This is what we found when we got home: sad food. The breast was mostly just a bone dipped in batter. The coleslaw was half missing and the chips looked like orphans. We used the drive thru and I thought it was interesting that it was empty when we got there. But seeing what was packed when we got home, either all the good stuff was taken already and we got leftovers, or they had no customers as this is standard fare.

We waited for over 20 minutes to place our order during loadshedding. We were informed that the generator is too loud for the staff to hear when you place an order. Fair enough to the staff. However, who places a generator right next to a speaker? That's not very wise, if you are to deliver a service knowing that loadshedding is to continue for the unforeseen future.

Avoid like the plague unless you want to be plagued! I had the misfortune of accepting a pick up via Bolt. While I waited for the staff to assist at least three customers returned with complaints ranging from poor quality to missing items. One of my fellow delivery men had to return to fetch a missing item. The staff are unfriendly and just as disinterested as the manager who I tried to engage. I spoke to the group of Uber and Mr D delivery men and they confirmed this is the norm for this KFC. I unassigned my delivery, I apologize to my customer.

I ordered twice in a space of an hour. Both times the food was disgusting.The Streetwise2 chicken tasted horrible,old and had a stink smell. Then in my second order the roll of the zinger was so dry and stale and the chicken was awful too. The pops also tasted horrible. So disappointed.

A busy place .good and fast service ,excellent food .and one of the only Kentucky's that serve there chicken with out trimming in it in to smaller pieces.i don't eat chicken but my family really enjoyed it keep up the standard.

Today is Saturday 8 July 2023. My husband ordered in store and asked for a SW3 with a drum, thigh and side breast. He got a drum, side breast and top breast even though he repeated himself three times! I ordered a Zinger box and the wings were tasteless , the winglet only had half its crumb coating and the lettuce on my burger was brown and limp. No sies man! How do you expect people to eat this? The manager was apologetic over the phone but did nothing to remedy the situation. I give up! I'm never buying food here again. I've had consistently bad food from this branch for a while now. You need to do better.

The Zinger wings and Dunked wings were the smallest I've ever seen, and very dry. I have ordered this from other KFC's quite often and was very surprised when I opened my order to see this quality. Very disappointed

The chicken was tasteless and disgusting. Mash and gravy very blans and mash wasn't fresh. Spar chicken tastes better. Will not be back.

Everytime I whatsapp order then in the drive through for like 20 to 40mins only to be told they don't have my order and they can't replace my order through the drive through even though i mentioned by the order box that I'll then cancel my order then reorder by them instead and then was told no its fine Eventually getting to window to pay then was told you need to go inside and then reorder because they don't have no whatsapp order and I showed them my order on my phone and then have to wait again. This happened to me thrice. Only on third time manager said they will do the food so I must just come inside to pay. However will not come here even again even though I stay I'm the area

Worst experience ever Ordered 2 can dine today when it arrived there were pops missing I called in the lady said no problem the will deliver them they called again took my address and all and said driver on the way I have been waiting since 6 They probably said it cuz calls get recorded and was never planning to deliver and may not be the first or last time they do it probably leave out certain stuff on purpose Either way wouldn't recommend this kfc

Good service, the chicken is well cooked and not oily. The proximity to the bottle store and the people that hang around there is a major downside.

Overall I've only had a good experience. If you're sitting in or doing a takeaway the food is fresh and the staff are friendly.

Staff make the customers wait for up to 30min even though they are clearly not busy. Lunch time and they have no filets ready.
