will
not
be
making
use

prepaid
services
on
the
Clicks
app
again.
I
purchased
electricity
on
the
26th
of
November
as
I
was
about
to
run
low
/
the
meter
would
have
started
beeping.
My
payment
was
taken,
however
the
transaction
was
unsuccessful.
I
received
an
email
from
their
Customer
Service
to
say
they
would
continue
to
work
on
the
issue.
I
followed
up
on
the
28th
of
November,
and
I
was
told
they
would
escalate
the
query.
I
followed
up
again
on
the
30th
of
November
and
received
the
following
options
as
a
resolution;
option
1
be
refunded
in
17-20
working
days,
option
2
be
refunded
in
cash
back
rewards
within
24
hours,
option
3
have
the
token
for
electricity
issued.
Firstly,
who
in
this
economy
can
afford
to
wait
for
R
1
200.00
to
be
refunded
in
17-20
working
days?
Secondly,
there
is
a
reason
that
ones
purchases
electricity
so
clearly
they
need
it.
I
do
understand
that
things
happen,
however
there
is
a
way
in
which
these
situations
should
be
handled.
