I've been coming here for just under a year, and I can honestly say it's always such a pleasure. The Counciler Ifaan, is such an amazing person to see. He is professional, kind, and has such a caring heart. 10/10 will keep coming back because of the amazing staff.

Concelor Irefaan, words can not describe how safe, comfortable & confident You make me feel. You make it so easy for me to talk to you about anything and then at the end You would recommend and give best advise. Ivan Toms Centre is lucky to have You as their counselor!!!

Thank you Ivan Toms Centre for providing the comunity with a clean, efficient and welll operated clinic. All the staff are so well manered and friendly. Ierfaan is an absolute delight and a true hero for the comunity. Keep up the good work, we appriciate the service you provide. I know some people had some issues with bookings in the past, but now with the online booking system it's an absulote breeze to make an appointment and the waiting time is just a few minutes. Just stick to making bookings and don't just rock up, then you won't have an issue.

Their has been such a change in the atmosphere at the clinic the pass few months thx to all the friendly staff and the new look of the clinic and then Ierfaan this guy make my visit complete with his friendly warm and professional manner in witch he performs his duty he makes me proud to be gay and part of the clinic thx for a gr8 job guys and ladies 😀

Never encountered such professionalism, from entering until I left. Shukraan to Ierfaan and the nurse who helped me Y'all are amazing and I couldn't have asked for any better!! I went there in hopes of finding out what's wrong with me and it was the most welcoming and and comforting place to be. #ivanToms you will be seeing more of me and every staff member! Great service with very nice people. Ivan Toms always gets the job done, and they do amazing work. Ierfaan is an absolute sweetheart. He can keep a conversation and he's very helpful and honest with you towards what's going on with your health. I always feel extremely comfortable whenever he helps me, and he is my absolute favourite. He has comforted me whenever there was need to.

Prepare to wait! With or without an appointment. There is no sense of urgency at this facility. These guys desperately need a better system. Every time, it’s a waiting game. So frustrating.
