Pre booked, fairly long wait. Was chaos inside, packed out. Staff really friendly. Very polite. Food was pretty poor overall. NY Strip undercooked, needing another or 4 minutes and it was really fatty. Fillet was absolutely awful, lobster tail was nice. Pork medallion was really nice. Chips were awful, sour cream put on potato after asking not to and mushrooms were missing. Pretty poor showing and wouldn't revisit.

I like the 'Aussie' concept although it's kind of a gimmick. For starters we had the famous blooming onion: huge amount of calories, pretty salty but nevertheless recommended when you're with a group to share. It looked and tasted great. Main entree's (we had an Outback burger and surf&turf sirloin) were good but certainly not exceptional. Service was friendly and attentive. All in all it's your typical chain restaurant, worth a visit once in a while...

Had one of the best times at an Outback. Server was awesome! Didn't feel rushed. Very attentive. A guy with glasses couldn't remember his name 8/16/22 between 3-4pm. Will be back soon!

We came in for lunch and were able to pick our seats. The service and atmosphere were excellent. Samantha was our server and she was professional and courteous always checking on us. Her sense of humor was great and always had a Smile! She helped us with our order and described the menu. We will definitely return again soon!

First time in years I’ve been to Outback and we had such a good time. Our waiter Denny was an absolute sweetheart, and so helpful. I don’t know if Outback gives their servers anything for being mentioned in a good review but I hope if nothing else she’s recognized for her hard work! ❤️ We came for my birthday and she actually gave me a free TimTam cake just because it was my birthday. I had ordered it and was planning on paying for it so that was a super sweet surprise ❤️❤️❤️ Absolutely amazing. My only note (which has absolutely nothing to do with her); if you’re vegetarian you will have less food options, but a handful! Pictured is the TimTam cake which is a brownie, chocolate mousse and peanut butter! And the famous, bloomin’ onion.

Great food! Great prices! Great service! But be prepared to wait for a table, even with reservations. We will definitely be back.

When we got there we waited about 15 minutes for a waitress before I went in and asked what was going on. Due to a miscommunication they sent someone out right away and the manager Susan came over and apologized to us and took care of our bloomin' onion for the inconvenience. We thanked her highly for doing that for us. After that everything was amazing! The food was excellent, service was amazing, and we were all by ourselves outside so it was nice and relaxing. Especially for celebrating our anniversary. Thank you again Susan for accommodating us and for the great customer service. This is our yearly anniversary restaurant and will continue to be.

Went for the first time today to celebrate Hubbys and I’s 2 year Wedding Anniversary. I was skeptical at first because although I’ve never had steak here before I always wanted to try it out . I had the Outback style 12oz Prime and Hubby had Chicken on Barbie . Both dishes were delicious with bold seasoning .The asparagus was cooked to my liking ,the Cesar salad was fresh and crisp and the fruits were Fresh as well .Isabella really left a mark on us . I am not sure if it was her warm smile or patience but we knew we were in good hands . We would’ve had a different experience had Isabelle been off tonight .(side note : Do not get the blooming onion if you do not want extra salty extra oily onions ) My husband liked it brought the rest home to Mom to try it .

Always a good place to go when you want a good piece of meat! The house bread is one of the attributes I go for, as well as the sweet potato with the good stuff, as they call it. The meat is usually always at the doneness you order and although it is true that I have had a couple of silly problems, they usually respond with the best speed and attention possible! Their dishes usually have options in terms of size and obviously their price depends on it, but it is not usually an expensive place, so in relation to price / quality it is worth it. We think its weak point is the cocktails, we have never been right with a good cocktail. but in the end we usually go for its good meat, not for its cocktails! So maybe a good beer is your best option if you consider having something to accompany your meal!

Disappointing Outback Steakhouse Experience Rating: ★★☆☆☆ My recent visit to Outback Steakhouse left much to be desired. The NEW! Filet* Sheila was tough to chew, and the broccoli had black specks on it, which was unappetizing. Despite decent service and a pleasant ambiance, the subpar food quality overshadowed the positives. Improvement is needed to meet expectations. *Disclaimer: This review reflects my personal opinion based on my visit. Restaurant experiences may vary.

We had the best Outback meal at this place recently, seriously don't remember any Outback being this good! Our food was delicious and we had at least five different people serving us, everytime we finished a drink refills were delivered without asking. Great experience, we'll be back more frequently.

Not impressed with this location. Our silverware, cups, and plates were all dirty with a film on them. My sweet potato was burnt, steak was not cooked properly, and asparagus was so salty it was inedible. Service was extremely slow, they werent very busy, and it took us 52 minutes from the time we ordered to get 2 entrees (a burger and 6oz steak).

Everything was pretty good. Not as hot as we would have liked it but it happens when you get delivery. One thing that surprised me was paying $4.99 for a side salad and it was very small. For that price was expecting a little more than what we received.

Caleigh is absolutely amazing! I've eaten at many great Outbacks in my day but she makes this one and dining experiences the GREATEST. Just moved to Fort Myers today, this is my first visit but I'll be a regular. She anticipates what her customers want before they even ask. There's a reason this location is #1 in the country in sales and her name is Caleigh! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Great steaks for reasonable prices. My wife and I had dinner at the Outback in Cape Coral which was a fantastic experience. We had a very friendly and attentive service and enjoyed it very much. The bloomin onion is an absolutely must-have and the steaks are awesome. Thumbs up for Outback!

