I recently had the pleasure of dining at Plucky's Korean Fried Chicken in Sea Point, and it was nothing short of a remarkable experience. From the delectable food to the inviting atmosphere and the genuinely friendly staff, this establishment sets a high standard in the culinary scene. Let's start with the star of the show: the Korean fried chicken burgers. It was, without a doubt, a flavor explosion. The chicken was fresh, warm, and prepared to perfection. Each bite was a delightful mix of crispy and tender, and the bold Korean spices were a true delight for the taste buds. What truly stood out was the portion size – it was not only delicious but incredibly filling. Plucky's certainly doesn't skimp on serving up a hearty meal. Now, let's talk about the boba, which was an unexpected delight. The drinks were refreshing, and the boba pearls had just the right texture and sweetness. They were the perfect complement to the meal. The atmosphere at Plucky's is also something worth mentioning. The vibe is inviting and relaxed, making it an ideal place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The restaurant's cleanliness and warm ambiance added to the overall experience, making it an enjoyable place to dine. However, what truly sets Plucky's apart is its exceptional staff. They provided honest recommendations and were a pleasure to interact with. Their pleasant and welcoming attitude enhanced our overall dining experience, and it's clear that they take pride in providing top-notch customer service.

Coming from someone who is not a fan of Asian food, I was not disappointed! Delicious food and a go-to place if you're craving Korean styled food with a tiny touch of South African taste. They have friendly staff. The wait is not long +-5-10 minutes. While you wait, why not try out their selfie/photo section for the gram.

Manager was fantastic super friendly and food was good.A little too small but really adorable if you a Korean food. From presentation to packaging really a lovely experience. Good value for money quite inexpensive. The doorway is so cool it's a hand holding a cellphone and u can take pics in the doorway.

Super cute, funky place. A must visit & Halaal! 😏 a bit on the pricey side but quite good serving sizes so highly recommended the flavours. So many good things on the menu.

The restaurant is small but cute. Not much seating space but they aren't that busy in any case. I love the vibe and aesthetic, makes you feel like you're in Korea lol. The food is decent, we had a voucher so it was value for money. I think you will enjoy the food if you enjoy Korean Cuisine, personally I won't eat this type of food often as the flavors are powerful but the food is quite fresh. Their Ninja burger and Primi burger is good as well as their corn riblets. The bao buns were nice too, wasn't a big fan of the kimchi wrap probably because of my type of taste buds. Overall not bad.

Supposedly opened at 11am. Drove from Durbanville arrived 12pm for lunch and shop was closed. Drove to Moyo only to find one staff member on duty and he told me the other store wasn’t open due to staff issues! Nice concept, food did not live up to it though! It’s a shame but so typical of companies in South Africa. Business run very badly! Will not support again!

The most exciting, intimate, Korean inspired, fried chicken eatery. The colourful, street style interior looks as good as the food tastes. Fresh, tasty, and addictive. A favourite spot in Cape Town!
