This KFC takes the top tier of bad service!! Got there at 9am on a Sunday ordered the brekkie meal that comes with cappuccino they told me the machine is out of order I must take cappy juice with my meal, when I went to collect and asked for orange juice I was told they have the apple ONLY 😤 like why is this branch even in operation in V&A coz clearly it’s unless tourist will experience such nonsense service shame!

I've been to several KFC's around the world and this is the best one so far as far as the taste of the chicken is concerned. While the staff wasn't nasty, they weren't welcoming either. I would return though because the chicken is good.

Terrible service what is this suppose to be 2 small pieces of chicken and chips you can count and a piece of chicken that looks like someone has eaten it never will I come to this branch again will inform all my friends and family

Rude and discriminatory staff. Received better customer service at a Shoprite. Coffee tastes like water. Prices are high but quality of food and service is poor. Should really give lessons on customer service

Ordered, at 10am, 27 Streetwise Twos, to be collected at 1pm. Service was good, but Mondi, the manager was excellent. Food was ready when we arrived to collect, all neatly boxed and he made sure that we were happy and satisfied with everything!

Good atmosphere. A little very busy when I visited and the cashiers didn't seem to be in a hurry. Slow service. Disappointed there was no ice cream.

I am utterly disgusted by this KFCs food. Their chicken is dry, rolls is old and falls apart when you eat. It looks as if the food has been thrown on the roll. There is not even sauce on. I am so disappointed!!!

Cashier was rude and asked for a donation, why would I donate when the service sucked. I also didn’t get my food yet so I don’t even know if it’s worth it. Then her mood was even more sour after not donating. When we got our food, we asked for ketchup. They hesitated and made us check our bag to only give us 2 packets. We ordered a large family meal and 2 crunch burgers. My wife used ketchup for chicken and fries so we needed more. They gave us another 2 packets… very stingy and rude people. The burgers were horrible don’t even bother. Zinger wings and pops were the highlight. Reg chicken was as expected. Go to another KFC nearby, this one is trash
