I've been to the Andros for food before and was beyond excited to try the spa. Upon arrival I had to wait a while as the receptionist seems to also do massages too so it took about 5 minutes before the gate was opened for me. I was welcomed with a very tasty juice and a tea with rusks which was lovely. My voucher was a 50 minute Elixir massage which I received as a gift. Sadly, I would not recommend it. The cream that they put on your back to warm up your muscles was so hot. I thought it was the bean bag that was causing the extreme heat so I expressed the discomfort and she took it off but the burn remained. There was no warning that I was going to be going through that. I don't know if others complain about it or if it is just me but that was very uncomfortable. Perhaps others like it but possibly to warm the clients that they will be experiencing that or ask if possibly one has sensitive skin. I'll still return and try out a different massage / treatment. PS, your buzzer at the front has the incorrect spelling of your spa and was spelt "gingko"

Not very happy with the level of service I got. Had an appointment, rocked up on time and all and midway based on what I had booked an appointment for, now I'm told about extras that I must pay for which is ridiculous considering I booked and paid in advance. Also, just overall in terms of time and technique, I just was not impressed. Sweet people but it's a huge no from me

Lovely little spa, hidden in the suburbs. Private, quite, and really good massages. Will def go back.

Awesome little spot hidden in Claremont! My girlfriend and I got a couples massage using the Entertainer app and only paid half price for 2 hot stone massages. The ladies were there to welcome us in the most polite way possible and once we got started the massage was spectacular. It's pricey but definitely worth it in my opinion. 5 stars well deserved.

My daughter and I went for a spa package. I phoned them 1 hour before our appointment to ask if I could have my eyebrows shaped & tinted and they said yes. Then, when I arrived they told me the wax takes too long to heat up and so they can’t do it. I asked them how long it takes to heat up etc and was only told a long time. I went to my usual brow therapist and she told me it takes 10 - 20 minutes max… Our treatments took 2 hours and daughter opted for a paraffin wax for her feet. They warmed her the wax was so hot she can only touch the soles of her feet in it otherwise it will burn her. She did just that with both feet & said it was ridiculously hot. So she didn’t get the whole if her feet done as it should be but only the soles. So felt a little cheated by that. Both therapists were nice though and the treatments were good. The salon was nice too but they need to be able to provide the basic services of a spa comfortably.

Definitely one of the best back massages I have ever had! I think one of the best feelings when you get a massage is feeling like the therapist is taking their time with the treatment, not rushing to get it done, and not cheating you out of massage time! The Therapist at Ginkgo was so thorough! Friendly staff, small and clean spa. Relaxing.

This is a Spa you'd go back to. It's small, but I thoroughly enjoyed my Swedish massage. It also wasn't too hard to find in the southern suburbs. We went early morning and it was quiet with minimal traffic noises, so it felt fairly tranquil.

Hubby and I went for a couple's luxury pamper treatment package in December, and it was amazing and so relaxing! We felt like a king and queen. The package included an express mediheal pedicure, Gingko Elixir Signature massage and a hair and scalp steam treatment. Thank you for such great service.

A friend and I had the most stunning treatments done by the very professional ladies at Ginko. Kim (the manager) was so sweet and helpful and the two ladies who did our treatments were so polite, well trained and really tried their best to create a wonderful atmosphere for us. We will most certainly be back again!

I bought a voucher on hyperli and the service received was excellent. Both ladies were so professional and created a peaceful, tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

I was recently treated to two very invigorating and uplifting treatments, leaving the Ginkgo Petite Spa feeling so refreshed and energized, with glowing skin and a joyful heart! The 75min anti-aging facial was out of this world, and so was the back, neck and shoulder massage which I was in real need of. From the warm greeting on arrival, to the comfort of the treatment rooms and the super professional care of Siba, the kind therapist that looked after me, the whole experience was complete bliss. Cannot wait for my return visit, this lovely Spa is such a gem and should be a secret that is shared xx
