Absolutely incredible. The views are stunning and their facilities are pretty cool too: they have a steam room, sauna, infinity pool and a whirlpool/jaccuzi. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The massages are a bit pricey but absolutely worth it.

Went for the 60min Gentle Touch For Mom massage. Zodwa was my spa therapist and it was absolutely amazing. She gave me a pregnancy pillow and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the massage. Definitely worth every cent. Calming, relaxing and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Also went for a swim in the infinity pool afterwards and I was lucky enough to have the entire pool area to myself. What a treat. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful spa with great service. Got a fruit platter for the birthday girl. Products are also affordable. Nice amenities as well.

The staff are absolutely fantastic ☺️the masseuse that helped me charne was so friendly ☺️the nail tech that did my nails was in such a rush that I ended up just saying I was happy cause she seemed annoyed .Other than that I had a relaxing day at the Spa 🧖🏻‍♀️

What can't I say. Upon entry I was greeted by super friendly reception staff, a quick covid questionnaire and was issued a welcome pack. I was showed to a well kept changing room and headed to the most beautiful waiting area with a few selection of beverages available. I was introduced to my therapist and was had the most amazing massage I had ever had, I thought I had gone for massages before this was pure bliss. The staff was attentive, friendly professional and just made the entire experience a research to return. After an amazing 3 hour session. I got to use the amenities available, indoor pool with an amazing view if the harbor and Bloubergstrand and the sauna with an amazing view of signal hill.

The treatments were lovely (I thought the rooms were a tad bit small) but what I love about this Spa is their facilities. Equipped with a fitness Centre, jacuzzi, steam room, indoor pool and sauna all located on the 19th Floor with stunning views of Cape Town. Lockers and showers available with complimentary Charlotte Rhys shower gels and shampoo that smell divine. Hotel guests have the benefit of using these facilities until 10pm. I will definitely be back.

Went there fir a mom and daughter special birthday celebration. They made an extra effort to present a delicious fruit platter. Excellent massage. Beautiful view from the indoor pool.

I visited the Heavenly Spa and unfortunately had a terrible experience. The room was uncomfortably cold, and the therapist was excessively talkative, which disrupted any chance of relaxation. Moreover, the "massage" felt more like a gentle run rather than a proper massage. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this spa, and it certainly did not live up to the standards expected of a 5-star hotel service.

Worst service of my life. I came here for a full body massage with a mate and it was probably the worst massage of both of our lives, setting us back 1K each for a « body rub » in an uncomfortably cold room. I then proceeded to forget my sunglasses here and called to enquire about it. I got confirmation that they had been found and they were described to me. I went in today to retrieve them, only to be kept waiting for 30 minutes, and he told that they were still searching through the lost of found. Which is funny because how does it take 30 minutes to find glasses they had confirmed to find 2 days prior. Believe every single bad review you read, I’d suggest you go to life day spa at the waterfront for much better service, massages and overall spa experience for a much better price. Please be ashamed of yourselves for the service you are currently providing. It’s despicable, atrocious and disrespectful.

Fantastic venue, atmosphere and highly professional staff members. A relaxing space to unwind in the bustling CBD of Cape Town. Increased access for non-hotel residents and a form of loyalty rewards for returning clients would be appreciated.

When I made my spa booking (for my birthday) I specifically stated that I will be using the entertainer app and I was told that they will present me with a voucher to use on a later stage on the day of the treatment. After my treatment I made the payment and requested my voucher for the entertainer app - they then said that they are not part of the entertainer app anymore and they said they will give me the voucher, but I'll have to use it before the end of the month- which was 2 days away. The confrontation spoiled my day of relaxation and the entire spa experience. They did however get back to me and gave me a voucher which I was able to use later, but the experience was already spoiled. I did enjoy the spa - excluding the bad entertainer app experience and the bad manner in which it was handled on the day. The spa has a very beautiful view and the staff are friendly. The spa also offers fruit, ice tea and water which is a nice touch. I do recommend that if you go to the spa, that you bring along your own towel or that you ask for an extra towel. The towel that they give you is very small and after using the spa facilities it was soaking wet and I could not use it to dry myself when I got dressed. I would have given it 1 star, but then the spa did fix the situation and if it was not for the unpleasant entertainer app situation, I would have awarded the spa 4 stars.

Staff: Helpful, friendly and always ready to assist Facilities on the other hand: - Pool was cold - Jacuzzie was dirty, cold and definitely needs maintenance. Not sure I'd give this place another go. Pity

Stunning views of the ocean and mountains from the sauna, jacuzzi and pool. The facilities & masseuse were good.

Location, facilities , sauna, jacuzzi and pool are exceptional and outstanding. However, if you're expecting an equally exceptional massage treatment you will be highly disappointed. There is one therapist who talks too much and doesn't meet basic massage criteria. She believes she is God sent and thinks she is allowed to delve into people's personal matters and preach as if she is a pastor instead of massage therapist. Please ask for a therapist who won't talk the whole time and who is able to do a professional massage.
