Food was good. Drive through not ideal. Traffic gets backed up to service road. If you are awaiting your order, you have to wait in the narrow service road in front. No parking bays. Looks dodgy. You feel like a sitting duck waiting to be robbed.

The service was pleasant and friendly. It was quiet and the order took very quick. However when a customer is present staff first has to complete their peer conversations, then attend to the customer. But I must add that the food was fresh and the turnover time was super quick for zinger meal. Not bad though... Please just work on etiquette....

This is definitely my favourite KFC. The staff are always super friendly as well as totally accommodating. Depending on how many of us are at home, I usually order the streetwise 2, but we all like centre breasts. They accommodate us every time and we get at least one per pack. All with a smile on their faces. On the odd occasion I've had to wait quite a while for them to cook my order but they've let me know straight away so no problem there either. I'll take photos next time.

Used the drive-thru, so not certain what it's like inside. The service is quick and the staff is friendly. The cashier was especially with multiple orders and special requests. The food was great, I recommend, but like I said, I'm not sure what the service or restaurant is like on the inside. Drive-thru entrance is a bit hidden if you are not used to the area.

Friendly and helpful staff when I was there. The food was what I ordered.. it was prepared as expected. And I didn't wait long. Never have at this kfc. Walk in or drive thru. (Lucky me).

One of the KFC's in the Western Cape that ranks among the worst I have ever visited.Bad service,bad food. Need I say more?

Staff not very friendly at all NO SENSE OF customer service. Placed my order waited for my order and people who came after me left before me, not a very happy customer no apology from staff or management even after I complained
