We
came
there
as
tourists
hoping
to
find
a
seat
to
watch
the
sunset
while
having
dinner.
The
team
refused
to
let
us
sit
upstairs,
despite
our
plea
to
get
a
stunning
seat.
Lost
opportunity
to
use
your
strategically
advantageous
location.
Next
we
wait,
and
waited,
and
waited
some
more
for
service.
The
management
team
only
looked
up
to
speak
with
the
foreign
tourists.
Did
not
even
glance
in
our
direction.
I
notified
the
management
team
twice
that
we
were
waiting
for
service.
Waitress
only
took
one
order
from
a
table
of
8
people
and
then
disappeared.
The
meal
arrived
while
the
rest
of
the
table
were
not
even
asked
about
their
order.
Again,
management
were
too
busy
charming
the
foreigners
and
forgetting
about
the
rest
of
the
clients.
Food
was
great,
portions,
taste
was
according
to
expectation
Sadly,
if
the
leadership
want
to
play
in
the
hospitality
industry,
perhaps
learn
about
guest
relations.
We
really
had
bad
service.
