This has nothing to do with me more so my wife. I would rate half of star or no stars if necessary. This care facility is beyond professional by any means having my wife wait almost a month for a blood test result. Leaving her questioning why she is in so much pain and not having for something so small. I have ZERO respect and patience for companies like this. People go to places like this to get better or get on a path to become better. Not sit and wait in pain and agony while waiting.

I love my physician, she’s always super friendly and takes time to explain things. However, this review is about the office itself and not my physician. Every. Single. Appointment. I am stuck waiting for at least an hour after my scheduled time. Why even have an appointment then? The practice needs to stop overbooking appointments and making people wait all day to be seen. The receptionists are friendly enough, but the financial department is garbage and rude. If it wasn’t for my physician I’d honestly leave the practice.

Besides constant scheduling issues and appointments that were never at the scheduled times, I enjoyed the care I received from Theresa Buckley. However, during a scheduling issue the desk plugged me in with O’Hara who decided to not listen to my concerns or have additional conversations about it and then proceeded to cancel my care at this facility afterwards. I find it extremely unprofessional that I was not given a chance to have a thorough discussion with my actual provider that I saw while in care and that I was notified of this decision through a letter in the mail. Highly unprofessional seeing as I was 26 weeks pregnant at that appointment and the required test in question that I wasn’t comfortable with wasn’t due to be completed until 30 weeks, at which point I had a scheduled appointment on the calendar where I intended to talk it all over with my actual provider. Highly highly highly unprofessional. I have no intentions on ever utilizing this facility for any future care.

If I could rate this place zero stars for their billing department I would. My physician was nice but I have had ongoing issues with my insurance through them and specifically Courtney in billing has been rude and unhelpful. She has continued to place blame on my insurance company and me when I have to contacted them and they are not the issue. Everytime I call to talk to someone in billing or a supervisor they cannot get ahold of them. It is getting ridiculous at this point. I would not recommend this place as clearly they are unable to properly handle billing.

I have had two appointments cancelled on me in the last month. The first appointment I made a year ago at my annual and scheduled it a year out- they cancelled that- called to reach and was told that my provider is booked out until November so I reluctantly rescheduled with another provider and then a week later they cancelled that appointment to. And best of all, they won’t refill my prescription until I’m seen in person so I’m screwed basically. Terrible customer service and total lack of prioritizing patient care. Would absolutely not recommend and will be finding a new clinic.

Don't even waste your time. They are unprofessional and scammers. I went to this office twice, paid for my visit at the time of the visit each time and got my receipt. A month later I get an email stating they will charge my card on file (crazy you even need to have a card on file) for additional money. When I called the young lady Ronnie who kept trying to figure out how to read her system and justify her way through stated I had to make an additional payment for an "ad-on" to my visit for a medical examination THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I will be reporting this office for falsely inputting medical procedures and charging you for them. Its not about the money, but the moral of it all. Not to mention, the long wait times and you don't even get to see an OB, you see a midwife who just hands you a piece of paper with the ultrasound results. Better to be patient and go to a real doctors office with some morality.

Do NOT go here. The first appointment was a disaster. I was seen 90 minutes after my scheduled appointment. They kept saying I was next when every single woman in waiting room was being seen before me despite them arriving well after me. I came to the conclusion that they never checked me in even though I approached the reception desk multiple times. The reception desk is very unfriendly. It is impossible to get anyone to call you back. I am pregnant with complications and no messages were ever given to physician for me to be admittEd to hospital. After being admitted, I needed to be prescribed medication. The medication was called in to the pharmacy THREE days after I left hospital. Communication needs to be improved 100%. Called at 8AM to speak with billing and was told they would call me as soon as they arrived. Did not hear from anyone all day so I called back at 3PM. Hailey in billing was extremely rude and her tone and attitude was that I was bothering her and I was stupid. She said that she called me back and left a voicemail when she did not. I hung up on the conversation. The physician we saw was nice but our experiences with the office was enough for us to find care elsewhere.

You're on hold forever trying to get anyone in the office on the phone, then are greeted with long wait times and reception staff that are rude and short and act like you're inconveniencing them. The nurses are incapable of answering any questions and the doctor I saw was so impersonal, did not give me any guidance or resources I asked for as a first time mom, and acted like seeing patients was a burden. In the hospital I had to ask her to come see me and just felt like she completely didn't care and didn't want to be bothered by me. I will be switching to someone else, as this medical team was the worse part of my birthing experience.

After reading the reviews from the last couple of months, I noticed a lot of people were unhappy for X, Y, and Z. Some were wait times, others were billing/insurance, and some others were the staff. From my experience today, it was pretty positive. The staff was very friendly, from check in all the way to check out. I did not have to wait all that long, everyone was very professional, I just needed my annual pap smear and then after I was the doctor, I was on my way. This was a new place for me because I just moved here 2 years ago and had to find a new OBGYN because the one I went to last year left the practice I was going to. I wish more people would post positive reviews more than negative ones. I was skeptical at first but I decided to check it out for myself just to see if it really was that "horrible". Dr. Duncan was very professional and a very sweet lady. I would recommend anyone who is looking for an OBGYN to her. Hope this review will help others with having a positive experience at this place. 😊

Dr.Ohara was a phenomenal doctor! She only delivers at the Cape hospital so I had gone back and forth between her and Health Park providers since I felt more comfortable delivering my first born at a hospital with a NICU but from comparing doctors, the others ones I encountered were always in a hurry and would not leave room for me to even ask a single question but with Dr.O’Hara, she sits down with you and doesn’t let you leave without a question answered. She is very knowledgeable and great at explaining your concerns and made me feel comfortable during exams I was nervous about. 10/10 recommended her! I am comfortable to come back to her for my second baby at the Cape.

