One of my favorite places to eat. Always friendly. Food is hot/cold delicious. I tried the warm Mediterranean salad and it was delicious. I also tried the new strawberry with poppy seeds salad and I enjoyed it too.

Seriously great soups and bread. Soups tasted very fresh. Decent prices. 2021 updated review. The broccoli cheese soup is very good. The side salad has feta cheese and surprisingly kalamata olives. A very good salad. I wish they turned that fireplace on when it's cold.

Went thru drive thru for bread bowls. Have some French onion soup at home to eat with it. The sourdough bread is delicious! The staff was friendly and courteous.

Drinks were all very good and staff was courteous. I had a sandwich with chicken and the breast was cold in the middle so that's not ideal. Generally a decent Panera as they go.

Thomas the manager of this location gave me a baguette when I asked to switch my side with an apple and let me keep both and was incredibly nice as well, outstanding service. I had the teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl and it was outstanding as well, top tier dish!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Theft!!!! I sent an email 10/19/23. I drove over an hour round trip. My pick up order was 15 minutes late. AND I was charged for 4 bread bowls. Impossible to look at times in drive through, due to 8 pieces of bread on top of items and no way to wash my hands. I got home 45 minutes after the fact and was shorted two bread bowls. Had my receipt. Contacted them promptly. Still no reply to this day. I get errors, because people are human. But you chose not to make it right. ps....the bread was stale. I spent nearly 90$ on a pick up order and you ignored my complaint. To me, that is theft in your part. YOU charged me for items not recived. I still have my receipt!!!! And that food was NOT worth 90$. The avocado chicken sandwich had a few bites of chicken and the soups were watersed down. Watered down soup??????????

Had not been there before the waiter tried to give Instructions. Had a turkey sandwich on a hard row was not good enough. Danish roll was eleven dollars it was good. I don't think we will be eating lunch there any more. Menu is not for us.

Drive thru. My cup of of corn chowder was watery but had good flavor. My bagel was burnt toasted and falling apart. We had just had a long drive and a decent size order. I wanted a sandwich instead of the bagel but wasn't sure which one. I found our cashier Alexandria to be disinterested, and un friendly in helping me decide, which is why I ordered the bagel, and based on the presentation of my food she was unconcerned with what we thought. I didn't want to judge the establishment by her, but someone prepared that sorry bagel. So glad I didn't get a sandwich. Zero for customer service

Love being able to order ahead and picking up breakfast on the way to work. My order is almost always ready before the estimated time and has very rarely been late. Love the unlimited sips club, too! Unlimited refills all day and you can get a new drink every two hours.

Guy at the register taking our orders got my order wrong! Ordered bowl of chicken noodles and a deli turkey sandwich, got my sandwich and no soup! Wife looked at ticket and no soup on ticket! ordered that first! And told him twice! Soup was good tasting but did not have many noodles in it! Mostly both! Two small drinks, two sandwiches & one soup wife had $28.××! Wife had to go back and order my noodle soup again! Don't know how much that was? Desserts are $4 dollars a piece! I did get three of them though Very high prices to eat out now!

Love the salads but man, the bread they serve on the side is rock hard. It's been this way the last 4 or 5 times our daughter has taken us there. Otherwise it's good.... We use the kiosk ordering which makes waiting in line shorter.

Food is always good but today our sandwiches needed to be cut in order for my 87 year old grandma could eat. I was told that the only knife available was a butter knife. I asked if they would cut the sandwich and was told they could not and that it was against policy. After not being able to eat the sandwich I asked for a to go box but was met with -“did you check in this cubby?” I did and the only option was a pizza box and a small container for something like a cookie. Obviously not an option for a sandwich the size of a half loaf of bread. Only option - napkins. So we wrapped up the sandwich with napkins and left. Superb customer service!! How hard would it have been to offer a solution?

I order online often. My order is always correct and they are very helpful if I have any questions. One time they were out of the dessert and the manager called me to make sure I was aware and gave me a selection of what was available. Then he made the dessert free of charge, even though i told him that was unnecessary. That is customer service.

I had a larger and confusing order with special requests. I also had a toddler in the car. The staff were amazing and carried the food out for me, were so pleasant and apologized for the wait that was very short compared to most places. Love this place and the food.

The sandwiches were excellent. I had the turkey bacon Avacado. Nice and helpful staff.

I always order the Mac and cheese for my kids and is good, the new signature chicken sandwich have cheese that doesn’t taste good for me so I don’t like it. The Cesar salad is good, the pizza is not the best and the broccoli cheddar soup is always a perfect option

The food, service and cleanliness we're all very good. The only drawback is the price. It is a little pricey for soup/sandwiches/salad in my book. They do use fresh ingredients.

Worked here remotely for the day. Good food and atmosphere. Plenty of seating available both inside and outside. Highly recommend!

The salads are a huge disappointment for someone who doesn't eat meat. They're 98% lettuce. There's not even enough dressing to cover all of that lettuce. Very often, after pre paying & giving 20% tip, I don't get a spoon for my soup or fork for salad. The oatmeal is good.

While I like the food and the staff is amazing, the prices are completely insane anymore. I paid 17 and some change for a salad and a large tea. The salad was good but for 17 dollars I could have gotten 2 meals at another place. So I guess this was the last time I eat lunch at panera.

Other than the fact they want twelve dollars for a salad I had no complaints. The drive up was so long that my sister went into store. It's clean and the employees were efficient and polite. That's more than you can say about a lot of places.

Panera is Panera. This one is clean. The chipotle chicken sandwich is pretty good but everything is so high calorie despite appearing "healthy".

Probably the most unclean Paneras location I have ever stepped foot in. The outside has trash all over the patios and stains. The inside has garbage all over the floors and overflowing garbage bins with stacks of dishes. Ordered two beverages and it took 19 minutes to be ready and there were only 1 couple ahead of us. First, straw wrappers, napkins, chip bags, apple core, crumbs on tables and under tables and chairs.

I'm inside eating lunch and see an employee walk meals out to cars she almost fell 3 times due to the ice on the ground shame on panera bread to not think of the safety of your employee first, the walkway was salted and cleared for your patrons... there was a strong snow and ice storm that came by bout a week ago but yesterday all walkways and lots were clear and this is unexceptable.... in cape girardeau mo

One of my favorite food spots in Cape. Both in-store and delivery- the food quality is still the same. I usually go with the Turkey and Apple Sandwich, paired with the Broccoli Cheddar Soup. Their soup is, by far, the best in Cape! Their pastries and cookies are delicious too. I like their drink selection as well.

Go through drive thru and they have a boom truck parked in front of order intercom boomed up to roof working on something. No signs out for what to do or anything. So I pull around to window to order and am told I can’t place an order because the drive up menu intercom was out or blocked, idk just very poor communication. I don’t understand why I couldn’t still order at window. Same as ordering inside. Just bad management of the situation and poor customer service. But what are we supposed to expect from these kids these days I guess. Don’t know if I’ll be back but I’m sure, as I gathered from the poor service, they won’t care.

Cape Girardeau, MO Horrible!! They were under staffed until 9am, no problem, I am understanding of that. We ordered a breakfast sandwich and was handed a pager. We waited a long time so I went to check on it. It was in the window, for awhile they said. The manager, Mark, proceeds to tell me he called my name. It was a noisy Sunday morning and I was expecting the pager to notify me when it was ready. Don’t hand out the pager if you are not going to use it! Mark was rude and non apologetic!
