The young men and women that work here are always kind, friendly, fast and helpful. The food is always good, fresh and hot. I've never had anything in my order wrong from this location ever. The only negative is the sweet tea is not consistent in taste and seems to be a hit or miss each time we go.

I know I said small fries but there was literally like 6 fries in the bag. Also after eating this I have had a stomach bug for the last 4 days. I don’t know if it’s because I went late at night why I got a bad batch; but this is just ridiculous!!!I love eating here but I don’t think I will again!

Just went in there to pick up a Doordash order & waited 30 minutes for not a single person to even ask what I am waiting for. No order ever brought out. That is literally the longest & worst experience I have ever had as a driver for any delivery app. Inexcusable. Just wasted half an hour of my time. Never coming back to say the least.

Waited almost a hour in line Paid $21 for 2 large meals. These are my large fry’s. Not even close to being full that’s sad

Great service every time, 10/10 would recommend. I found out I was pregnant here & 2 years later my son LOVES chickfila, always so kind when we come in! Cleanliness is amazing! Great food never had an issue. This location also allows Military Discount before any one asks! Just a FYI!

This location was really busy. Packed parking lot. Cars everywhere in both DT lanes. They are doing hand held order taking and it was packed inside. We went in to dine and it was clean despite the lunchtime rush and hordes of young children with their parents. There is a flow to their service. We were served by the time we got sat and comfortable and the food was really fresh. Great experience. As a manager in fast food they have a great system going!

Great customer service. I ordered on the app for pick up, 10 mins before closing, my food was great. I don't know her name but I asked for a cookie added and she did this and beyond. Thank you!

Our visit here was awesome and we will be back. Everything was literally perfect. Allison deserves mentioning (and a raise!). She was so happy to be there and it was contagious. I rarely write reviews, good or bad but this visit to this location deserves praise.

The lines are long at the drive through,however, they move fast. Very courteous order takers. The food good. Always a pleasure to go there.

bunch of snowflake kids working there. You know you gave my order away to someone else because you said I think that already went out because you didn 't even check first. then you have the nerve to tell the manager that i'm yelling at you, if I was yelling at you he would have come over, you should have called him over to help fix your mistake instead of making me wait while you help several other customers. and they need an employee bathroom, they are always in there taking a break on the toilet.

Of all the chick-fil-a restaurants that I have been to this one is by far the best! Yes they get the order wrong from time to time… but they always do their best to correct it and make sure that their customers are satisfied! Their food is worth the wait and they always serve it with a smile! It really is their pleasure!

I came a little before closing and they hooked it up!! Had no idea and they really went above and beyond also threw in a squeezable chick fil a sauce. It was a great surprise and they were so sweet :-)!

I have been here several times. I always receive good service and the workers are so nice and HONEST. A few weeks ago I gave the cashier inside a $20 and it had a $100 bill stuck to it, but I certainly didn’t realize it. She was honest and gave it back to me. Today, my service was great when I dined in while waiting for my son to get out of volleyball practice with my mentee, and when we came back through to get my son a meal, she was working the drive through and remembered us and gave all 3 of us free cookies! 💚 this place!

I came here on Friday and got severe food poisoning after eating their chicken sandwich. I ordered medium fries and a spicy chicken sandwich which I have done plenty of times at other Chick-fil-A’s. I have a strong stomach and no food allergies and when I tell you within 15 minutes of eating their chicken sandwich I was head first in the toilet for an hour. I’ll spare you the details but I had severe vomiting (both ends) and was in tears in pain. I have never experienced something like this in my life. The chicken was not properly cooked and the only reason I am writing this is to alert others that were there that day who might have had similar experiences. Unfortunately, I am scared to even go back to Chick-fil-A so I am not seeking any incentive. Please check your chicken before eating because clearly I did not and was not expecting this to be the outcome.

Food was delicious, but the nuggets were the smallest of any I have had anywhere. Waffle fries were good as always. Place is packed and drive-thru was crazy busy...as with all Chick-fil-A

Love their chicken nuggets and their mac and cheese is almost as good as homemade. I would highly recommend this place. Employees are always nice and helpful!

Fastest Chick-fil-A I've ever been too!! They were packed inside and out so I thought I'd be there for quite awhile but to my surprise I was in and out of there within 5-10 mins and with my order correct! The staff was patient and informative too and did I mention my order was 100% Correct! Thats why they "in my opinion" deserve 5 stars all the way across the board!!

I hate that every time they ask my name, I say Holly and then I get called everything but that. Polly, Ollie, Dolly...are you for real? Quit asking. Anyways, sauce, silverware or napkins missing on every visit I make. Today it was sauce. No way I'm circling the building 2 times again to wait 10 minutes for sauce. Asked to order without being able to see the menu. Getting cut off while ordering so cashier can ask a question I would have answered if allowed to finish. I come because the food is good, but always leave annoyed. Not just this location. Consistent across the brand.

