Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bagels, Pine Island Rd., NE, Cape Coral, FL, Here is my 2 cents on my meal and chatter. I had a regular coffee and a Green Chile bagel sandwich to go. The coffee was very hot getting home and very strong. If I had stayed there I could have had a free refill. I order a Green Chile bagel club, turkey,bacon, tomatoe, you get the jist. It was a bit burnt and a bit soggy when I opened at home. They had wrapped it in a paper/aluminum wrap. I was suprized it was also a bit spicy. Over all pretty good. I was also given a very small side of potato salad. After 4 spoonfuls it was gone. It was good just needed more. Service was just like a St*r bucks. Basically this is a clone of a St*r Bucks with an added bagel bakery included. The coffee side has it own sandwiches , bagel side it own drinks. Just sharing the same real estate. So just your average coffee & bagel chains. No big whoop.

One of the best Einsteins I have been to. The staff is so wonderfully friendly and the bagels are always fresh. This place is worth the journey if you're looking for a good baked product. Doesn't even feel like a chain. Fantastic place!

This is my go to spot for breakfast every Sunday. There are two locations (Cape Coral and Fort Myers). The staff is friendly and there is a wide selection to choose from. I am never disappointed with my order.

The bagels are good. My issue with this Einstein location is that if you do not get there early, there are few bagels left. If I try to order my Bagels ahead of time, they do not offer online the same types of bagels that are in the store. The choices are limited. I have tried to call ahead to make sure the bagel flavors I want are available, but no one answers the phone at this location. Again, the bagels are good but the service at this Einstein location needs more work. The folks there are lovely people. There is just not enough of them 2 run the store effectively.

Best bagels in the world. Always fresh always soft baked daily on the premises. Bring the kids sign up for an account get free stuff every time you visit. Coffee is very good as well. Don’t listen to other reviewer‘s they’re basing other places coffees and drinks. Einstein is known for their bagels and will continue to be the best.

My experience at Einstein Bro. Bagel it was an average experience. When you walk in you are greeted with the smell of little to no fresh bagels. The menu was slightly lighted with beautiful pictures of bagels stuff with these amazing ingredients. You are soon greeted with workers waiting for you to order your food. I had trouble picking out my order. No sandwich really spoke to me. On the other hand if you are vegan you could easily pick the option “Avocado Vego” but I wanted something with dairy in it so I had “Garden Avocado” it had avocado,spainish,egg white,and tomato. Although the ingredients seem very fresh and I would have to say that was one of there ways of being the spotlight of cafes near me. I didn’t like how it was dry,with nothing saving it except the freshness of the ingredients. On the side of our main course meal. We had drinks I had the “cold brew caramel shake” it tasted like I wanted diabetes in one sip. But besides that I liked it very much. But on the downfall if you want to be disappointed again they only had 2 sizes small and large. I got the large it was a pretty good size.the drink was cold with wimp cream on top with a drizzle of caramel. You can taste of the sweetness overtake your mouth. When it hint my mouth I felt confuse,angry and the worst backstab. I had this healthy sandwich but then I had this sweat drink. It didn’t complete eachother. With barely any smoothies on their menu. I wondered if I should of picked one of them. But a smoothly with a bagel, doesn’t fit right. Overall I would say go to this place if you want a quick bite to eat before heading to your disappointed work place, bc that’s what your gonna get here.

I'm giving your joint a 1star because it is the only way to leave a review, otherwise I will leave it as ZERO star. We have been coming to this Einstein in Cape Coral since it opened. The bagels have always been good, but the service has ALWAYS been horrendous. We stopped coming for almost a year in favor of Panera Bread which is perfect in all counts. Today we decided to give it one more try. We should had known. The place is freezing cold. The staff (the most we've ever seen) was too busy with their chores to take care of the only customers in the store,us. When we asked about the AC the reply was, "its broken, we cant adjust it", we asked for certain " inconvenient things", like cream cheese on the side and bagel not toasted. But that was certainly too much to ask because we got it all wrong. Coffee was old and there was no cream in the pitchers. .

