They lowered the price and the quality went down the drain!! The pool's not even open from 1:00 to 3,daily, they can't hire a lifeguard! This from the "best" hospital in Cape?? Locker rooms are always trashed, there are no longer towel attendants. When is Cape going to get the premier fitness club that it needs?

I've been a member at Planet Fitness for 2 years and kind of felt like I a had achieved all I could there. So I decided to give fitness Plus a try, since my son has a membership there. I gotta say it exceeded expectations!! A true bodybuilders dream!! With the option of all the free weights you could want to Smith machines to cable weight systems!! 3 swimming pools sauna/steem room. Complimentary towels, 60 free classes a week, free personal trainer and the longest indoor track in the area! The only thing it doesn't have is tanning beds. They are cheaper than planet fitness by quite bit! 20 bucks an individual up to a max of 40 per family! Plus they are the only gym I've been to that actually offers 1 week and 2 week passes which is ideal for me as I work on the boat and am gone 9 months out of the year and home 2 weeks at a time. All and all I would highly recommend Fitness Plus!!

Are you looking for a disgusting gym at an affordable price? Then look no further! Fitness plus now includes free MOLD not only in the showers, and steam room, but even in the dry sauna. Which is somewhere I didn’t even know mold could grow. Are you looking for a gym in which all the equipment is 20 years or older, and usually either in disrepair, or just plain broken? Then this gym will be perfect for you! But wait there’s more! Included in your membership you get access to a pool and jacuzzi. Hope you like more dirt and mold! Cause it’s there too! If you like cardio, then you’ll love Fitness plus. I just really hope it’s not busy because chances are, the stairmaster or half the 20 year old treadmills are broken! The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the front desk staff are all amazing and helpful.

Other Fitness places places I have joined are over run with members. Machine availability non existent and impossible to work out. Any time i have come I always can find a machine or area to do some work out or swim, awesome 1 stop shop for what is needed. Fitness Plus also integrates well with my health care, and the instructors listen and are truly wanting to help the individual make progress at what ever level they are, novice, older person coming back to get healthy, recovery from injury, they take all those items in to consideration and help you improve from there! No other Gym does that! Truly the best! On top of everything else Fitness Plus is right where I work, it could not be more convenient.

I've been a member here since I was six or so. It's a great place with a large selection of things to do (classes, equipment, pools, etc) and I genuinely love it there. The people there are helpful and kind and it's very clean and the new cafeteria (the fresh one hah) is delicious and has great service and choices. Recommend.

Great place. Many amenities that I enjoy. Basketball court, Cafe, sauna, swimming pool. I only wish they were open longer. Weird hours on the weekends.

Tons of equipment. Great staff. Fun place to workout.

I went for a physical for a job, and the staff was very nice. The therapist that did my physical was funny, nice, and very knowledgeable.. I would highly recommend this place

Fitness Plus it is in side Saint Francis Healthcare System It is amazing I'm in Aqua Therapy and the ladys that helps me are wonderful and professional at their job. I will highly recommend if your doctor tells you to try physical therapy and you have a chance to say yes.

Absolutely love this place, very friendly staff , fully functional gym, lap pool, hot tub, and sauna. Very clean equipment and change room and full showers, just need to clean the pool a little bit better.

Spent the evening in the pool with my grandchildren. They completely enjoyed it. The salt water is great for my granddaughter. She has eczema. The hot tub was really nice.

Is 20$ for membership if you sing up for 1 year, and just 8$ for additional person for go inside. And if you want to bring your kids to the pool is better if you do it on the weekends

Good gym. Lots of equipment. I wish they enforced the dress code a bit more but otherwise I enjoyed my gym experience.

Very unhappy about the condition of showers and locker room. Shower and shower curtains have mold and mildew. The wringer for swimsuits broken and not replaced. 2 of the showers out of order. No instructors anymore. Very poor condition overall. I feel like a pay quite a bit and this is not appropriate for what I pay.

Has two Stair Masters. One has been broken for the better part of three years. Sure sucks when two people in the whole gym wanna do cardio.

The facility is great! Starting from receptionists and ending with locker room employees are friendly. Equipment is modern. The facility is clean with fresh and cool air. Locks in the locker room are amazing. Sauna, steam room, and whirlpool are always operational. Bathrooms are available all over the place and clean.

Wow what a great place.. I go there for physical therapy treatments.. I have wanted to join and will be soon. GO see their new snack bar. It's amazing! The therapy pool is excellent along with the therapist. I get a smile from every employee and you know how a smile works, it's the best medicine and it's free. Congratulations you have a great facility.

The staff are super friendly and helpful! The gym and the equipment are clean. I feel like I can go in and get my workout down at my own pace. If I have a question the staff are very knowledgeable, and are more than willing to help. I have been a member of a couple of different gyms, but Fitness Plus is definitely the best gym around this area.
