I dont know how the treatments are but the bookings and customer service are really poor. The only contact number is to a central call centre which then sends you from pillar to post, without getting anywhere. Mostly they just put you through to a dead line. You cannot purchase anything online and have to EFT into an account and then email proof and hope they credit you. Its archaic.

At Bantry Bay Hotel- wasn't clear where one could park. Hotel receptionist directed us to the room no. We had a Swedish massage, the ladies were great and did a fantastic job, I felt so relaxed the whole week. Will definely go back.

I had a great experience at Mint Wellness. I went for an one hour full body massage. The facilities are clean and modern and my therapist was fantastic.

Revolting service and its such a shame. Struggled a week to TRY and make a booking - no one answers calls / emails. We have been last year for our year end function and also struggled to make a booking. Wanted to spoil the hubby this year - and what do you know - NO SERVICE .

We booked into the bay hotel for the weekend - we had a pool access room which was right next to the spa! The manager offered us a R500 voucher off any spa treatment! We were super excited and booked the spa retreat for Sunday, the receptionist took our details and confirmed the booking - Sunday morning as we walking passed we just wanted to find out what time do we have to be ready, the receptionist then says oh sorry there is no booking the other lady didn’t book it, then I reminded her that it was her that took our booking not another lady, she then says she only made a note of it because she’s new and she gave it to the other lady to book but that lady is off today. What a nice hotel left us with a bad taste because of the poor spa service.

I had the most incredible Aromatherapy massage today with Bianca - she focused on all of my areas of concern as mentioned in the beginning. Consistently felt for my tension throughout the treatment and focused on those. I’ve been for many massages around the world and this was my favourite with her!

Really disappointed with my experience of an AromaVine massage and Foot Therapy. There was no initial consultation, I wasn't asked what type of massage I wanted (there should've been a choice of five) and at no point was I asked if the pressure was okay - it wasn't. The therapist's technique wasn't great and I didn't feel as though the massage did anything for my muscles whatsoever. The description of the Foot Therapy made it sound similar to reflexology - it wasn't. It was a weak foot massage for about 5 minutes that should've been included in the full body massage anyway, followed by a foot mask that was left on for 10 minutes and then wiped off. The therapist left straight after my treatment and I was left to find the rest of the facilities on my own. I wasn't made to feel particularly welcome in the hotel itself as I kept being asked if I was a guest - clearly spa only customers aren't valued - and they couldn't offer me free wifi. The only reason I gave the spa two stars instead of one is because the decor is lovely and the spa itself is very well presented.

My boyfriend booked us a Love Actually package for us to celebrate our anniversary. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Staff were professional and friendly and the massages were out of this world.
