Worce service ever. The 1st time I came here I waited for almost 4 hours everytime I ask them to check where my card is I was told to wait they will call me it's not my turn yet and I was in pain. Till I insisted because people that can long after me were already living. They found my card lying under the table. So it fell . Today I am here again I had an appointment for the previous day which I called on Friday when I realise that I won't make it and I spoke to a lady " Sisipho" who reassured me that I shouldn't worry If it's a a day later all will be well I even asked for her name as reference and I have been waiting here now again they are telling me that is not the case and the guy in front is so arrogant don't know how to speak to people it's like he is talking to a child and we just have to be quite because we are here cos we need help. This behaviour is really frastrating we get a lot of people that don't even bother about going to the clinics because of the horrible service that we receive

Poor poor service at the kuyasa clinic....there is lack of ergency amongst the staff and a terrible attitude from the nurses..like I dwell so much with their professionalism amongst patients its pathetic..I'm really disgusted with the poor service at the kuyasa clinic in khayelitsha

Worst service ever they have in this clinic.. you wait for more than two hours just to get your folder.and when you do get it ,you wait another hour just to get attended to. Even when you ask a question to a staff member they give you such an unpleasant response. It's not only me who has experienced this kind of treatment many people have. I think this clinic needs new staff members. Staff members who care and know exactly how to treat patients and how to do their job.. worst worst service this clinic has...I'm so unhappy I wouldn't ever recommend it to anyone

The service of the staff is bad. You have to wait a long time in order to be attended whilst the nurses walk about with nothing to do.

I have had to wait a minimum of 2 hours in each every visit there regardless of how early I get there,just to be acknowledged. And then another two or three to be helped. Even with an appointment, I was told 2h hours 28 minutes after the said time that they are unable to assist me. Oh and the sister in charge, well a lovely lady who told me she didn't know they didn't provide the service I BOOKED an appointment for🤦🏾‍♂️.
