    I don't want to give a 1 star here because It's my favorite fast good place but I came in at 3pm, small group of people ordering outside and no vehicles in the drive thru. Being the only vehicle waiting to order at the drive thru after 10 minutes of no voice greeting or saying "sorry for the wait I'll be with you in shortly" I decided to just park and walk to the front to order. Again I waited for another 5 minutes at the window but I was hearing multiple people complain about how long ago they've ordered and still haven't gotten food. Unfortunately I was never able to order or even talk to an employee. Sucks because I really love this place and have never had issues with Capes location, I really hope it's just an off day and not foreshadowing future service 😢

    We arrived at the store approximately 245pm, waited at the drive throught to order behind another car, the only one there for about 10mins..ordered..we were told we couldn't get regular cheese fries, we had to order the loaded ones..we got two..then two fish extra tartar sauce.. chicken bites n fries, bacon cheddar double burger and fries..we waited another 10 to 15 mins at the window before they pulled us forward, then waited right at 30mins in the front to relieve a bag of subpar food..bacon cheddar burger had no condiments, no bacon just two patties and cheese between them, not cheddar..two loaded fried with hardly any cheese, two fish I had to eat with a fork cause the tartar sauce was all over it, and chicken bites that were hard..all cold!!! The only thing hot was the single fries that came with the burger..the manager was nice, but the cashier was very dry..almost to the point if rude!! The Jackson store is very good, I will never again eat at the cape store..not even if they offered free food what a shame!!

    When I first pulled up some other customer was acting like a insane person but that didn't stop the staff from being polite and quick. This place has great fried foods and shakes. The fries are also as good as rumored.

    Definitely wasn't my best experience at a Rally's or checkers but it is still one of my favorite fast food joints. Service definitely could have been better we didn't even get all our food at the same time. They kind of broke it up into three different the hamburger came first chicken sandwich came second fries came dead last I was very disappointed this time around

    Workers were blaring rap music when I pulled up to pay for food then the drinks didn’t taste anything like they’re supposed to. The food was smothered in so much sauce, and just sloppily thrown together, like it was meant for a pack of dogs to eat. Then, as I was leaving, I overheard one of the staff say over the intercom to keep the customers “yelling” to a minimal because they were laughing loudly with someone else in the car. Place is an absolute joke.

    The only problem I have, is that I order ahead and pick up at the walk-up window and the last few times I've been, my food has been sitting there bagged up and all the employees just look at me at and tend to the drive thru, which I understand but I'd you're on you phone in the back and I can clearly see you and you see me and ignore me. Gives me IDC vibes. I've stood there for at least 10 minutes before someone asks what I need. Their food is good but poor customer service.

    I love Rally's I lived across the street from checkers when I lived in Florida. I was ecstatic when they built the one in Jackson. I swung in to grab me something to eat at the one in Cape, the people in there are rude I told the lady taking my order that I told her the wrong thing, she cut me off and very rudely told me she would have my total at the window. 😳 Then I pull to the window and again try to tell her I order the wrong thing once again interrupting me cause she couldn't figure out how to change it. Then I asked her if she could scan my check in from the app. she acted like I ask to borrow her car. I told her nevermind and drove off.. This isn't the first time I've had problems with this location they need to learn etiquette from the Jackson location.

    Rallys is hands down the best burgers in cape.... And don't even get me started on them funnel cake fries they taste just like your at the fair!!!

    Always fast and friendly service at great prices. Nice outdoor seating too. As far as fast food goes... Can't go wrong :-)

    Way better than I expected during Friday night dinner rush. Everything was 100% fresh, fries crispy like they're supposed to be, we got the Big Buford and the meat was fresh, perfectly cooked and delicious, and the wait time was minimal, approx 3 minutes

    This is the only time I have ever made a purchase and the order was not satisfactory. Both the fish & burger sandwiches were cold and the edges on the fish was hard. I called the restaurant 5 times after I saw the condition of my food but there was no answer. I'm not sure if the young man was in there alone or he had help. He was polite,but that's no excuse for selling the sandwiches in that condition. I called only to see if I could get fresh food because I was headed to work when I stopped by to get lunch for myself.

    Three times now we haven't gotten our full order out of maybe ten visits. I've worked in restaurants my whole life and my accuracy even my first night hitting a dab was better than this. I mean it wouldn't be a big deal but you ever get food while you're in a town 30m away and got home to no fries when your fiance sent you for fries? You ever looked at the person you love most and told them "They didn't give us any fries"? Cause after I eat my order of fries on the way home and ditch the evidence in the neighbors trash can I'm going to have to lie about the existence of these damn fries. Seriously though, good food but terrible accuracy of service. I can't continue supporting the business like this. I'm sure when they have a complete turnover of staff in six months like every other fast food place it'll be hit or miss again at least. But as of 10/2023 I'm continuing to not get my order and it's annoying. Do better Rallys. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed.

    Out of many sauces and key ingredients like mayo, marinara, and lettuce. 7+ minute wait for stale burgers, cold soggy fries, and nuggets that clearly sat in the warmer box for 30+ minutes. Oh, and only 2 staff in the building while a gaggle of employees (including a manager) hung out at the patio table. Disgusting food, worse service. At least the girl at the window was trying her hardest. Oh, and that 7 minute wait? There were no other customers on the entire property. They could have freshly prepared the entire order in less time than I sat at the window. Sad.

    I am very disappointed I go to the store in Farmington all the time and always love the food there but today I went to this one in Cape Girardeau. I got the Baconzilla burger add pickles, XL fries and a Cherry Coke which I always order. The burger didn't come with my pickles at all not even on the side and the fries were extremely undercooked to the point they were fusing together at the bottom of the cup. I couldn't even eat more then 1/3 of them even though I was extremely hungry. They didn't even have straws and told me after I already ordered a soda. The manager was making herself food while walking around and the cashier was just standing talking to the other coworkers for half of the time. This was the most disappointing experience I have had at a Rally's.

    Is Rallys the only fast food place that makes you go back through the drive-thru to purchase additional items like fries? This happened to me tonight and I decided to go to McDonald's to get my fries. There were four cars behind me and the manager said he did not make the rules.Thisnis the reason company lose business and eventually go bankrupt and shut down! Ridiculous!

    The food is good but I’m a little confused… placed an order for doordash and I get a call from the dasher saying that you guys use Uber Eats. So I wonder why Rally’s is active on doordash still? Then doordash support calls me.. says the store is closing… it closes at 1am.. not understanding what happened here.
