50 minutes later.... 4 tables that ordered after us received there food. Manager missing in action. We now hear they are missing ingredients... ffs... we would have ordered something else. Poor service. Cold coffee. Ruined our breakfast. Now late for airport. Avoid.

I'm not too sure about the coffee hey. No body and aroma in the cup I ordered. I only do Americano from any coffee establishment since it's the easiest indication of good coffee. Nothing hidden behind foam. Ask for warm milk but got pointed audibly by the barrister to my cold milk. So it's a no for me this time. Great location though.

Please be careful to check the amount on card machine before you paid. The bill came R270 and I paid for R310 including tip but they charged me total R340. I enjoy going to bootlegger at kenilworth but not this one. Never again!

Today was my second attempt at bootleggers nd the way my coffee was presented was made in a way that was not great...and the coffee was spilling over the paper cup once the barista put it down...you charge 36 for a short cuppachino...the very least you could do is make it with a bit more effort...you should maybe provide more training to the barista as the coffee I had today was not a great representation of bootleggers... I think Seattle could teach you guys a thing or 2...where customer service meets a good presentation of coffee...give each customer your best as it should be.

Cosy, quiet and beautiful space perfect for quick meetings, working or catchup sessions. It's a cross between a café and breakfast/lunch spot. Although well presented, I was slightly disappointed by the chicken wrap but their fries are a necessity. I do wish the waitress would have been a bit more attentive and patient but overall it was a good experience. I'll be headed back.

The service was great and she was an amazing waitress. Unfortunately they did not have chicken for the salad but added bacon which was two small pieces of bacon that was super hard to cut. Other than that the carrot cake was spectacular so was the bun less burger. Regarding that burger my partner does not like runny eggs and was surprised by a runny egg which I think they forgot to ask who he would like it…

Friendly service and great food. I loved the option of building your own breakfast.
