    Picked up my food after ordering on mobile app and they didn’t even bring out 2 of my food items. Pressed the red button and had those brought out. Got home and realized SURPRISE no cheese sauce for my pretzel or ranch sauce for my pickle fries. I called to talk to manager and was basically told to kick rocks and that nothing could be done. This is the third time Sonic has failed to do the easiest job in the world which is put my PAID FOR items in the bag and hand them to me. This was the last straw for me. 0 out of 10 recommend Sonic as they just keep getting worse and worse, shouldn’t have left the tip I did.

    I got there around 9:00am and I had to place my order 3 times and by the time I placed it the third time I asked for a manager and it took 10 mins for him to come speak to me and once I explained my situation he said well I'm really busy and I can't do anything to help u for me to file a complaint... And once I asked for a discount for my trouble he said as fast as possible no and walked back in Sonic.... I will never eat there again and my ticket was 22$

    I sat there and watched a guy pull up next to me after I already pushed the button to order he ordered his food I figured the stall I was in was broke, I moved, guy gets his food I still have yet not to order. I watched 2 different people leave one of them moved to a different stall like I did before they left. It's not like they were busy at 9pm on a Friday. Just a handful of cars there. I finally get to order I tell the gentleman that takes my order that I have a football fundraiser card. He asked me what that was in a very rude voice. I said again it's a football fundraiser card, he replied "YOU MEAN A SPIRIT CARD?" I said "sure I guess if that's what you want to call it." He says, "Whatever!" I've never had this problem with this Sonic, this kid needs to get a different job if that's how he's going to be to people.

    Extremely rude when I placed my order. Got an attitude, no greeting, no pleasantry at all. I also work in the food industry and this is some of the most poor customer service I’ve experienced. Please do better. Added: informed lady who brought my order out of the experience she also was not very kind, and responded “sorry bout that” in a mocking tone and sour face and walked off quickly.

    Ordered through the app because the stalls weren’t working, got 3 drinks and a burger, when they arrived told me they didn’t have any slushes so I could get something else, would rather have the $5 back. So the server Jessica was extremely rude and told me to call the number on the receipt to receive a partial refund. I did and they refused to refund me for the $5 because it was less than 75% of the order total, said they cannot do partial refunds thru the app, the guy kept talking over me when I tried to ask questions etc. Last time I waste my time here.

    The manager that took my order ain't give me my employee discount. Last time I get disrespected when I order, ima just get food from the domino's on kingshighway because they'll hook me up right 💯. Edit: nah bro I already told you the domino's on kingshighway has outstanding service and food with competitive prices, they will be getting my money and my 50% off.

    So. I’m out doordashing I go to this specific sonic to pick up an order. I pull up to one of the drive in stalls so as well all know u press the red button when u pull up. So we hit the button n wait. I watch a white truck pull up across from us. Hit the button order and get their order brought out to them before we even said anything. Me and my boyfriend opened our doors. Just to tell the girl hey we’re here just to pick up a DoorDash order and people are being served and no one answered out button yet. Instead of even just taking 2 seconds to hear what we even wanted she just assumes we’re mad bc we don’t have food. So as soon as we even begging to talk she starts screaming at us. THERE IS ONLY TWO OF US HERE WORKING WE GOT ONE COOK SHUT UP N WAIT YOUR TURN. At that point I canceled my DoorDash order “😢 for the customer” but I don’t deserve that treatment when I’m just trying to speak. I googled the 1-800 number n called to make a report and I’m waiting on a call back from “someone”. It’s been two days now. I can understand the stress she could have been under n just blew her top at that point. So from a business aspect how can u expect two people to run the entire restaurant and still give 100% customer courtesy. Not only is this bad for the employee that couldn’t keep her calm n not scream at customers before hearing what they want but as a consumer I’ll never personally order or return to this specific sonic.

    I ordered online and they refused to give me my full order. I ordered chicken and onion rings with a ranch and honey mustard. No problem online. But then when I try and get my food they are trying to charge extra. Either fix the online system or quit trying to pocket extra money. It's better to just take your money elsewhere instead of trying to pay the scammers.

    They were very busy and I was there for some drinks. I love their cherry limeade. Only problem was it took so long for our drinks to make it to us. But like I said they were VERY busy

    They stopped taking orders at 945 4 vehicles left without their orders being taken. One person was there for an hour waiting for two shakes...he literally was watching them melt, I watched him asked two employees about them and they never brought them to him...I don't know if he ever got it as I left after 20 mins of being ignored and then finally speaking with two employees who I'm assuming quit telling us they have one cook and one car hop yet no one even took our order.will calling corporate tomorrow morning..more then likely I will won't return

    Sadly understaffed...only two people working meant 30 minutes to get two drinks ordered/paid for through the app. By the time we got them the ice was melted and the flavors were at the bottom.

