I love Ocean Basket it's one place that you can never go wrong Yet this Ocean basket was a mess a hot mess, I have never not tipped a waiter, my wine took over 15min my loaded halloumi came cold decided to actually just eat and leave. Can I just be honest please tel the lady at the reception to stop asking for a mask when your seat is 2m away.... She didn't even greet me asked for a mask before manners. Maybe it was busy which it was yet no excuse anyway.... At Sunset on Thursday I think my view actually calmed me down. If this is the type of service in Camps I feel sorry. I'll come back and try sushi next time

Upon entering, no1 was a t the front to welcome us. We just strolled on in. Went to the loo and the toilets were dirty with wet floors, hair and toilet paper all over the floor. Upon leaving the toilet, the rest of my party had been seated. Food took quite long to be served and our order was incorrect. I guess the only highlight was that it's withing walking distance of the ocean so it gives off a really chilled ambiance

Quickly seated, was very accommodating even during load shedding. Sushi is the best on camp bay (surprised to find out that it is a chain restaurant) Would love to see the this restaurant make it to Texas. Comparable to the $$$ seafood places in Houston.

I was looking forward to lunch after a morning at the beach and was sorely disappointed in the experience I received. It took us ten minutes to be seated even though there was no line and it took another 20 minutes for our order to be taken. This was disheartening as it made the atmosphere feel terrible. We received no condoments or bread as one usually would. We did ask about this and ended up receiving it AFTER our food. When the food arrived I could tell that my fish and chips were made in old oil by the colour and taste. The waiting staff were not rude but extremely preoccupied as the restaurant appeared to be dramatically understaffed.

We stopped here for a quick bite on arrival to camps bay. Food was nice - same Ocean Basket quality, drinks were very refreshing and service was good. There were loads of tables outside amd inside (upstairs and downstairs), We sat upstairs facing the ocean, views were just amazing. All in all a good quick bite

we had dinner in front of the beach while watching the sunset. henry was our waitress and we was kind and friendly :). food was delicious (we has both fish) and prices are fair!

Terrible service, great food, good location and nice view.

We came there as tourists hoping to find a seat to watch the sunset while having dinner. The team refused to let us sit upstairs, despite our plea to get a stunning seat. Lost opportunity to use your strategically advantageous location. Next we wait, and waited, and waited some more for service. The management team only looked up to speak with the foreign tourists. Did not even glance in our direction. I notified the management team twice that we were waiting for service. Waitress only took one order from a table of 8 people and then disappeared. The meal arrived while the rest of the table were not even asked about their order. Again, management were too busy charming the foreigners and forgetting about the rest of the clients. Food was great, portions, taste was according to expectation Sadly, if the leadership want to play in the hospitality industry, perhaps learn about guest relations. We really had bad service. Pity....

Good service, location and food. Most tender fish and prawns. The chips were perfect. Definitely the best OB I’ve been to in the country.

The food was fresh and we enjoyed our meals. The quantities were more than I expected and we all left extremely full with some to take home. We all enjoyed the prawns. Hands down, some of the tastiest prawns I've ever had. Delish...!

Excellent service. During loadhsedding Mercy at the door was kind enough to advise us and options and saving a customer. Not only did she win me over with them having gas, but Nandie and Richard went above and beyond to make us laugh and have a wholesome time. Hands down impressed with your staff.

Best sea food platter I have ever try on my life and the interior of the restaurant in good and the outside view is awesome.enjoy your sea food
