Stopped in as we were driving through the Cape. Great experience! Quaint little place with exceptional food. I had the BLT with an egg on a croissant! Fantastic. My husband had the egg breakfast. Also , very good. Great coffee and service! We will definitely return. Love supporting small businesses!

Wow! What an exceptional experience. Nikki was such a pleasure and crafted delicious specialty coffees for us. We do not live in this town but agreed it would be "our spot" whenever we visit. We enjoyed the breakfast burrito and breakfast egg platter. Everything was freshly prepared and a welcomed surprise in a quaint coffee shop. For coffee we enjoyed the praline shortbread, coconut haystack, and a cinnamon topped latte. The atmosphere was perfect with dark woods and natural light. We couldn't help but notice the "regulars" and their joy with interacting with eachother and Nikki. She is the type to keep one coming back. Not 5 star, not 6, but MORE! Thank you Perk and Brew :)

So glad I found this place! I was on a walk exploring the area when I noticed the inviting patio area, I walked in and was served with a smile right away 👌 the coffee and food just as great as the service!

This is our third visit to the Perk & Brew, and it’s one of our favorite spots in all of SW Florida. It’s charming, delicious and very much embodies everything that is American Small Business. Exceptional service, hospitality, and just an overall wonderful feel. We love coming here for coffee and frappuccinos and just enjoying the front patio. The food is also exceptional. Absolutely a must-try and someplace you feel good about supporting.

I meet up with friends for breakfast 1x or 2x a month & this place never disappoints. I'm a lover of their coffee, the caramel macchiato imparticular, & am also gluten intolerant so it's nice I can enjoy some gluten free toast with scrambled eggs when I do have an appetite.

One of our favorite coffee shops to enjoy when we’re on vacation in Cape Coral! Loved how they served iced coffee in mason jars. Very quaint atmosphere with friendly service. A great place for coffee lovers!

Denied service because it was " closed" yet I watched them hand a drink to a customer outside. Idk about you but when someone tells you " we don't open till 8a " you'd think they wouldn't be serving someone coffee at 730 outside. When I was leaving the man that had the coffee said " you're not here every morning like me" . If they'd open at a normal brkfst place time I would be. Needless to say I will not be returning.

I've been trying to get to Perk & Brew for a while now. It's their hours that's been a challenge. I was finally ready to wait until their opened at 9am on a Sunday. That's a bit late for me and I'm sure others who need their caffeine earlier in the morning will pop across the street to the green siren people or the donut people. Today, I was here at 8:55 and they opened the doors at 9:00. A very nice woman took my order at the counter and brought my "black eye" to me at my table outside. Perfect coffee. There are a half dozen covered tables outside and while the ground has a slight slope, it's still comfortable. Being next to busy Cape Coral Blvd is a concern but there are some trees between the road and the restaurant so I didn't need to be concerned about a crazy driver. Nice to be trusted and pay later. That's just awesome.

We stopped here on our way back home through Cape Coral. The atmosphere is cute small hometown coffee shop. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Our order was a Decaf Cafe Latte and a Hazelnut Cafe Latte, Everything Bagel Breakfast Sandwich with Tots and 2 Over Medium Eggs with Avocado Salad on the side ($2 extra for the salad instead of tots). Overall everything was delicious. Food was fresh, seasoned well and hit the spot! It surprised me when they served the food on silver trays instead of plates, as I wasn't expecting it but it added to charm. Definitely must try if you are in the area.

Ordered the Avocado Toast and it was delicious! Ate it so fast that I forgot to take a photo 😂 also had the Tomato Avocado Side Salad for another WIN! Shared my time here with family and we also enjoyed the specialty Mimosas. Highly recommend this cute place while you’re in Cape Coral FL

Ordered coffee, eggs over easy and bacon (not on menu), and the eggs arrived scrambled. Server never returned to ask if I wanted more coffee or if everything was satisfactory. Never brought me the check. Had to walk up to the counter so she could catch me standing there out of the corner of her eye and leave her computer Coffee was OK

LOVE private owned coffee shops- not a fan of dunks and Starbucks! Tried this place on a whim while on vaca. Great selection, amazing coffee - not watered down like Dunks- cute and quaint 👍🏻 Siper friendly staff.

I just f***** love this place. Interior is comfy and cozy, not remotely outdated. Just to be warned the food takes time to be loved and cared for & It’s soo worth it. This menu is one of my local favorites <3

I had the gravy covered croissant and it was delicious. The environment is nice good music very relaxing. I would highly recommend this place for a quick breakfast and coffee. My server Nikki was very polite as well. Great job we need more places like this in Cape Coral.

Overpriced for breakfast! Bagel and cream cheese for $10.99. Service was great, the vibe was charming. There was a couple using their utensils to feed their dog, that was disgusting. Food was good.

Really great croissant on the Breakfast BLT and yummy bacon! Loved the avocado salad. Will be back to try more.

Decent place if you’re looking for a friendly, non-chain vibe for light fare and coffee. Guess they do beer, too. They close kind of early (2p). Wasn’t amazed by food but it was good. Was looking for a study spot and this ain’t quite it, but will get the job done if in a pinch. Worth checking out.

Today was our first visit to Perk and Brew in downtown Cape Coral on Cape Coral Parkway East. We were walking as we live in the neighborhood. The coffee was delicious and the staff were very kind and pleasant. It’s a wonderful place to stop for a cup of coffee or a meal. Great menu! We will be back soon to enjoy breakfast and the great, laid back atmosphere. We highly recommend you check them out.

I love this little coffee shop! Their breakfast is delicious and we love their coffee. I get the normal brew coffee but the girls like their chai latte. They say they are much better than Starbucks. The oatmeal and eggs/bacon breakfast is my go to here but they also have very good breakfast burritos and chicken and waffles. Overall a nice quiet place to enjoy breakfast in the Cape.

Always love to support the local coffee shop. Good americanos this morning! The blueberry muffin I bought was undercooked, however, thus the four stars. Would love to try their made-to-order breakfast options next time.

Oh my gosh what a wonderful find! The coffee is excellent and the food is really good too. The owner and the young woman that works there are very sweet and your food is out very quickly. We will definitely go there again if we're back in Cape Coral.

Cute atmosphere! I love the little fenced off seating area in the front. Staff are very friendly. I love the cool story about how two friends founded the cafe together after years in the restaurant industry. Drink selection was very diverse, and the food was fresh and well prepared! Definitely worth your dollar.