15 ounce ribeye. Pile on the right is all the fat. Look how thin this steak is. $25 for a ribeye and this is what you get? I wouldn't of had this issue if they had prime rib on a Sunday at 2pm and the menu says prime rib all day on weekends. Yes they didn't charge me but now my wife ate and I need to find somewhere else to eat. Do better steakhouse. This steak should embarrass you.

I know Outback is very packed. We walked in put down name and number and we're told they will text us 20-25 minute wait. We waited outside for 40 something minutes want really counting just realizing tons of people are coming and going. We I'm no one in the waiting area now and I reminded them we were already on there because the hostess looked like she hasn't seen us within the hour. We were one of the only couple tables not a big family no kids. The hostess didn't seat us with silverware,didn't get it til after my prime rib had been sitting and I was eating it with my soup spoon. The booming onion was burnt and awful which was supposed to be free with the rewards but it didn't come off at the end and after waiting so long for the server to come back we walked out and left it without taking it off. It was not worth $70 for a burger and a prime rib. No sauces came out with steak and I got those before I got silverware. I should have spent that on gourmet dinner at home. Most of it was not the servers fault but we did wait for some time for her at the end and she walked within feet of us looked at the table completely oblivious to me starting at her again and then turned and walked away. The French onion soup was good. The sweet potato amazing.

This latest visit was easily one of the best Outback meals I’ve had. My server Lisa was an absolute joy and blast to be around, super super attentive, and overall a great asset to Outback. Compliments to the current chefs because all of the food was piping hot and excellently cooked. Would love to have another dinner as good as this one at Outback soon!

We brought a group of 9 to this outback last Saturday night and the service was incredible! Tyler was our server and he was just the best to us. I had my 5 month old sitting on my lap throughout the meal and Tyler came and picked up all of my extra plates and utensils practically the minute I was done with them and just made the experience amazing and so convenient for me. He was very polite and all around a great server and person. Thanks to Outback for hiring such great employees (:

The food and service was great. Very unique and delicious chili with real steak pieces in it instead of ground beef - I really liked it. Strawberry salad was pretty good too.

OMG, Guys, we FINALLY found a restaurant where we left totally happy, -from our entrance to leaving. The host sat us with a smile. Then we were greeted by the most AMAZING waitress Jen. She told us what she liked, explained our order, brought condiments BEFORE our food arrived, refilled our drinks without us having to ask. Every time she checked on us it was with a smile. Nick, the manager was close behind her checking on us. Too many details to list. This meal was AMAZING. Jen, thank you for being the BEST PART OF OUTBACK. This is NOW our go-to restaurant. Oh and the FOOD was delicious!!!! OUTBACK YOU ROCK!!!! Love you Jen.

Order the salmon and my daughter ordered crispy bloomin chicken. The salmon was soo good. The mixed veggies were better last time but still good. I remembered to take a picture this time.

Order from outback on pine island rd here in Cape Coral and no it wasn’t the first time. We must say today dinner was the best I ever had from there. We got some steak filet for me and as sirloin for the wife.and some apps as well like the blooming onion and blooming shrimp. And the kicker was this steak chili the have. I just wanted to say this dinner combination was the best over ever had. Kudos to the kitchen staff for preparing such a wonderful meal thank you you made my night as Well as my wife’s thanks

I had the pasta bowl with steak and shrimp. The meat was good but the pasta was rather oily. The sauce was very scarce on the pasta. I suspect the pasta was microwaved as there were several crunchy spots on the fettuccini. There was an abundance of pasta I ate a little and all the meat. It was enough for me to eat. I left the pasta as it was swimming in oil at the bottom of the dish. All in all the meats were well prepared and this isn't an Italian restaurant. My husband enjoyed his sirloin, french onion soup that I tried, was delicious and his salad. The service was good as it was a packed Saturday night. Next time I will just get a steak and shrimp combo. I ordered pasta because I am having tooth issues and pasta is easier for me to eat.

Outback was hopping (like a roo) tonight. The Service was on Island time...a bit slow, but the Steaks, salads, and Baked Potatoe hit the bullseye. The price point is a good value.

Not sure how a pasta dish gets so much oil… the Kingsland pasta , shrimp dripping with oil. Pasta must have seen time in a skillet as it was cooked brown. The steak probably came out of a package and never separated when seared. Service was very good. Manager came by to apologize but didn’t want to hear my opinion.

Ordered a $15 Caesar salad. Managed to get a half portion of chicken and salad. Manager said I should have received 5oz and what was delivered was 3 at best. I was then fed a line about chicken thickness being the culprit. With 10+ yrs in food service, I know what portions are. This is a disappointing experience.

This is the best Outback I have been to. Deny was our server and she was absolutely amzing!!! Great attention to everything we needed. Even if just for her service I would go back lol. The food was perfect. Served hot and well presented. I've been dreaming of going back for the fries and steak 😋🤤

Very good! Nice service.For appetizers we ask for chips. They came with 3 different sauces. They three were very good I ordered a The Filet Mignon is simply Delicious! Others meat plates were good too. 100% recommended. If you like steaks, this is the place! 👵🌹❤️

Since I visited it for the first time, about 4 years ago, I keep saying it is my favorite, very very clean, helpful and the taste is excellent.

We go here and order take out here frequently. Today we got 2 medium rare steak dinners through Uber eats. The steaks were barely seared, still bloody and very rare. Had to re cook them at home. Disappointing for $70.

We were in a big rush after being at the urgent care located near by. We ordered to go meals, and an appetizer while we waited for our order. I'm so sorry I didn't get our server's name, we were seated at the outdoor patio, our female server was great! She had everything all buttoned up for us in no time at all. Really wished I could give her a nice kudos.