Everyone in this office is very friendly and prompt with their work. They are very professional. The office is definitely very neat and clean. Dr Bower is very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and prompt to do her work and take action immediately. I definitely recommend this office and the doctor.

Dr. Corona was amazing. Very kind hearted, sweet and empathetic. My previous provider was so rude and insensitive i was afraid of the same result. But Dr. Corona was far from that. She made me feel so safe and comfortable in such a hard situation. She was so kind and caring for me. She was very knowledgable and offered future help with what i came in for. I will forever go to her for anything. I will recommend her to everyone. Dr. Corona is sincerely an amazing Dr. I loved her! I couldn't ask for anyone better. Such an amazing outstanding woman.

Do not go here— especially if you are transferring care. I moved here from Illinois and they dragged me through three weeks of waiting to ‘approve’ or ‘deny’ me as a patient. Meanwhile, I’m almost 28 weeks pregnant and haven’t seen a doctor since 21 weeks pregnant. They never called me to update me, and I had to physically show up to the office for them to tell me I’m being denied care. When asked why, Audrey (the unpleasant, gross woman I spoke to) told me that she didn’t need to tell me why. They do not care about you, your unborn child, nothing. Every receptionist here is rude and unkind (once you see them in person, it makes sense). If you do plan on transferring care, consider waiting and receive care from your current doctor. Don’t even waste your time (especially if you value the life of your unborn child)!

I paid out of pocket for my visit because my insurance was not accepted here which was fine until I paid fully there and got another $105 charge a few weeks later since they keep your card on file and couldn’t view a receipt . Turns out I was being charged for time! Sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes and seeing the doctor for a max of maybe 5 minutes and the doctors notes I was also told I was charged for. The doctor herself was awesome but billing is Very sketchy !

My first time here for an annual check up, everyone is so helpful the front desk girl helped me with my filling out history questions then the nurse that took my vitals was so cheerful you can tell she loves her job she told me she drives from Port Charlotte. As soon I met Dr O'Hara I felt very comfortable her bedside manner is impeccable she took plenty of time I've never met a doctor more concerned about me although I had no issues she made sure there was nothing left for me to ask! She is very knowledgeable and very gentle. So glad I chose this practice for my Women's health.

DO NOT do business with this company. I had one appointment, my insurance messed up, I got a 5 day notice before 700 dollars was charged to my debit account 4 months after the appointment. That's not the bad part, I signed the "your card will be charged" I'm not disputing that. What I am upset about, there is NO RECORD of Payment History, Bill or Statement in my account that reflects they charged me for what services, there was no bill physically sent to me, there is no statement saying I've paid, that I have access to. Their patient portal is completely void of any financial information (bill, payment history, charges, what services you've received, nothing). They sent me a "statement" only after I had to call and request it, that makes 0 sense. It is meant for insurance companies, it is not a bill, it is not a payment history, etc. What backwards company policy is it to not allow patients immediate access to their financial history in your "payment portal" ??? What is stopping this company from --EMAILING-- ME AGAIN SAYING I OWE ANOTHER 700 DOLLARS WHEN THERE IS NO RECORD IN MY ACCOUNT?? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FACILITY.

The staff and nurse was very kind and friendly. Dr. Corona's exam was the best experience I have had for my annual woman's exam. She took her time to discuss options and was very gentle and courteous.

Nice facility. I am new to the area, and I think letting patients know that the address/building is part of a Long row of medical facilities that all look similar would really help when scheduling new patient appts. Other than that, everyone from front desk to back office was really great!

Dr Fleishman is amazing. I was struggling so much, he explained my condition. Took the time to tell me my options and answer all my questions and concerns. Very satisfied with the doctor Fleishman and his staff.

Dr Corona is the best Doctor at this practice. Highly intelligent, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and follows through to ensure she solved the problem!

Dr Corona was really great! She answered all of my questions and concerns and didn't make me feel like I was rushed. I would 100% recommend her. Wait times were short. I haven't delt with the billing part yet so I can't review on that.

The doctor I saw was very friendly and professional, but the staff is awful. I'm having problems with a prescription, and I can't even get anyone to respond to me. When I call the office, I have to wait on hold for over 30 minutes to speak to anyone. Then when I speak to staff, all they can do is pass my message to the doctor, who then takes days (plural) to take care of anything. I've dealt with this same issue on several occasions now. If you're just going for an annual exam or birth control prescription - maybe this place is fine for you. But if you need anything additional, forget it. I'm getting another gynecologist next year. I can't imagine being pregnant and asking them for help or care. They clearly do not put patient's needs as a top priority.

I am beyond grateful to know Dr. Shimp will be caring for me throughout my pregnancy. I have only had one appointment with her so far, but she is a genuine human being with a kind heart who really does want to help her patients. I feel very fortunate to have found her as an OB.

Theresa Buckley is the best physician I have ever encountered. She goes above and beyond for her patients and definitely provides quality of care. Highly recommend if you are looking for a dr who cares about her patients, provides empathy and comfort, and is competent in her field.

I recommend going to Premier Women's Care of Southwest Florida. I go to the Viscaya office in Cape Coral. The staff are all very friendly and kind. The doctors along with their assistants are very helpful in answering your questions.

Beware of improper billing practices. They will charge your card on file without notifying you. Office has ZERO communication between the patient, Front desk, Nurses Station & physician's. If you have any sort of urgent matter where you need to be seen or speak with a physician they will mark it as a non-priority and leave you hanging for days without any sort of call back. The management & policies that they currently have in place need to be re-evaluated especially in the Cape Coral location. You could not pay me to visit this facility again.