Had Einstein Bros. Bagel for the first time today. The bagel was fresh and delicious. I do think they could apply more cream cheese inside. The service was quick and the cashier explained the different coffee options. Would definitely go back.

I placed my order through the app and my order took a little while because they don't have many people working. The service was great though because they were very kind throughout the service. The ambiance of the cafe was pretty chill and I was surprised at how huge it looked inside. I am very happy that I tried it because this might be my new study spot. The food was really delicious and they have really good coffee. I definitely have to come back

Update: Last two times they were out of capers for locs and bagels. The amount of smoked salmon seems to be half what they used to serve when I fell in love with in Miami store. No cream at coffee station. 3-stars Original: Locs and bagels were fantastic. Liked the bagel breakfast sandwich too. 5-stars

So I absolutely love Einstein Bagel’s but the staff is absolutely PATHETIC! First of all, I stood in line, ordered my food, and then ended up waiting around for 21 minutes! Lol, yes, I counted the minutes it took because I was in somewhat of a hurry! I ordered a half dozen of plain bagels. I politely asked the girl working named Anna how much longer it would take for my bagels to be ready and she said “I don’t know,” in the rudest possible way! I asked her if she could find out for me and she literally said NO! Even the Door Dash man waiting for his order asked why it was taking so long before Anna told him off too before he just decided to leave! Finally, my order was ready and Anna picked it up, looked at me psychotically, and whipped it across the counter in my direction! I was shocked! Whatever happened to customer service?!? To top it off, I ended up getting 5 bagels instead of 6! I paid for a half dozen! I’m so upset! I could have handled a missing bagel but the clerk, Anna, was way too much to handle! She was so rude and disrespectful and honestly, I was afraid to even eat my food after the way she acted towards me and everyone there! I ended up just throwing it all in the garage after I got home. I am NEVER going here again, which is super sad because I used to really love this place.

Taylor made our day! We were trying to use the app. And it was not doing what it should have. We called the store, and she took our order over the phone, then figured it out when we got there.

Omg for a chain this place is super cute! My lox, everything bagel with extra capers was sooo yummy. Totally hit the spot! I went here to meet a friend for coffee and breakfast, it was great. We sat on the comfy high-back chairs and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. The place was super clean and one of the employees was the hardest worker we had ever seen. She just kept moving. So much so, we had to pause our conversation to talk about it! This place, though a chain is really a gem. They were super kind in taking our order, they got our order right, we’re happy to make suggestions and handled our perky personalities. Totally recommend this. FYI: There is a ton of seating and even a nice long table for a work meeting atmosphere. This place should be packed but isn’t. Go check it out!

This is a wonderful Einstein location. The crew members are friendly helpful, and very efficient at their jobs! The food is always fresh and hot! The restaurant is always very clean and organized too! Good job crew members and good job management! Ps.. whoever sees this plz tell corporate we all request the holiday drinks to return! It would be great to enjoy a fall beverage at Einstein, along with a fall meal! Thanks from your loyal customers!

Friendly staff. started out with Bacon, avocado, egg, cheese, tomato bagel. Then stepped up to a bakers dozen bagels with two type of cream cheese. All for less than 40 dollars including drinks.

The bagels were good. Looked like they should. A little hard after an hour or so. Their smears are flavorful but I was hoping for a more traditional flavor such as garlic and chives or even lox. Texture was very spreadable. The coffee dark roast was very good. The server at the window was bubbly, happily smiling, a real joy to interact with.

Great bagels and great staff. Have been here a few times before. I showed up minutes after they opened today, they were SUPER quick. When I was ordering I asked if I could just order 1 egg for my dog. When I pulled up to pay/get my food they said the egg was on them which was so sweet. They also gave my dog a mini bagel too. 10/10 would recommend. The woman who helped me at the window was very sweet too.

