First thing they did wrong was get the date incorrect.They had us for the next Sunday.The food was supposed to be here at noon for the service.They said they will make it up to us and be here at 12:30. It is now 1:13 and they still haven't shown and the driver got lost. They also forget to go containers. Management not only wouldn't offer any compensation but made the suggestion that they fully cancel the order or maybe arrive at 2. We had people here waiting at a memorial service. Extremely unacceptable and this was not what my grandmother needed. They eventually compensated but they made what was supposed to be a memorial service an awful experience.

Love the food and atmosphere. So nice to be out again. Also the best birthday celebrating restaurant...and the server (shout out to Nathan!) was awesome!

Very loud, waited over 15min for a cocktail and a beer.. Even ask to speak to the manager. The server told the manager I wanted to speak to her and she never even came to see what was wrong. My brother ordered a bottle beer and they did even have a glass for him. Our server was great and the food wonderful. But.....

Everything was good except that we had empty glasses of beverages most of the time. You need to drink some water, soda, beer, etc to enjoy the food more. It's not rocket science. I tipped 20%, but could've tipped more if I wasn't thirsty 😮‍💨🥱

We had Colleen/Merlot as a server tonight - New Year’s Day and she was amazing. We were unable to do the survey and wanted to make sure she is recognized for her excellent customer service skills and it was very refreshing.

It looked super busy, with many people waiting outside, we got in in less than ten minutes. Our server was prompt: drinks and food came out expediently. In and out in about a half hour. The only issue is some of the staff, and possibly a head manager, weren't wearing masks. Also, there was a really cute garden snake hanging out in the bird of paradise plant. I included a picture because snakes are cute

only thing was the bread had too much garlic and my boyfriend said his pasta was garlicky but my steak and pasta was good!

Olive garden has decent food and drinks. Our sever was good and friendly. What I will say is every olive garden only brings out 1 salad per table regardless of how many people. Now this is simple math. If 1 salad feeds 2-4 people then any time you have 5 or more they should automatically bring 2 salads. Or better yet 1 salad for every 3 people. We had 7 people and got 1 salad. Happens all the time.

This is an excellent location. Highly efficient and accommodating staff, and service is consistent. Best of all the food is great and priced right! That plus Sinatra as the atmosphere, we will come back for an easy weeknight dinner. Great job Tom and staff!

We have been here several times. The food is always delicious, well cooked, and the ambiance makes you feel in Italy. Prices have not changed much, what makes this place even more valuable. Enough salad or soup with the food. Love the garlic-bread sticks, and the extensive variety of wine they carry. Torneremo presto!

I like Olive Garden (especially their salad and bread sticks) I think this location has a new chef since we were there last because all of our meals were exceptionally delicious tonight. I love the atmosphere and our server tonight was also very attentive.

We really enjoyed our food tonight at The Olive Garden in Cape Coral. The final bill was very reasonable. What impressed me the most was our service from our server, Kaydance. She was very polite and provided prompt service throughout the evening. We will definitely have a return visit. Thank you to the chef and the staff!

We arrived at a busy time and were seated almost immediately. The service was excellent and the food was great! We were also about to purchase a cheese grater and our server was kind enough to even include some books of cheese with it. A great dining experience overall.

Took my dad out to dinner for his birthday 🎉 with my mom as well and we had the chicken Marsala, shrimp scampi and eggplant Parmesan everything was delicious! Mia our server was absolutely fabulous! She was so sweet, fun and professional. Hey Mia what about those lemons?! Lol PS: butter 🧈 was served warm just the the way we asked for it 😉

We came at a very busy time but you wouldn't have known by the service we received. Jake was an absolutely wonderful waiter. Our food was hot and everyone was friendly. Jake took the time, even though they were very busy, to have a group come over and sing Happy birthday to our little girl which made her night! Thank you Jake and Olive garden for a wonderful memory as well as a wonderful meal.

A favorite stopping place. When just my husband and myself, we like to seat ourselves at the bar for meals. The server (the bar tender) then, is always at hand--it's a little more personal and yet we often chat with others sitting there, too. The food is consistently good and the service is good. Another plus for us is that section seems more quiet than the dining room, which makes for better conversation, esp if one has impaired hearing.

My family and I had such a pleasant experience here today. The service was impeccable from the time we walked we walked to the time we left. Kelsey is a gem and is a wonderful waitress! She’s phenomenal and super sweet. She goes above and beyond for her customers, exceeding any expectation we may have had. I highly recommend this location. We can’t wait to be back.

Elizabeth was our server, she was fantastic! I got the eggplant parm. I was here with my family celebrating my and my brothers birthday. We share the same birthday 2 years apart. We had a blast. We got apps too and they were delicious. Props to Liz for being a Rockstar server. As a former server I know the good ones when I meet em and she had it all. The professionism, friendliness and attention to detail. I ordered a mocktail with tonic, pinnapple juice, lime juice and a splash of olive juice. It had the perfect bote I was looking for! When we return we will be asking for Liz. Thanks for making my Birthday special.

So I brought the family out to eat here and the food was great. The service was above and beyond. Our waitress I wish I got her name was one of the best servers I have ever had she was kind, and helpful in ways you just don’t see today. I was a great experience because of her. Would have gave 5 stars but they where only allowing limited capacity, which is great but then sat us back to back three booths in a row with other patrons. They should have spread the guest out through the restaurant. Limited capacity is pointless when they sit everyone in the restaurant together.

It's Olive Garden! Whether in Elmira, NY or Cape Coral, Florida or any time we stop at another location Olive Garden does a great job. Today we had lunch specials on Pine Island Rd in Cape Coral. Great staff that always make you feel at home. Add their great food and it's the whole package. Love Olive Garden!!!

Ate last night at the bar inside the restaurant and the bartender was fantastic! only critique is that I didn't recall her introducing herself. (blond young woman in early 20's) But who cares I suppose. She was very polite, prompt and personable. The service and food were fantastic. Haven't been to an Olive garden in some time but I certainly will in the near future. 5 STARS at this location.
