Had to wait long in the drive through, since they were very slow 🐌, got my food and headed back to the office the not sure what happened to a fillet peace but this is a complete down sizer to what we normally get in the wrapsta meals, not sure what happened here but im really disappointed. This look like one pop that they added in wrap.

Usually busy, and there can be a traffic jam for the drive thru. When I got my order with no tomato sauce and chips spice, the lady only gave me one of each after I had to ask. I asked for more but she lied and said there isn't any more. After leaving and realizing that we need more sauce, we had to drive back. Then the lady behind the counter was still reluctant to give more sauce. The attitude displayed was disappointing. Did this KFC run out of stock?

I have always been happy with the service I received at KFC Obz. I am from the northern suburbs but both my daughters studied at UCT so was for 6,5years at the Meds School at Groote Schuur. Over these 6,5 years I have used KFC countless times and they have always been friendly, fast and efficient. 👌

This is the amount of chips that came with a wrapsta box ordered this evening 26/11/2023. You all cannot be for real. 15 chips, really?😂 Did not even have the strength to complain because you knew what you were up to.🙄

The drive through sometimes takes really long and the customer service isn't too good. We ask questions about the food, specifically zinger wings as the spicyness level is not consistent. The employees don't answer the questions and I guess sometimes don't understand what we are trying to ask. You are often met with beggers asking for you to buy them something which is sometimes uncomfortable. A lot of people that come here are students and don't really have a lot of funds to begin with, such as myself, so it's unpleasant. I've seen people walk through the drive through at night and I don't think its particularly safe, especially for girls.

The food was amazing as always, I had the family feast which is one of their new promotions . Basically it's 6 PC's of chicken 2 large fries , nuggets and 2 slide burgers. A very filling meal.

This is a terrible drive through. I got here at 10:30 pm and we have moved one care in 15 minutes and I am stuck in the line since people are behind me. Why is it so slow. I’ve been 1 behind the person at the window for an additional 10 minutes. The service is disgusting. I have been trapped for almost 30 minutes. There’s not even anyone at the window. We are just sitting here

Went their this evening and had poor service... Was rushed by the workers when using the touchboard menu to place an order right... Wait 45 minutes for my order and then finally called my order and asks this coloured lady can I have Sprite for my drink because I wasn't given the option to choose, she deliberately ignores me and pours a coke and tells "Sir there is an option yoh were just suppose to touch on the customise option", but baldy order was rushed by your other employee because there was a line. I am paying R80 for your over priced meal let me at least choose my drink Rather go to McDs across the roads... For the same amount get more filling meals and its cleaner Also Twisters are getting smaller and smaller Also been there quite a few times for the strips promotion of R20 with Peri Peri Sauce... Not once have they remembered to give me the sauce, have to go back each time asking... If you do go there check your order to see if the sauce is there and all items are there