Love Chick-fil-A especially this location, they’re always on point and super fast. But the shrinkflation thing is getting crazy. My spicy chicken biscuit barely covers half of the biscuit, I mean come on what they do cut the pieces in 2 now and make 2 out of one piece

Hey I just wanted to give a shout out to Theresa on your staff! She is always happy to help and clean and take care of the dining room and everyone who sits in it. I usually come in every week with my kids and we always get to say hi to her and she is always super helpful when she sees my hands are full with my small children. She makes my experience A+ every single time we visit all year now! I have not had this kind of consistency in any restaurant EVER. And to add to that the whole staff is always helpful and on point. You can see it is a great work environment and for that I thank the owners and managers for their continued efforts. Thank you all for giving me a safe place to bring my kids and a happy place for me to be as well. I am so grateful for Theresa and your entire staff as this is the best Chick-fil-A location in the world because you all put your heart in daily and it shows! From my family to all of you, thank you!!!!

Yum! The lemonades are made from scratch and you can taste it! The chicken wraps are so delicious! They are a little smaller than they used to be, but still great! And who can resist those waffle fries! The play place has those big doors with the protectors for small fingers so my 1 year old can play safely as children are in and out. The staff are very welcoming and helpful.

Although it was slightly crowded AS USUAL my experience was spectacular. The Carmel crumble shake is a MUST! I've never enjoyed "fast food" like I do each and every time I don't here. You can't help but to leave in a better mood then you came what with all the smiling faces and general politeness and eagerness to please. TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S FINEST! during every single experience at this particular establishment I've always considered employment based on simply not wanting the experience to end!

Incredible service! Kelly is a sweetheart. I ordered lunch for my wife and I while my wife was at the Cape Coral hospital ready to have our first child. Kelly saw my name tag from the hospital and basically did something extra special for us (I won't be specific at the off chance that she wasn't supposed to do that!) but let me just say it made a stressful day a little brighter! Chick-fil-A by far is one of my favorite places to go as a fast food restaurant. I love the chicken tenders Chick-fil-A sauce it’s a perv I’ll give it a 10 out of a 10 for some more I would and as far as service goes God bless Chick-fil-A and their workers because they pull off the best damn heist you could ever pull off Chick-fil-A

This location has really improved over the past year. I'm glad they started allowing pickups through the drive-thru line like other locations. The staff and food here is always great.

BRIAN helped me out to my car, he said he has been working here for 4 months and enjoys going to work. NORA at the register was kind, and offered to help in any way she could (I needed help getting my food to the car) Those two are great people, put a genuine smile on my face. Thanks again, it means a lot.

Arrived at 10:17am asked if lunch was available reason being it was 13 min away . He tells me no, I see fries being put into bags behind him for an order. I ask him why they have fries for that order and not mine ? He brought someone who seemed to be a manager it was a girl, she said that she made the order with fries from door dash because they ordered lunch . Ok …. So I can’t order lunch and have to wait for the 13 min to be over with my hungry child ? But someone can order on door dash at 10:17am and have it done ? Make it make sense .

I’m not the one to do Reviews or complain. Came to order in the drive thru, after a 40 min wait in line. Got home and my chicken sandwich was raw in most parts. Did not expect this from chic fil a. Will not be visiting anytime soon. This is utterly disgusting.

Just picked up our dinner from this Chick-fil-A We had the most pleasant experience. Mia took our order and was just so nice I had to leave her a glowing review. If everyone had her smile and great attitude the world would be a better place!

We went during a school event. The place was packed with people. We only had to stand in line a few minutes. They were fast and efficient. The cashier that waited on us new the menu and was very knowledgeable. We asked a lot of questions and he had an answer for all. The food was amazing.

I ordered the 3 chicken sandwiches through the window pick them up and drove away when we open the bag I found one sandwich has three pickles slices and the other too had just one tiny slice each I mean is the job so hard they cannot do the three tiny slices of pickles for a sandwich so pathetic. I suggest people should check the order before they leave.

My family and I are lovers of Chick-fil-A. I've been to many all over the country and none of them compare to this one. Food is always fresh and hot. Great portion size. Fast friendly service.

Emily took our order while we're were waiting in the drive thru line. It was my boyfriend's first time having Chick-fil-A, and she took extra care to make sure our order was right. Excellent experience. From the time we got in line, to the time we left, was only 12 minutes. The line was 3 lanes deep, so that was awesome and quick service. Thank you Emily and the rest of the staff for making my boyfriend's first experience amazing!

I hope the manager see’s this happy post! I was having such a hard day and I stopped in with a free coupon for free food. The service I received from start to finish was absolutely out of this world amazing. I know it’s your job but after working in the customer service industry for many years and being treated like a guest and not just a number was so wonderful. The Food is great but the space to get your food is small. It does not have enough direction. One line is for live orders, staff is great, in the heat though, and the other line is for app's orders. Not good experience but the staff are great. I feel sorry for them but maybe they are happy to have a job. Most are young, very pleasant. Thank you all and wish you would have better exterior conditions or air conditioning

For the size of line, I was very impressed with how fast they we're. Food so very tastey and fresh and hot. They need to build more stores so I do not have to drive 60 miles.

What can you about chick-fil-A. great service. Consistent food and good. The staff and management put the icing on the cake. I eat there several times a week!
