We drove two hours out of our way on 4th of July just to go to white castle and we got there at lunch time and the food and the staff were amazing! They helped us with souvenirs. And we're very friendly and happy to help.

Addicted to those burgers. Growing up whenever we went to St Louis we had to stop in Crystal City to get some on the way home in Cape Girardeau. I was so glad when they opened up here. I love the burgers, chicken rings, and shakes. I eat there as often as I can.

Not bad, not bad...so first off, the lady in drive through was the sweetest thing I've ever dealt with. Charismatic, genuine, polite. Thank you. And being white castle you should expect a mild case of bubble guts. But the chicken rings were on point, the burgers-to be expected and the fries were memorable. It was what I hoped it was, and a lot more. I know you may be skeptical of going, but for cape girardeau and quality, you can't go wrong. Enjoy the service and the subsequent bathroom breaks that come with these amazing treats.

Good first time experience finally trying the 🦄of🍔 for a West coast person. Double cheese slider is my favorite of the sliders I tried. Sadly they didn't carry the Sloppy Joe slider that I saw on the website.

The food was horrible and the lady tried to hand me fake money. Then after i approached management about the situation she called me a racist and said she was going to call the cops if i didn't leave immediately . I have never in my life been so disrespected and treated in such a foal manner. i promise you there will be something coming from this. I will never eat at a white castles as long as i live.

I went to this place and I had ordered the original sliders but when I got my food the sliders were absolutely gross and they gave me pickles when I told them no pickles. The meat was breaking apart and the whole sandwich was really messy and the food stunk. I would say the ONLY thing that was good there was there soda Also the service was good

The place is clean and the food is great, but if you use the drive-thru, go about 30 minutes before you want your food. The slowest drive-thru on the planet…

They are busy, but the place is pretty clean, and the staff is kind and helpful. All round a good white castle.

Love belly bombers as we used to call them. Good was great. 4 cars ahead of me in drive through took 27 minutes to get my order and pull away! The wait was an epic fail. Maybe they were short handed but 😳😐

Delicious food, just like it was when my folks took me there when I was a kid. Great sliders, and the cheese sticks were wonderful. Friendly staff and parking lot with shade for my dog!

We ordered the $12.00 Burger Bundle and a sweet tea. The crinkle cut fries were warm, as were the sliders. The drive thru staff was friendly.

Food tasted great. It was super slammed, so it took a bit to get the food to us. Honestly, with the quality of it, it was worth the wait.

Was happy and friendly staff very helpful. Clean rest room and dinning area. Was a wonderful experience. I recommend this place for fast food 🍲 but high quality food.

I don't know three people for lunch about 30 bucks not too bad get it twice three times a year which makes it taste great Chris personally where I live in my little town they just don't have a White Castle this happened to be the one in Cape

The burgers and fries at white Castle are good. Service was good. The wait for the food was not bad either. But the floors were a little dirty but not too dirty.

Was able to walk up to the drive-thru window to take my order since I was driving a big rig. 24 hours open and food hot and fresh. ❤️

The cape girardeau white castle is not quite as good as the saint louis ones but it gets better every year... But how are you going to keep your drive through empty when mcdonald's is running a big special..... They were wrapped around their building and you didn't even have a decent offer to counter to make someone get out of line.

It was awesome. Food was fresh, fries were NOT oversalted like other places. They had all flavors in the soda machine. And the workers were super friendly. Got there just in time before they closed the dining room. Love those mini burgers!!!

I always stop here when coming from TN to IL, The food is always fresh so I don’t mind the wait.. The manager is beautiful, me and my hubby love to stop by here to see her beautiful smile & teeth… She is so sweet, what a beautiful black queen!

I didn't know that Cape had a White Castle until I asked my cousin about it during the 4th of July holiday. So since my girlfriend is from the Philippines, I decided that on our way back to Texas we would take a detour and stop, and we were not disappointed! Very friendly staff, my White Castles tasted great and my girlfriend loved them! Then I explained to my girlfriend how they were a treat for my brothers and myself growing up Just wish one would open in Houston!

There were only two people working, but they didn't let that get them down. They had excellent attitudes and filled the orders as quick as they could. My only critique is that they have no idea how much ketchup is required for 100 burgers.

The food was good no line to place an order and drive through but we waited after we paid for our order for quite a while. Our food was fresh and hot. I think they should have pulled the vehicle in front of us up to or ask them to pull over to the side.

Super impressed with how fresh our food was! The small wait was worth it knowing our food was prepared after we ordered & had been sitting under a heat lamp. Indoor dining area and restrooms were clean, which was a nice change when compared to other “fast food” restaurants. Cool retro vibe with great food!

We don't have White Castle in Alabama, so we got some for dinner, and it was delicious. Also, I don't think I've encountered such a friendly and helpful employee since I can remember! I didn't get her name, but she was the cashier on the night shift of October 1st. I certainly hope that she is well-paid, because she was truly wonderful, and certainly makes your location a pleasure to visit.

Not quite as good as I remember it being as a kid, but pretty good. The guy that rang us up kept playing with his nose ring while we were ordering, so that wasn't too great. He then went back to start preparing food, but he put gloves on, so that was good.

Stop one night at 2 in the morning because they were one of the only things open. Got a crave case and some onion rings and some fish bites. Fishbites for awesome onion rings or not good at all and their sliders we're hitting Miss. Like you need one and everything was great, and then you would eat another one and it would not be up to par

I love this White Castle, but I feel the line gets slower and slower each time I visit. My last visit was a 40 minute wait in line just for 2 combo meals. I do hope they get this fixed soon, because I love the place, but just don't typically have that much time to wait for lunch. It never used to be this way.
