Really
disappointed
with
the
service
at
Body
Skin
Clinic.
Treatments
are
very
expensive
at
a
cost
of
R4500
for
1
hour
treatment
(that's
the
discounted
price)
for
Emsculpt
&
Exilis
on
the
arms.
I
did
a
consultation
and
it
was
agreed
I
would
need
4x
treatments
spaced
close
together
for
results
(1
per
week)
I
agreed
to
this
as
I
had
an
event
that
I
wanted
to
wear
a
sleeveless
dress
for.
1st
treatment
they
used
different
machines
to
the
2nd
treatment.
I
felt
no
after-affect
at
all
after
the
2nd
treatment
(first
time
there
was
a
bruised
feel
to
the
arms,
2nd
time
nothing
at
all)
so
I
queried
the
use
of
different
machines
and
why
the
after-effect
was
not
consistent
and
what
to
expect.
The
studio
cancelled
the
next
appointment
(3rd)
due
to
personal
circumstances
after
I
sent
my
query
the
day
prior
to
the
session.
However
they
then
seemed
to
totally
forget
about
honoring
any
agreement,
and
I
had
to
chase
them
up
again
to
try
to
get
clarity
on
follow
through
with
the
treatment
plan
a
week
later.
They
then
booked
me
in
to
re-assess
which
is
now
2
weeks
after
my
last
treatment
(when
I
should
have
been
finishing
the
program)
where
they
said
my
measurements
were
25.
However
I
measured
myself
and
it
was
absolutely
still
27.
They
reassured
me
that
they
would
get
back
to
me
by
the
end
of
that
week
with
a
treatment
plan.
By
the
middle
of
the
following
week
still
no
contact
or
follow
through.
I
chase
again
for
feedback
and
asked
for
a
refund
as
I
had
by
now
lost
faith
that
the
information
regarding
my
measurements
was
accurate,
nor
that
they
would
follow
through
with
contacting
me
due
to
being
repeatedly
forgotten
and
delayed,
nor
that
they
would
follow
through
with
the
treatment
plan.
It
seemed
as
if
they
hoped
I
would
just
forget
about
paying
9k,
for
an
incomplete
program,
and
no
results.
Clients
should
have
every
right
to
ask
questions
and
expect
communication,
accurate
information
and
follow
through
-
none
of
this
happened.
It
was
over
1
month
of
effort
on
my
side
before
they
provided
a
partial
refund.
I
still
wasted
R4500
on
absolutely
nothing,
though
and
I
am
back
to
square
one,
which
is
obviously
really
disappointing.
If
you
do
not
have
thousands
of
Rands
to
waste.
I
would
recommend
you
do
not
risk
it
with
the
Body
Skin
Clinic,
their
system
is
unreliable.
