We just moved to town, & our 1st order was AMAZING!! Delivery guy was very kind. Pizza was nice & hot. Cooked to perfection!!

We love our Marco's in Cape Girardeau. However, I was just told that the BOGO offer could only be applied to a VIP account. I cannot find how to sign up for a VIP account. I have spent 15 minutes trying to find the information to sign up!

The pizza is awesome, but even if you purchase sauce- don't expect it. They constantly forget, mistake, or neglect whatever sauce order we put in. This is the first time in 6 months we've ordered them after a 2 year frequent commitment to them after our son's extra curriculars, and they still don't send it. What a waste of money.

Usually I love this place, but my experience the other day was not a good one! Went to pick up a pizza my mother ordered and I asked numerous times about it and they told me they didn't have anything. So I re-ordered the same thing and waited for it. When my mother tried to call to ask they said oh I thought she said another name even though I gave first last and address multiple times.. long story short they wouldn't cancel the order so she ended up having to pay twice for the same order. They did look very short staffed and I'm sure they were overwhelmed but still no one seemed to care.

I ordered the evening of 5/27/23. This was my 1st visit to a Marco's pizza, only to be left with a bad 1st impression. Before I left with my order I asked if my sauces were in one of the boxes, she said yes. They were not in there. I also was not given the parmesan cheese packets I ordered. My toppings were not correct. One side was supposed to have onion, the other side green pepper. Both were on the same side. Overall the pizza and cheese bread were good.

The pizza was delicious but there are only a few places to sit inside. Bottled drinks have to be chosen from a cooler. The staff were friendly and courteous but we were handed the box with our pizza. I had to ask for plates. They cater mostly to carry-out orders. We would definitely get their pizzas again.

Ordered dinner last week and there was a fly baked into my pizza. I called to inform a manager and spoke with the only guy working that evening who apologized and sent me a full refund since I did NOT want him to remake my food. The next morning I got a phone call from the day shift manager who's only concern was why I picked up my order AND got a full refund. After telling her what happened, her only response was "oh ok, I just wanted to make sure, Goodbye"..... As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry, I would have felt terrible and at the least acted like I cared. I am 8 months pregnant and threw up violently for hours just at the thought that I almost bit into a fly and then second guessing if I had ate one earlier and didn't notice. I understand things happen but this was an absolutely disgusting experience and I'm still sick about it.

My first five star! This place is the real deal. Great wings. Philly Cheese steak was big and so flavorful. They forgot my fries and I didn't even care. THAT'S how good it was. Can't wait to get spaghetti. So excited!

I hear this pizza is amazing but in checking there is not one close enough to me. 😁

Best pizza in cape for the price. It's the new little Caesars if you want a less expensive good pizza.

Staff was friendly and food was made fast. This was great experience for my first visit to Cape and this restaurant

The Pizza was made in the time frame that they gave me which was quickly😎 and was delicious for a very reasonable price😎

BEST PIZZA IN TOWN. If you like thin crust, GO TO MARCOS!! I moved here from a small town and desperately missed a local pizza place back home. I tried 4 different places before I was recommended to Marcos. And EVERY single time I have ordered I have been completely blown away. Always ready, never messed up my order, extremely polite and great customer service. Every time I pick up pizza they are SO nice, always make great conversations, always giving me recommendations for new items to consider. Thank you Marcos for making me feel at home here in Cape, MO :) And thank you for not judging me on my “only onion extra onion” pizza 🤣

My order was delivered! Beyond what was expected! Love the bread less bowls and my 7 year old says this is his go to pizza when we are in town ❤️ Def recommend! My delivery driver was super nice too!!!

Their soda truck never shows up on time , but the pizza is good . The women that work there, I sure would love a piece of their pie!

GREAT SERVICE, FRIENDLY CASHIER, AWESOME FOOD, REASONABLE PRICES, VERY ACTIVE CREW, ALL IN ALL ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT IF YOU HAVE A CRAVING FOR PIZZA, CHEESEY BREAD OR EVEN A SUB. I GOT THEIR PIZZA IN A BOWL, (CRUSTLESS PIZZA) AN ALL MEAT ONE, CHEESEY BREAD & A 6 INCH HAM & CHEESE SUB. IT WAS WONDERFUL. IF I COULD GIVE MORE STARS I WOULD GLADLY DO SO.

Nice people and good food. The wings are really nice too. I enjoy the thick pan pizza, fluffy and soft when you bite into it.

Such good pizza if ate all I wanted the I'd have to go down the street to the hospital. Lol