The drive thru is the only thing open. I waited 15 minutes in line for the person in front of me to get an iced coffee. How long does it take? Why isn't the inside open? What kind of bagel shop doesn't have a Ruben sandwich

Good quality had gone way down. Ordered a lox bagel and got what looked and tasted like 2 week old product.

This place is great! Love that you can do drive-thru, eat in or eat outside! The breakfast sandwiches are delicious, actually look like the pictures on the menu!! Also, the coffee was outstanding! Can't wait to go back!!!

Have not been to Einstein Bros.Bagels in years because there is not one close to where I live. I always loved the Autumn Spice coffee they had in the Fall. I was hoping they still had it. They did not but the regular medium roast I had was very very good.

Coffee was ok, nothing special. Definitely don’t make special drinks like other popular coffee shops. Bagels were fine. Wish the name in Google Maps would be updated so you know the actual brand you’re getting, and not just a shop called “Coffee & Bagels”. I put the request in to add the full name. Was hoping it was an independent or mom and pop shoppe, disappointed to see it was an Einstein bagel shoppe.

Everything I give a 5 star review it's usually because of the exceptional service I receive with a kindness and smile. Yesterday morning was one of those occasions and Ashley is the reason for the 5 stars.

terrible customer service. walked in for a doordash order, the lady was extremely rude, i smiled and said goodmorning and she just gave me a snarky look. she was also rude to her coworker who was nicer. she was tall and in her 60s. she was rude since the moment i walked in, im a latina woman and i cant help but feel this was targeted, especially in this country. hate to see it.

Haven’t stopped at Einsteins in forever!! After one bite of my everything bagel I was happy to be back! Bagel was delicious and the manager Lisa was an absolute pleasure. Employees are amazing, and the food is even better. 10/10

The coffees decent. Their sandwiches are also alright. Service could be lot faster. 25min in the drive through with one car in front of me who ordered one bagel.

If I could give 0 stars I would it took them 45 minutes after order to get 2 sandwiches out the door one being a cold blt, something a kid could slap together ya know. Only after 30 minutes did they realize that they gave our food to someone else so not only did the customer that received our food come back but they had to rush our food and my wife's brisket sandwich came out cold and dry the drinks had way to much whipped cream, in a large over half of the drink was whipped cream. I'm sorry but I would not recommend until they show improvement and gain staff that is definitely needed.

Horrible wait times at any hour. This is the slowest fast food chain around. Terribly managed. Just ordered black coffee and a bagel sandwich 30 minutes. This was not the first time either but the 4th. The question is why don’t I ever learn from this.

Had the brisket egg sandwich, taste was and would have been outstanding if it had any in the sandwich. Price for it was ridiculous.

Love Einsteins breakfast and lunch sandwiches but can not spend over a half an hour waiting. I know they are short handed but i waited over ten minutes before being served and no other customers ahead of me and over 30 minutes to receive my order.The employee walked by me several times and avoided eye contact refusing to acknowledge me. After several experiences at this store I don't think I can ever go back again..

I usually get the Texas brisket, which is very good, but 2 times this week I go there to order, and they don’t have the jalapeño bagel. Not to mention, last time I ordered it over the phone, they just replaced it with some random bagel. How do you call yourself a bagel place and not have bagels? Go make some!

We went here every day while on vacation. Best bagels in Cape Coral/ Fort Myers by far. The coffee was also great. I was very happy with the service and the staff. I recommend everyone atleast to go try this place out.

First time going here and every single employee was incredibly polite, cheerful and did their job well. This seems to be a rarity nowadays where most employees don't care and mouth meaningless words simply because corporate tells them to. But these employees genuinely enjoyed being there and cared about the customers. I will go back just because of this. And my bagel and coffee was perfect. Not a single thing to complain about. Really nice. Had a Cold Brew Caramel Macchiato Shake and their new Brisket Breakfast thing. Was all tasty. Staff very nice and friendly.

Came here on a first date. Super nice service and clean dining room. My date and I talked for like an hour and didn't even notice they closed. The lady behind the counter was very polite when informing us. Keep doing great 😄😄😄
