The atmosphere is Serene the service tops and topped with a welcoming smile.. The chicken is true to the Nandos ethic

This evening I purchased a plant-based hot pot with rice with extra pineapple on UberEats. After receiving other incorrect items with the order, I later opened the hotpot for dinner. I took a bite of the food and realised that I was chewing on real chicken, even though there is “Plant Based” sticker on the hot pot. Im sad to share that this is not the first time this is happening to me. As a vegan I am really disgusted! These corporations are happy to jump on the trendy plant based band wagon, but clearly don’t have any processes in place to ensure that the plant-based food is kept separate and that it is confirmed before placing a sticker on a box. I have friends that have had this same issue at other branches and it is clearly not something that Nando’s Head Office is taking seriously. Stay away!

Decided to try this branch again after not having such a great experience a few months ago. Even more disappointing this time around. Ordered an extra hot whole chicken- wasn't just mild, it was verging on flavourless. Might have been somewhat saved with the addition of extra sauce, but for the entire meal, including three sides, we were only given one sachet of Nando's sauce to share. Not worth the trip from Woodstock, the long wait, nor the extra cost compared to some alternative flame grilled options. EDIT: 3 weeks after emailing Customer Care as was the response form "the owner", I just received an automated response, and no feedback. Why bother providing the illusion you take customer feedback seriously?

The Fiesta Fries from Nandos looks nothing like the advertisement nor the menu. The chips were stale and dry, hardly any cheese sauce and hardly any chicken bits. Quite unfortunate.

It's peaceful in the mornings of which I like. The fiesta fries really hits differently. That's my favorite meal. I always come back for more

Rude and argumentative staff. Our order was very clear and when we tried to politely correct the cashier, she just argued with us. We were happy to pay the difference, but the atmosphere created was very unpleasant. We were regular customers but will not be returning.

Came to nandos with my family thinking i can eat in. After waiting 45mins nobody brought my food to the table. When we asked, they told us for the first time, we aren’t allowed to sit down and eat at the restaurant because non of the workers and waiters came in today so we cannot sit down. There are no signs, nobody informed us. Utterly ridiculous.

Friendly staff, and fresh food. The parking situation isn't great as there's no dedicated parking for Nandos customers, so you have to park in the parkade behind the Nandos, which you have to pay for, and then walk around to the front. Other than that it is a nice enough Nandos to sit and eat, or to just pop in and grab a takeaway from. It is easy to find as it is on Main Road.

The food was great and it seemed very clean and hygienic. Service was slower than other Nando’s. Location makes it difficult to find parking and it doesn’t feel safe even though it actually is.

Have only order there once, and I'm very happy with the service and food I received 👍🏻

Honestly if I could give this place a minus I would. Where do I even start? The cockroach running on the wall? The staff member who was on lunch and when asked about the table indicated that it was a table reserved for staff? Then proceeded to move at her own leisure to another table? The sauces that we had to go and retrieve ourselves? Our server moving at what can only be called a snails pace after we asked for takeaway containers and then bringing us some weirdly shaped container for which the bottom half was twice the size of the top half and therefore we couldn't close it only when we asked a staff member to assist with closing was the container swopped out? All this AFTER we had been here previously for takeaways and understood that they were closed due to loadshedding. Only for them to remain closed well after the electricity was back, we waited for 30 mins outside and not one staff member bothered to come to the door for the many people that came to enquire or put up a notice as to when the place would be open again? The food was nice enough but see cockroach story above. The cashier (Nosibusiso) was nice.....

This was my first Nandos and it was a fun experience, especially because of the sauces. We were treated to lunch here by a business partner and it was an honor to get to try one of South Africa's most famous exports! Note that the portions run small (which is better for everyone anyway :)).

Takes forever. Your takeaway will take 30min + Under staffed or maybe just not trained as they were running into one another and I saw a fire at some point. Rude staff. Ended up cancelling my order and going elsewhere after 40min
