I have just returned from 7 weeks in SA - most of it in Cape Town. This was the third year I have been to the Hot Dog Yoga Studio and I love it. It is a lovely bright studio and I feel they provide a great variety under the Vinyasa yoga classes. The best feature is the teachers. My favourite is of course Hylton - you have helped to improve my yoga practice, but also Ros I really like your style of teaching. I cannot wait to return at the end of the year during my next visit to Cape Town. Lois

Hot Dog Yoga Studio is one of the most creative, inspiring and beautiful spaces out of the many yoga studios that ive been to. When one can walk out of a class and see the likes of Katie Holmes sitting on the bench waiting for a yoga class ,without personal body guards, you know for sure that you are in a safe enviroment. It feels like home.

Beautiful studio, most amazing teachers and extremely welcoming staff. When moving to CT I tried several studios, at Hot Dog yoga I instantly felt at home. Every teacher brings their own unique flows and teachings which will help everyone to find the perfect class for them

Hylton has a unique ability to make each and every class inspiring and challenging and always leaves you feeling great and wanting more. All the teachers are good and the vibe is friendly and nurturing. its home away from home for me.

Hylton is an amazing and very gifted teacher! He is alert spiritually and understands the body so well. It's easy to adore him! Most of the other teachers at the studio are superb too!! I HIGHLY recommend Hot Dog Yoga Studio - I can not imagine going anywhere else again. This is my new playground :)

This is by far the most authentic hot yoga studio in town. Hot Dog Yoga has warm friendly desk staff, beautiful clean and spacious yoga studios and most of all really awesome teachers. I recommend this centre to anyone who has an interest in the healing art of yoga.

Hot Dog Yoga is a sanctuary in the middle of Sea Point Cape Town where you can come to re-balance rejuvenate and ultimately revive your spirit. A group of dynamic talented teachers that truly understand body mind awareness and connection through mindful movement. I feel greatly blessed to call is a home away from home.
