👍 My first time bowling ever it was a great experience. I love the place. It is vibrant and a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon, although I didn't quite like the fact that their wasn't any air conditioning, in the place as I was bowling it was starting heat up. So I think that I'll give it a fou... People often mention bowling, game, great, family, play, friends, staff,

The update they have made to the place is excellent! You get to wear your own shoes, grab drinks from the bar close by, the bowling balls have a theme of stripes or solids, and the lighting is awesome. All in all a great experience.

Loads of fun for the whole family. Friendly and helpful staff. They have specials on a Sunday as well. We had a lovely pizza after our game, and the gentleman running the "Bar with the pool table area were so keen to assist from ordering food to bringing our drinks. Even cheered the kids when playing pool. I can definitely recommend going, even during loadshedding. We were still able to play. Looking forward to our next visit there

Great fun to be had by families, friends or work colleagues. We went as a team building staff party. Shrieks of laughter and lots of clapping and wooping for good scores. Drinks and food available to add to the fun.

My Anyhoo's 🤪... It was OK...not Halaal so that's quite a ...(you know mos) So bowling on an empty tummy ain't great. The 'vibe' is quite nice, for all ages. The actual activity 😏 let's say my boredom kicked faster than anticipated. The restrooms are clean, and the eatery inside seems to be OK. Can't say (not Halaal)...but they seemed busy. So... until next time...😉

It is a great place for the whole family. It is better to make a booking before going, especially as the wait could be for 1 and 1\2 hours .

On the positive: the revamp is attractive. The lady who cleans your bathrooms is the only staff member with a pleasant disposition. Problems: The cover charge for people already paying to play, is annoying. If a customer comes to play a game, you should not be forcing them to eat/drink. I can understand charging a cover for people who are NOT playing. In addition, once forced to pay for a R25 cover over and above R85 per game, and being told it is redeemable against ANY beverage, I found out that I couldn't choose a coffee (I would have been happy to pay in the difference if necessary). So, we were forced to pay for drinks but restricted in choice. Your staff are rude. "What do you want" said in a gruff tone and with a grumpy face, is not the way to address the customer who, due to your ridiculous policy, now stands in front of you waiting to order said restricted drink.. Lastly, your computer gaming system is inconsistent. Spare scored as a 9. Last frame skipped over to our second game such that we didn't get to complete the first. Rethink your policies. They suck.

I went bowling here as a group of university students looking to have fun and bowl. I myself had not organized the outing so I cannot speak on the administrative aspect of making a booking here. I can speak on my experiences bowling. I had a lot of fun bowling with friends. The atmosphere encourages healthy competition with friends. The lanes are fairly spaced from each other such that one isn't crowded by people from a different lane. The bowling ball carrier was shared between lanes so one may confuse ones ball with someone else's pretty easily. Due to the group I went with being so large we were given free food each which was a lovely surprise. However since it was free, I had no control over what food was included or excluded. If I had the choice I would've asked for a vegetarian option which was not taken into consideration on their part. I was lucky in that the only things I couldn't eat were the chicken and one small pastry. I do hope the managers consider asking patrons for their dietary preferences before giving complementary food. Overall I enjoyed my time at the bowling alley! I was able to fully immerse myself in the game and had a splendid time with friends.

My friends and I booked a special which included cocktails and meals. When we arrived the staff couldn't tell us what we were going to drink until it arrived. The guy taking our orders had no idea what food to expect or when. Your staff should be properly briefed on your specials, it shouldn't be the client's job to run around looking for their food and drinks. Also you should say upfront in your advertising what people are buying- what if we are allergic to strawberries and you don't even give us the opportunity to order a drink that we've paid for? Additionally the place was like a zoo. Children running up and down the lanes (at risk of getting hit) and stealing our games because they're just throwing balls down any lane. Drunk adults screaming and shouting at 2pm in the afternoon. Absolute chaos. Not a good vibe for hanging out with friends or enjoying a chilled game of bowling. [Booking Sat 16 Feb @12]

Amazing food which is very well priced. Excellent and friendly service. Happy that it catered to the adults, my teenage son and they even have an absolutely amazing play area for my 5 year old. Overall, great family fun.

A not so great experience today! They only have two ladies assisting, lines are right around the back and there are empty lanes but no one is being placed there. Surely no bookings during school holidays. Very terrible experience today! 😞 UPDATE: ended up at the front and was told to come back at 5pm - no worries! Went to grab something to eat and told to wait at Lane 1. When the guys at lane 1 were done at 5:45pm another family were also waiting. I was then told to wait at lane 10, where another family was waiting. Needless to say a family outing completely wasted, money spent on parking and snacks while waiting for absolutely no purpose!! My kids were disappointed.

Love going here - however the smell of MOULD is undeniable. As soon as you walk in you are hit with the musty smell. There is no ventilation in the place which makes sense why it smells like that, but it’s definitely a safety hazard and I can’t understand why nobody has made a plan to combat or fix this. Each time I go I walk out with a sore throat. This needs more attention - I highly suggest you get this problem sorted for the well being of all your customers and to avoid a potential visit from the health & safety inspector.

The experience of the game was draggy, but if you have the proper hype group like I had when I went, you will be A okay. Bowling can be dragging and competitve, it's easy to forget to have fun. Make sure you have the right peeps with you. You have to pay for a combo ticket to play so you not just paying to play but for a snack which you may not even want. Something to be aware of is that they allow alcohol here.

Great, family environment, good competitive prices. Service was a good 7/10, possibly could have been more but one of the ladies was reluctant to assist and answer a few questions for the sake of clarity. But other than that, really enjoyed it and I will consider going back again and possibly with friends.
