Decided to walk in to enquire about the services at 6pm today. The sign outside says open daily 8-8. The sign on the door says closed. I saw that there was a receptionist at the counter so I knocked and she signaled that I could come in. I was greeted with such hostility and when I asked if something is the matter she asked me if I can see where her finger is. I was highly unimpressed and said thanks and walked out. I decided to go back in to address her as I was not pleased with how I was addressed and she responds saying that she was busy with her work and that I disturbed her. I am a health practitioner and my staff greeted any walk in with such an attitude, I would be mortified. She had the nerve to tell me that her 20 patients for the day were happy with her...so must she suddenly be hostile to someone that isn't her patient. Not surprised that this practice has such a low rating.

Very Poor service, the dentist could not get my root canal right, eventually offered to refund me, in order to get my root canal treatment done else where. It has been over a month no refund, and response to calls and emails. No integrity or morals, I would not even give them the one star

I think 1 star is too high! The worst come back service to veneers done horribly skew for the 2nd time. 3 broken in the space of 7 weeks. Unreliable, didn't fùlfill the agreed material which was supposed to be zirconium. Unreturned countless calls, messages and emails. Even when we had an appointment on 2 occassions she had left early and not notifed us. I wouldn't even recommend this service provider to Dracula.🧛‍♂️ My rating would be -5...

This dental practice has the worst service ever. Right from the receptionist, the practice manager and the dentist herself. I am so appalled by how they operate. Had I seen these reviews, I would have never bothered myself and wasted my time with them. They don’t even deserve a one star rating.
