Very disappointing experience today! I have been a patient of this office ever since we moved to Cape Coral (9 years). I lost one of the plastic lens in my glasses after the screw came undone.. I was told by the optician on location that replacement lens would cost $900.00 JUST for the lens. Today I had an full eye exam and the Ophthalmologists said there was little change in my eyesight from my last exam. When I went to this same optician on location she said there was a significant change in my prescription (10 minutes after I saw the Ophthalmologist ). Now I’m questioning if I wasted a 2 hour visit because I have no confidence as to which prescription is correct, OR is this an attempt to get me to purchase new lenses by the optician? If the lens cost $900.00 I can speculate with new frames the cost would be in the range of $1,500.00. Post note: Don’t believe their response below. There was no confusion. They screwed up and their prices were outrageous! I’ll never go back!

Went in there with two insurance companies and asked before if that there was any charge for anything and they told me no and then I got down and they were giving me a piece of paper and she said something about $67 and I said I don’t want anything that I have to pay for and she told me that’s fine just take it with you And now they’re charging me $67 so be careful with going to them because they’ll charge you for stuff that you shouldn’t have to pay for.

This practice is very good. Care is consistent and swell documented. Practitioners are not shuffling through papers to find results or histories. Office personnel are always pleasant , rooms are spotless.

My experience at Elmquist in Cape Coral today was s pleasant, professional visit. Everyone involved from the receptionist, nurses and Dr Burt were all wonderful.

Every time I have an appointment with the Elmquist Eye Group it's a wonderful experience. Everyone there is so polite, friendly and helpful. The Staff and Dr. Wagner are always so terrific, and I feel very comfortable with everyone there. Thank you all for your service to the country.

New patient here! Dr. Rodriguez was great, and her staff were friendly and efficient (hard to find in healthcare). No complaints here - I highly recommend them if you are a diabetic, they ensure your eyes are staying healthy and strong.

Wonderful, genuine people. I was welcomed warmly. My vision concerns were all addressed and all of my questioned were answered with compassion and respect.

Wonderful. From the time I walked in until the time I left nothing but amazing energy. The doctor was thorough and amazing as well and I must say the staff was very friendly and kind and I felt very good there definitely going back and staying here as my new eye doctor

I am and have always been so impressed with the staff that does all the testing and are so personable and knowledgeable and efficient. Two years ago I lost the vision in my left eye and the quick exam and action of Dr. Wagner was so instrumental in saving my sight Cindy

They don't take vision plans and when i called to schedule an exam the person answering was very confused on why I was calling even though I told her it was for an eye exam. They list contact fittings as a service but wow that was an odd interaction to make an appointment. It was off-putting and I felt best to go else where.

My visit this morning was my first. The entire staff was knowledgable, friendly and answered my questions without hesitation. Dr. Rodriguez is the best dentist I've been to. I'm pleased I chose Elmquist as my dental office

I have never had such a thorough eye exam! The staff here are so professional, and Dr. Rodriguez is fabulous! Kind, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable about her field of Medicine. I couldn’t recommend Elmquist Eye Group more!!!!!!
