Had
a
very
bad
experience
at
Boa
Seapoint.
🤯🤯🤯
This
is
not
the
first
time!!!
I've
had
nails
lifting,
filing
my
cuticles
till
it's
bleeding,
nails
bending.
I
couldn't
stay
any
longer
to
complete
my
nails
today,
because
the
technician
was
running
behind,
and
I
needed
to
attend
another
appointment.
The
times
on
your
booking
system
is
NOT
accurate.
CHANGE
IT,
so
that
we
as
clients
know
exactly
how
long
your
technicians
will
take
to
complete
a
set,
fills
or
any
other
services!!
The
technician
used
the
wrong
powder
on
my
nails
(
POLYMER
instead
of
HARD
ACRYLIC
and
was
still
bending
like
on
the
picture
attached.
Application
of
the
POLYMER
was
horrific.
The
technician
re-apply
ontop
of
the
mess
she
made
and
ends
up
very
thick!!
😔😔😔)
I
walked
out
and
was
so
disappointed.
I
had
a
function
in
Hermanus
on
Thursday
and
allocated
this
time
today
to
do
my
nails.
Now
I
will
need
to
look
for
someone
to
soak
these
nails
off,
and
re-apply
them.
Everytime
I
booked
my
appointment,
I
arranged
this
time
so
that
it
can
fit
into
my
day.
They
are
ALWAYS
behind.
My
last
appointment
I
waited
20min
before
my
nail
technician
helped
me.
It
seems
like
they
give
the
professional
nail
technicians
job
to
a
person
who
is
supposed
to
do
Manicures
or
foot
massages.
