Almost deterred from going here from the reviews I read, I LOVE THIS PLACE! The man who did my nails was very clean and gentle with my hand price wasn’t too bad and I think I found my new nail home! Thank u so much🖤

They did a really good job at shaping my nails and painting, but they sure did not last! After ONE day the color on the tips and sides of my nails were coming off! And I do not do hard work or anything for my nails to look that bad. I got the unicorn buffing color and paid $60 for the full set just for them to come off! I went back a week later to see if they could fix them at all and they said that’s just what happens. That’s a lot of money for them to 1) chip off like that and 2) refuse to redo them. Will not be coming back.

I went to Fancy nails in the evening on Monday. I wanted a pedicure and a manicure. A young man started with my pedicure and it was great, although I was not informed until after I got my toes done that is would be an extra 35 dollars for gel and chrome. (First time pedicure) While I was getting my toes done another individual picked my gel polish off with their fingernails, leaving them in a bad condition. My polish on my fingers nails turned out to be the wrong shade so I asked them to remove it and I would pay for the pedicure. They buffed my fingers again and maid 3 of my fingers bleed. My fingers have never been left in a worse condition. I know as a consumer I should prepare for extra charges, however their responsibility as a provider is to inform their consumers. Pedicure was posted for $35.

Went in and was not greeted. The man who did my nails was very unfriendly. I sat in the chair for over 30 mins before he ever started on my nails. I asked for blue swirl and I had a video on how to do them. I paid them $70 and when I got into better light OMG they were terrible. He put white on the base and the video did not do that so naturally the white was seen all around the outer parts of my nail. I went back in the next day and he said he could put blue to cover the white but to change the color it was gonna cost me $25. Hello I just paid you $70. I will never go back in there.

Nothing like what I wanted. I showed them a picture. charged me 70 dollars. 20 for design that he didn’t even do. 10 dollars for coffin shape. 20 dollars for ombré. And 20 more for acrylic.

Typically I would leave 5 stars. I have always had a great experience here. But last Saturday I went, during the day, I usually go in the evening after work. First off, the man with the tattoos was trying to finesse me and make me pay more. I wanted to be sure we were on the same page since they were different people working than I had seen before, so I asked how much my nails would be. ( I know the price, I get the same thing every time. It has never changed ) he tried to tell me it would be 50$!!! For literally a gel manicure on my real names .. then I speak up about how no, I always only ever pay 35$. Then he tries to say it will be 40$. Finally I get him on the same page by repeating myself over and over about I've been coming here for MONTHS, getting the same thing, and price is always the same. I really felt he was trying to get over on me. (seemed he was trying to do it to another girl also who left before me) so then he proceeded to have a child do my nails. I say child because he was a teen but clearly not 18. I was trying to be cool with it, and let him cause everyone needs practice. My lines were crooked and not like how usually are, but I dealt with it. My problem is NOW that not even a WEEK later I have a whole coating of a nail that came off. My nails have always lasted longer than two weeks. I do not do strenuous work. I am very upset. I really would like my nails to be completely redone. I have been a loyal customer since starting to come here and this is ridiculous.

Such good service!! The people that did my nails were very nice and friendly. I love my nails and had no issues whatsoever :)

Wanted a dip polish to help strengthen my nails. I picked a light mint green, and FIVE dips later I had these huge Easter egg looking blobs on my nails. I went home $50 less in my pocket and horrified. I contacted them the next day and they said to come back and they would fix them. I was greeted with such distain, and all they did was take it off and looked at me and said “THERE.“. No dip done correctly..nothing. Needless to say I got outta there and will never return! what a rip off!
