Dr Botha is the best Dr in town. I first visited his practice back in 1996 as a new student in Cape Town. He is so warm, and such a gentleman - even though one sees a doctor under unfortunate circumstances, it is a always a pleasure to see him. Co-incidentally, he was also my husband's doctor long before my husband and I met. 1 year before covid my mom got so sick, in East London - her major symptom was an excruciating headache. She couldn't turn her neck at times and she would cry from pain. At one time she was found by neighbors on the floor having passed out. She was eventually booked in for an op or major expensive scan etc. Her diagnosis had something to do with the neck - I can't remember the details. I went to fetch her from East London to go see Dr Botha for a second opinion. Dr Botha gave mom a different diagnosis, explained it in understandable language (actually it was wear and tear due to age, something about the neck joints loosing the fluids between them and rubbing against each other) and prescribed 2 sorts of tablets. The one sort (only 3 in a packet) she was supposed to take if the pain returned. (after she finished her prescription) My mom is yet to take those tablets, they are still sitting in the drawer years after this. I am grateful for this. I only saw Dr Botha with all of my pregnancies, for the first couple of months, and only went to the gynae when referred for scans. Thank you for the quality service and genuine care that you've shown my family and I over the past 25 years. I'm glad I stumbled into your practice as a 17 year old student all those years back.

I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Megan Buckle. She is an absolute darling and so thorough. Her personality is like good medicine. If I could rate her 100000 stars I would.

Dr. Boths is an amazing and incredible with full of experience and knowledge. He knows how to treat his patients and his team are perfectly helpful. Such an affordable, wonderful and safe place to do consultation. My parents have been with Dr botha for more than 8 years with no regrets.. love him!!

I absolutely love my Dr, but the reception staff is not attentive/does not seem to care much for other patients and could do way better as they are the ones patients interact with first. I set up an appointment, & got given the wrong time. Arrived 30mins earlier due to this, which resulted in a 55mins waiting time (ps. I have a flu & sat for all this time with the aircon). When I ask the lady that gave me the wrong time, she didn’t seem to care much, neither did she bother to apologize. When I got to Dr’s room, it turned out I waited all this time while they told me Dr was occupied with a patient, meanwhile Dr didn’t have a patient. Dr was also just as confused, & she asked them to please double check when booking patients. The last time I set up an appointment, got there in time, & waited for more than an hour past my appointment time with no update. When you ask, it’s as if you are bothering them. Considering changing Drs because of this as I cannot afford to sit at the Dr’s reception for an hour each time with nonchalant behaviour from these ladies.

Dr Ramjee told me something in a factual manner, and when I asked him to explain, he said, "There have been studies on it" and ended the conversation there. I tried to press but got the same answer again. I couldn't find any studies saying what he said when I looked it up, in fact I only saw the opposite. I wanted to ask him about the study today, had the administration tell me they'll send an email for me to reply to... THEY READ MY EMAIL ADDRESS OUT TO ME AND THEN DIDN'T EVER SEND THE EMAIL. It's something small, but it was handled in a way that made me lose trust

Dr Cayla Campbell is probably the best dr I’ve been to in a while. Her dedication and passion shows greatly and sets her a part from the norm.

Medicross Foreshore is a well located day clinic. The entrance and building is always clean with a lot of security. There's many doctors and procedures available and the staff are always helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them. Located on the 3rd floor of The Link medical building in the Cape Town City Centre, Foreshore opposite the Netcare Christian Barnard Memorial Hospital.

Incredible doctors, really the best in town and I would’ve given them a solid 5-star review if it wasn’t for the most pathetic reception staff I’ve ever dealt with. Please be sure to triple-check your appointments as the number of times that people have arrived for their appointment and then no appointment was made by the reception or it has been given away to someone else without warning or explanation. I’ve given up on the results that I asked reception to mail me months ago. I’ve emailed, phoned and reminded them with no success. The reception staff do not care or respect the patient's time whatsoever!

Moved to Cape Town and struggled to find a GP I felt comfortable with (consulted quite a few). Then I found dr Campbell. She was the only doctor who picked something major up, immediately phoned specialists and made an appointment on my behalf.

Dr Dauth treated my son with such care, knowledge and thoroughness. She took her time and explained everything so well. Highly recommend Dr Dauth!