    Had the sausage egg and cheese toasted sandwich with tots. It needed some seasoning on it. It was very bland and lacked much flavor. Most of the time I am satisfied.

    Old lettuce, this burger is not fresh at all I’m disgusted and disappointed this was my lunch😔if they didn’t put such a big chunk of lettuce on the burger I wouldn’t have even noticed, just lazy and bogus for thinking this was okay for any customer !! Yes this was from the sonic by Target

    Never got my order after 40 mins. I was in stall 17 for about 15 mins waiting for the employee to let me know she was ready for my order…I heard her come thru then completely ignored me and then heard her on another stall right next to me. I pushed the button again. No response for another 10 mins. Moved to stall 27. Waited another 10 mins for someone to take my order , nothing…then the button shuts off. Push the button again and someone finally comes through. 40 mins for a fast food restaurant is a joke. They were busy, I understand that but consider staffing appropriately in busy times so people don’t get ignored during their entire lunch hour. Keep in mind, my order was a pretzel and a small drink.

    So your scrolling thru burger options, can't find that ideal place that just sounds like its gonna hit the spot. Or maybe you ended up here because you don't want to spend that hard earned money on them delicious Culver burgers. Well here's your answer, Sonic also has them delicious burgers. Not only that, you get your moneys worth. The burgers, the corn dogs, the milk shakes, the short wait, the discount events, and hell if its summer time get one of those strawberry limeades. When the server brings out your prized food, tip well!

    Waited 20 minutes for a corn dog and tots. They must of cancelled my order and had to put it in again. Took back to the hotel and corn dog was so burnt I could not eat it. Disappointed

    Ordered through the mobile app and pretty well everything brought to me was wrong. Even down to bringing a slushee straw for a limeade. Double check your bag before you leave.

    We pulled up and listened to the prompt on the display and hit the Red Service Button. We sat and waited and waited some more. Then the screen changed and said please hit the red button for service. 2 other people at different spots were complaining and backed away and left...we waited because we weren't in a big hurry...finally we left. They need to at least acknowledge you by saying sorry and give an explanation of why they arent at least taking your order yet...the last 3 times visited my order was messed up or my slushy was not a slushy but a cold drink without much slush. The malt was so soft it shook around in the cup. They brought out more of the same and admitted the machine is having problems. We got out money back and left them with the melty products. This is sad because sinic has always been a favorite of ours and used to be able to depend on it being exactly as expected when you received it. Sorry Sonic but get back your grove

    Elijah is the name on my ticket. Idk the girls name but she was great. Most of the time these younger ppl act like it kills them to smile no matter where you go but not this young girl. She has great ppl skills, brought me what I ordered with a smile and went back in happily for my bbq sauce and salt. She will go far in life and if she stays with working with ppl like this, I hope someday she is in charge of some huge companies whole human resource dept. That takes a special person. She has it for sure. Also I got the 2 for 5 burger and popcorn chicken. I also got cheese tots and a chocolate coke...my very favorite thing to drink of all times...and most places skimp with specials. Not this location. my food was hot, correct and my burger was loaded like i wanted. Everything was top notch. Great food, great ppl, and i got my chocolate coke so i am happy. Thanks to the crew at this sonic....and it's almost time to close too....no cold nasty food served here. P. S. COME ON PPL, IF U HAVE TIME TO SPEAK NEGATIVELY, DONT YOU HAVE TIME TO SPEAK ABOUT SOMETHING PLESANT? My visit was Awesome. 😊 Maybe these other ppl are just looking something to complain about. Try seeing the positive in life folks.

    The boy/girl manager and employees was very rude today around 5:30pm Aug 29,2022. Be careful ordering online with this store. Ive never had problems at the other sonic. After I paid for my meal online I was refused my food because of food cost ! Really FOOD COST? I asked if i could replace the order if they were unable to fill the order i place and paid for on the app. The manager refused told me i had to call a 1800 number to cancel. So basically I received no food after waiting and receiving the worst service.

    As a loyal app user I exclusively order through the app. It allows for personalization and minimul human contact. Plus on app deals such as always happy hour. When I attempted to order my drink I was notified that the location was not accepting on line orders. But if I wished to drive across town I could use the app. Not certain the issue and as a customer it was not my job to know. I just wanted to order my drink on the app. Technology is awesome. Make sure your location maintains it.

    After waiting 30 minutes on ONLY a medium order of onion rings,, Burnt! Yuck. Couldn't even eat them. Put them straight in the trash. Whoever bagged them up KNEW BETTER than to serve that.

    There seems to have been a change for the better here recently. Order taker was clear and not rude, onion rings were made well, I was offered condiments, and the carhop was genuinely nice. I used to work at a Sonic in my younger years, and I know you would have certainly passed the mystery shop if it were me. I was ticket #244 today.
