Food was 3/5 not cold but not far from it place could have been cleaner. Ordered from the breakfast menu and an orange juice which she forgot to give me so both of those would be a star off each.In the fountain area the machine was actually damaged so that makes me think minimal care is given anywhere in that place.

A tad bit slow but they were slightly busy. The food was pretty good. Also they are a Hardee's Red Burrito combo store so there is more selection.

Absolutely the worst fast food I’ve ever had. Ordered a burger. The burger was cold. The cheese was not melted. Also ordered chicken strips. Somehow the chicken strips were cold. Chicken strips have to be put through a deep fryer, not sure how they come out cold. Will never return here. Employees sit in the car next to the drive-through. Waiting for customers to pull up, then go inside and cook the food. Absolutely ridiculous.

The longest wait ever at the drive thru! 30 minutes atleast. I figured food would be hot atleast WRONG. Wouldn’t recommend the drive thru at all.

I am done with going to this Hardee's for breakfast. The staffing shortage has to part of the problem, but it is inexcusable for having no lids, straws, or even ice in the soda machines by 6:15 to 6:30 when the lobby opens at 5am.

For real over 30 minutes for a biscuit. When I asked how much longer I was told another 8 minutes I said I already waited 30 and can't wain more so he just handed me a sandwich of rack which was wrong and didn't say sorry or nothing. I'm sick of fast food treating me this way and Hardee's won't even refund my money or say sorry. Unless I get my money back or a simple apology I'll never go back and will tell everyone how they treat people. Wake up Hardee's do what's right.

This place reminds me of back in the day big burgers, fries, shakes, fast food, classic they would bring out to the car. I had an excellent dining experience at Hardee’s. I would go back. I wish there was still many more of these locations open. I know a lot of them closed down. It was a blast from the past. I think I had a chocolate shake and I think I had also, I possibly had only a water and maybe a burger and fries.

Worse drive through experience EVER!! Semi truck parked by drive through speaker with engine running. Made it very difficult to hear. When we got to the window, we were asked to pull up so they could take care of the truck. We waited 45 minutes!!!We should have left. The biscuit was over cooked and salty. I would skip this place.

This has been one of the best experiences with fast food that I have had in a long time. The food was fresh and the manager even spoke to me. The service and attitude of workers has been greatly I’m approved.

Management is to blame here as well as difficulty in obtaining employees. Waited 30 minutes in drive up line today. Always a 10 minute or more wait Either pay your employees more to keep them or vlose your doors!

Blake was so wonderful with service and respect he showed my 86 year old father. When he brought or food to the table dad was saying grace. He wanted to give us the ketchup. Most people just lay stuff down and walk off . Blake also was on top of spilled ice with cones and clean up. I'd only there were more young men like him.

Good hot food. Short wait in the drive- through. Friendly, helpful staff. A few days prior I was in the dining room and it was clean and the breakfast was good. At the time of this posting they do have a happy hour on drinks later afternoons but I'm not sure of the exact times.

Usually LOVE this Hardee's but I tried an Angus burger for the first time and it was Burned and dry. 8 bucks wasted and the workers were all on their phones and running drinks out to boyfriends. Is there a manager at all there anymore?

The most horrible experience I have ever had at a Hardee's. We arrived at 6:48 and they told us they are no longer taking orders because they are closing at 8:00. The only reason I'm giving it one star is because it won't let me give zero

We went thru there drive thru 6/17/2023. The guy running the window has no personality. Didn't greet us. Didn't thank us. He was on his cell phone talking to a friend the whole time. Who allows their employees to do this? Food was nothot and was just thrown together. This was a very bad experience.

Princess and Dee took great care of me! Excellent customer service everytime! Definitely a favorite spot of mine long as they're both there.

My curly fries were a bit soggy but still good. But my burger.....I got the monster burger......sssoooo good! They put so much bacon and I love bacon 🥓 😋 They were busy but I think did a good job.

We were there for breakfast and glad to learn their b'fast hours run til 10:30. My biscuit was overbaked but I like them like that so it was ok. They give veteran's discount if you ask.

There was a small line. The food was hot and fresh. One of the best value breakfasts in the city.

I hadn't ate at Hardee's for over a decade. One burnt burger and a strawberry shake that tasted more like Pepto Bismol later and I'm all set to go another Hardee's free decade... Provided of course that the aforementioned meal doesn't result in digestive issues that end in my exploding like the chick in Cloverfield, which I can't be certain won't actually happen.

One of the best places to get breakfast in Cape as well as great customer service all around a great place to take your business. Even tho there was a line around the building josh still made my customer experience great:)

We have not been back to this Hardee's in quite some time because the last two times we were there were HORRIBLE, from the service to the food. I am so glad we gave it another try tonight! The service was awesome, friendly and quick! The food hot and fresh, even after we drove home with it from the restaurant! CJ and Dakotah were wonderful and we WILL be back! 😊
