omw.... I just bought chicken from this KFC and the chicken was so dry even the bones was. I am disgusted that they will service this to customers. as much as I love KFC I don't think I will be returning soon because this is not the first time this has happened

That drive thru area is just horrible. Always dirty and smells like pee. Went for ice-cream and the ice-cream was off. Tasted very sour. The manager was very apologetic and refunded us. Very nice guy. The bags and bags of dirt standing next to the window where you collect food is very off putting. Not sure who's dirt it is but not very appetizing when you're about to eat.

Ordered a Colonel Burger and literally got a burger with the chicken patty and mayo only. And zero effort put into the chips. Definitely wont be ordering from here again

Food was ready in 5 mins, everything is reheated. They kept the receipt and we were advised not to use the cashier but the walk in self service. Time of order 10:40am- 10:50am, Card . Date 28th March 2023. Attempting to return it now, the chicken is oily and has a hint of lemon. No effort shown in the saggy chips.

if there was a zero star l would greadly put it so dissappointing with their delivery service after l call them an hour later they are telling me that the food is ready but there is no driver ..what is the meaning of having delivery whilst you cant deliver and thy dnt even bother to call you and let you know whats going on ..poor customer service ever and the manager Abogile calling me after l call them telling me we are waiting for a driver after an hour really kfc maitland 🚮👿👿

Ordered delivery, got a phone call after the quoted time that the driver had broken down 10 minutes prior to the phone call. Was told that I had to either collect or get a refund and no effort was made to assist the customer. Skedadel also put down the phone on me to add on to the poor service.

Employees (read Noluntu) scramble for till slips and enter competitions using their own / family / friend's details instead of the customer who actually bought the meal. When questioned about it, you get a chirpy attitude from staff who had no involvement in the whole process while the culprit avoids the issue by acting busy. Was funny and upsetting at the same time.

So a few weeks ago i reviewed KFC Maitlandand i was asked to contact their customersupport.I did that and they said the will call the particularstore and kfc mautland contacted me .The person who called seemed very uninterested in my complaint and said she will check the cameras and call me back in a half hour.She never called back .Then the customer service sent me a message asking me to contactcustomer service withr eference number. I did that and they said the store will contact me .The store still did not contact me .Then the customer service sent me a message for me to contact them again because they need more information which I did and rhey told me the same thing that the store will contact me .Still no store has contacted me .Seems as Kfc dont want to resolve this issue but they are quick to take my hard earned money for Raw chicken. My KFC CAS 1345823 V3Z2N7 .Chicken came fast as I ordered it but it was not cooked through as it was still raw inside .
