    The girl with pinkish hair is amazing! My whole family complements her every time we pull away. When we see her in the drive through, my husband, dogs and I know we will get great service! Always gets our orders perfect. I go there every day and never has it failed a day she is working the food and coffees are perfect. Always so nice and inviting! Great experience, she needs a raise!!

    Most of the workers at cape are very rude!!! There coffee always tastes different even when you order the same thing every time you go. It’s kinda sad McDonald’s can make a better coffee then they do. Cape Girardeau location is a joke.

    dunkin’ is always great and efficient- BUT, today, not so much. my friend ordered a beverage with Cold Foam, and when the boy at the window handed out the beverage, it didn’t have Cold Foam in it. We handed the drink back and asked if he could put Cold Foam on it, and he replied with a snarky comment. “I’m looking right at the drink, it doesn’t say cold foam on it.” He’s clearly dyslexic. It says cold foam on it.

    The guy locked the door 6 minutes before close right in my face when I ordered a pick up order for inside. Then when I called about it he proceeded to “dude chill it’s just me. Come through the drive through” very disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, and absolutely TERRIBLE coffee on top of it.

    I got the new chicken wrap and it was so cold when they gave it to me I didn’t eat most all of it bc it was not warm at all and make the wrap taste gross

    This is a great partnership for my sales business. They have the donuts ready for me to pick up and be on my way. The staff is friendly and the OWNER is AMAZING! Very engaged in his business and willing to help customers.

    A Dunkin‘ morning is a great morning! I am in multiple times a week, and the staff always puts a smile on my face! They know me by name (and order) and always get it right! Delicious coffee for a great price—what else could you ask for?!

    It's been years since I've been to a Dunkin and I've gone to this specific location three times in the last three months. Every time I've gone there have been multiple items they are out of when I order. This last time will be my last, though. When asking the staff a question about a menu item she got very rude. I wasn't the only customer who had a ride experience while I was there. The food is good that's why I'll give this location a 2 star.

    Overall an extremely pleasant experience, I go several times a week as it’s right the down road from my house. The few things that I would like to mention are the following: the decaf (for my spouse) is absolutely horrible-just taste like 5 day old extremely watered down coffee; when you asked for light ice your cup is barely halfway full and also the consistency of the flavors are never the same (meaning that depends on what worker makes it determine how it will taste and I don’t believe they are all following the same recipe).

    My fiancé and I went in the morning around 9:30 sm. The drive thru was very busy, but we wanted to go inside anyway to get a bite to eat. Inside, we were the second group in line to be waited on, but it took over 10 minutes just to get our order taken. This did not initially upset me too much because they appeared short staffed. When we were eating our food, we got to hear one of the employees loudly complaining from the kitchen area about people that come inside thinking it'll be faster than the drive-thru. Being short staffed is one thing, but I found this incredibly unprofessional. The coffee/food was good, but I don't think I want to give my business to an establishment where workers complain about me merely for being there and expecting them to do their job.

    Not sure why I go here everyday. I order the same thing everyday…sometimes it has what I asked for and sometimes it doesn’t. Some put half pumps of flavoring and some put full pumps flavoring. Every single employee needs to make the drinks the same. You never know if you’re going to be happy with it or have to go back. This morning I ordered a drink, got to work and it didn’t have any caramel in it. I couldn’t go back so that was Money wasted. At $5 a drink… it’s frustrating.

    One picture is of a chocolate longjohn. The second picture is the abomination Dunkin Donuts gave me. Not one but two of them. How dare they? They should call this a short john, since it falls well short of being an actual long john. It looks like it's missing chromosomes. I felt bad for it so I ate it quickly and begrudgingly. 1 star if it wasn't for the mango pineapple refresher thing my fiance had. It was decent.

    Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. A $30 order and not a single thing was good. Placed my order on the app and when got to the store it took over 30 minutes for them to get my order ready. When I finally received my order they told me they ran out of French crullers and substituted it for plain glazed. So my dozen donuts mostly consisted of glazed and that’s not what I wanted. On top of all that my 2 iced coffees were watered down from sitting for who knows how long.. Our Boston Kreme donuts barely even had chocolate on them. Not happy with this experience at all. Could have went to Walmart and spent a fraction of the money on better tasting donuts too.

    I love Dunkin's coffee. The line can get pretty long in drive through, but they always seem to keep it moving pretty quickly. Staff is nice.

    Pulled up to the window and the girl literally just stared at me with her mouth open for 15 seconds as if she had no clue what i was doing in the drive thru. Eventually just handing me my order without saying anything or closing her mouth. Weirdest drive thru employee encounter Ive ever had

    VERY RUDE employee and manager!! I went to this location and the cashier (she kind of looked like she could be part Hispanic) acted like she didn’t want to or was scared to communicate with me. I expressed to the manager my feelings on my experience and he assured me that there is no way I could have had an experience like that because he (the white manager) has never experienced her act that way, of course you haven’t. Everyone else was nice except for that one work and careless manager but that’s enough, I will never give this place my business and I will never encourage anyone else to go here. I’m never treated this way at Starbucks and they have the more “boujee” environment. There will be people that don’t understand my complaint but they don’t want to, there’s more people that can relate to this experience and would like to stay away from places like this, this is for those people.

    I've ordered doordash from them multiple times, and they've forgotten something twice, and this last time I ordered 10 donut holes and a Large drink. They sent me a medium drink and only 8 donut holes... Just kinda sad if you ask me :/

    Ordered off of DoorDash. Got 6 donuts- all stale Hash browns were burnt and only received 6 from a medium bag. Sandwich was supposed to have bacon, it did not. Was not impressed at all. First time getting there too. Will not be returning

    I have changed my 1 star to a 4 star. I dont know if they have a new manager or someone cracked down, but it runs so much better as of about 4 months ago. It seems that when this one male manager is there everyone has a good attitude and customer service and runs better. (the bad and rude attitude at this location was off the charts before!)We have noticed attitude 100% comes back when he is NOT there.

    Ordered a chai latte and it was very watered down. Too much ice in there which is probably the reason why it tasted like an Aquafina. If I wanted to get hydrated I would have asked for a water. Did a mobile order and food sat in the back for 30 minutes because they thought I’d pick it up at the window even though mobile orders are allowed to be picked up inside. It was only 9:00am.

    Good is a relatively good however there service is slow. Workers also tend to forget all items purchased. For anyone that wants to get a pup cup or a cup of ice water, they charge.
