Apart from the lack of friendly service, it’s seems to be a common theme recently at a few fast food drive throughs. This is that they ask you to start your car and move backwards to wait for your food. I dislike complaining about things in general but not being greeted at both windows and then being told “ just move back to wait for your food” is a bit ridiculous. It shows that the business is not actually worried about customer satisfaction or service and just worried about making sure they are not flagged for customers waiting long for food. It’s a terrible set up. Another thing is the inability to get the order right, I asked for 2 sauces and it wasn’t even rung up. Then when I got to the front window and asked for my other sauce I was made to feel as if it was my fault the other sauce wasn’t ordered. Then when I tried to pay there was only 5 rands to give me change for a R200 rand note. This is a small issue the real problem is the customer service and also being made to move your car so they don’t get in trouble for the time. No issues with the food 👍

Admitted went on a Friday evening, but the service on the drive thru intercom (couldn’t hear and battled to understand), pay station (couldn’t find our order) and collection (no pleasantness) reiterated why I should choose another fast food drive thru. The new store looks great inside and out but feels sorely like they don’t invest in training or general customer service anymore. I’m always friendly, smile, etc. Really need that to be reciprocated to be made to feel like a worthwhile customer.

Popular drive-thru. Very convenient to go to, but always very busy. There are 2 lanes to order, but they then merge into one lane to pay and collect. There is usually a bit of a wait to order and then to eventually get your food because of the backup of all the cars. But the food is always good and hot!

Useless. Orders always wrong. Staff lost and you will always have to park and wait at drive-thru. One star is generous - this place is utterly useless. Don’t bother coming here

This is the 3rd time they messed up my big Mac. After the previous 2 times I don't drive away without checking. I opened it up and there was no mustard or onions. So I asked if the recipe is supposed to have those and the lady said "do you want and took my burger" so I assumed she was putting on the missing ingredients. So I was very confused when I got home and there were still no onions or mustard. I give up on them, not going there again.

Love coming here after work, the drive through idea is awful. 2 lanes that merge into 1 is always a problem. The intercom also doesn't work properly every single time we there. Food always great 😊

This Mc Donald's is one the few that has ice cream any day not like others. Service is good the order takers arr attentive love this drive thru. Easy and conveniently situated close to the KC turn off from m5

30 minutes in a drive through is madness. I ordered a happy meal. Waited ages for the girl to take a tap payment because she's taking orders. At the window to collect orders other angry customers were shouting at service because they waiting too long. I was so upset that it took so long that I didn't get My food lop thanks for such bad service that I forgot what I paid for because staff clearly didn't know what I had to get either. Second time I had bad service. Last time I waited ages for 2 drinks

Was really hungry. The drive-thru is a bit confusing. Their are two order taking boxes, which then merge into one lane to the pay window... other persons order went quicker so cars drive in front of you even though you were there before them. BUT friendly service, food was great. The Grand Spicy Chicken is hot. Thank goodness for the yummy Caramel Frappe.

Used to be my favourite branch. Ive eaten here multiple times recently and just been average. No crispness to my patty or chips… I did not finish my meal.

I must confess a potential dependence on the McMuffin, and due to nagging issues that keep me from completing an in-house survey, I'm compelled to complement the staff and management both stellar and friendly service. The attention to often overlooked details like the power washing the entire drive thru deserves public acknowledgement

It was very frustrating to have to constantly repeat a code from the app to redeem a meal at the drive in. After 10 minutes of repeating the same thing we had to order inside. This was very bad service.

Disappointing, what's happening to McD's breakfast...how can u charge so much for a teaspoon of egg.... on a breakfast bun u put a whole egg with the SA breakie you serve a teaspoon of scramble egg but charge a whole egg price. Very very disappointing. Manager and staff are not presentable.
