Service is bad. They're rude and they're not nice at all. Nurses at the Labour ward, I'm so disappointed on how they treat their patients...it's just so saddening what they do there. And something needs to done immediately!.

Owner of this clinic must do something really, I went there yesterday for scan am not happy at all that lady the way she treated me how come you dnt even see your baby on scan ,she ddnt even show me ,after she dne I just ask sister pliz I wanna know my baby gender and she said I think its a girl in a rough way ,am very disappointed esp with that scan lady,

Woow The staff is so friendly and their service is good, they assisted me until I gave birth to a beautiful bouncing girl and there was no complications,except that they don't provide food when u are admitted

Immunisation staff is very friendly but on the sick side for kids they are Very Rude,they shouldn’t be dealing with kids with that attitude

This is the most appalling place. Poor service, the staff have bad attitude and they don't have a way to deal with people.

I will never ever go back to this clinic again bad experience all the time I'm here, I am here for family planning to get a folder it takes you the whole day, I was here just after 12 now it's 2pm and there is still no sign that we will be serviced .... Somebody must do something about the staff working there otherwise people will die waiting.. no one explaining to patients what's going on.

The nurses are rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. The patient could die due to their neglect

Bad service all the time. It's worrying when one goes to a clinic that the staff don't came on time for work and expect to go on tea when it's 10 o'clock and all of them at the same time. When it's pay day you don't get help at all.

wow what a disgrace to the community of Harare, how can you say someone is late when they arrive 7:00 am in clinic, you tell them after waiting 3hours out side, and you not even taking their names so that you can assist them the following days as you said, wow the treatment we get from our brothers and sister
