House of movement with Megan is the absolute highlight of my week. I experience lower back pain and the arial yoga has sorted me right out. The pain has completely gone. I also did a one day yoga retreat that I cam highly recommend if you want awesome yoga, nourishing and healing and most of all delicious food! An unbelievable massage! Was worth ever cent!!! I can’t wait for the next one. What a cool space and vibe! You leave feeling happy and nurtured. Megan gives so much love and makes the classes so fun and enjoyable!! Even for a beginner (I bought my friend Jan with) and he was able to gamy upside down easily. She has a great way of teaching and getting you to do things you didn’t think you could! Overall it’s a very cool place and wonderful experience! Cool people, good vibe and great energy! LOVED IT!!! ♥️

Best activity I discovered last year. I’m 75 years old and found so much back relief doing aerial just once a week. The instructors are very attentive to, and patient with, beginners. It is quite easy once you get the hang of it and the attention to detail by instructors is fabulous. During the session there is exposure to wonderful essential oils. Each session Is truly calming and yet invigorating at the same time. Best stretch ever too. Also reasonably priced.

What an unforgettable experience, I recently took my two daughters along with me to Megan’s aerial yoga class and we thoroughly enjoyed. I had my reservations bringing the kids but Megan had so much patience and took the time to assist them step by step. We all left feeling relaxed yet energised simultaneously. House of movement is such a tranquil space, great if you need to escape from the city life, if only for an hour. We’ll definitely be back. A huge must for those who haven’t tried it yet.

Megan has created a blissful sanctuary in which to practice yoga and I am so grateful to have stumbled upon her studio. I love her approach to yoga…always offering cues and prompts and adapting each sequence and class to her students!! I recently attended a day retreat at House of Movement (HOM), hosted by Megan and her team - it was the perfect balance of yoga, delicious food, pampering treatments and personal well-being. Megan also introduced my 6yr old to aerial yoga recently and she is hooked! I look foreword to nurturing my yoga practice at HOM under Megan’s expert guidance!

House of Movement is a true gem in the city. It’s warm, beautiful, well located, clean and the views from inside the studio is unbeatable! Megan is the best yoga teacher I’ve ever flowed with - her sequences are always different and the playlists something I look forward to. Can’t recommend this more!!

House of Movement is one of the most beautiful yoga studios I have ever experienced. Its tranquil, its warm and such a safe space. Megan is an amazing teacher - keeping you safe while you challenge yourself. She has a beautiful way of using essential oils through her practice, and she always ends off the session with a lovely cup of tea 🧡 I am so happy I found House of Movement and its amazing owner.

House of Movement, what a beautiful studio to be in! I have zero yoga experience but Aerial Yoga is fun. It's such a great stretch, a good giggle, mindful breathing and clears the sinuses. I've had issues with TMJ and chronic neck pain and this type of yoga is like a deep tissue massage/physio session which has allowed me to be pain free. Megan is an incredibly patient teacher who knows how to balance the mental and physical healing aspects of this type of Yoga. Massages also offered at this warm and welcoming space.

After 20 years of trying to get into yoga, it has finally happened! In fact, not only have I started to really enjoy it, but I have become addicted to it! The reason? Well. I have found the best form of yoga for me, in the best studio, with the best instructors! I have also realized that one of the reasons it took me so long was because I always practiced in large studios and large groups, where I did not experience much personal attention and thus growth. What Megan and her team offer is unique and special: an intimate setting and personalized classes by expert and passionate instructors. These lovely young ladies have the magical touch - figuratively, but literally as well. Not only do they align and stretch your body, but they also massage you, using essential oils. And it is not only your body that is thankful for it, but also your mind. Each session is not just a yoga class, but a journey. You leave (although you do not want to) light and happy and can't wait to return. As a tennis player, I struggled with an elbow and shoulder injury for years, but I am happy to report that since I joined the House of Movement, I have been injury-free! Thank you Megan, Jess and Shelby for enriching your yogis' lives! Namaste!

I’m new to aerial yoga and am absolutely addicted after 6 classes. Aching joints, shoulder injury and anxiety are some of the reasons it was hard to get myself to class and between Shelby, Megan and Jess all of them are under control. It’s been eye opening and an experience I wish for everyone. During class my mind goes to wondering about which of my loved ones I’m going convince to try this.
