Very bad experience ordering Pedro’s via Mr D on 06/10/2023. My order was 30 minutes late. Tried to call Mr D but there was no answer. I then called the restaurant directly to see where my food was. I was told that it had just been dispatched, which was a lie. On the Mr D app I could see exactly where the driver was. He only left the restaurant 10 minutes after I called. When the food arrived my meal was a mess. I was also only given half a portion of chips, despite the fact that I upsized to a large. I might as well have ordered a regular. The flavour for the burgers was also incorrect. Won’t bother with this restaurant again.

I love the food and the quality is always the same. Way better than Nandos with much cheaper prices on amazing chicken. Do it. Enjoy 😉

I always come here with my husband and family but today’s service marvels. The food is nice and hot no complaints and thanks to Asanda with a lovely service

Orderd Viva meal BBQ but the cashier made mistake and wrote x..hot promised to fixed .,..it was take away got home it's not what I ordered went back only for them to pour BBQ on top 😞

Two orders were messed up of mine in one week can't recommend this branch. This particular one had no chicken and another had the wrong flavor chicken. And I waited close two an hour while seeing other people who ordered after me getting their food before me.

In my experience the food was good, the waiting time was very long even when making a order and collect. But the service in the restaurant was very slow I think maybe they should have one person cleaning off the tables to ensure the restaurant remains clean.... But they are friendly staff all the way, good food, great atmosphere. 😊

This is the best thing since sliced bread. This is Nandos at half the price and you cannot go wrong with a meal here. The only downside to sitting down is the constant banging of the metal container at the back with the spice that gets super annoying.

Pedros offers great chicken meals and has good customer service. However, there is quite a long wait time to get one's order. Nevertheless, they offer a great atmosphere where one could dine alone or with family and friends, with affordable and comforting food.
