I
recently
booked
a
safari
trip
with
Livingstone
Safaris
and
was
extremely
disappointed
with
the
level
of
service
I
received.
My
assigned
agent,
Sam
O'Neill,
was
completely
unresponsive,
leaving
me
without
important
details
about
my
trip,
and
there
was
no
follow-up
or
check-ins
during
my
stay.
This
lack
of
communication
left
me
feeling
neglected
and
unsupported.
To
add
to
my
frustrations,
the
transportation
arrangements
made
for
my
departure
were
completely
inadequate.
I
arrived
at
the
airport
only
20
minutes
before
my
scheduled
departure
time,
causing
me
significant
stress
and
anxiety.
I
found
this
unacceptable,
particularly
given
the
high
prices
they
charge
for
their
services.
When
I
reached
out
to
the
owner
to
express
my
concerns,
she
responded
with
a
condescending
lecture
about
humility
instead
of
addressing
the
issues
I
raised.
I
find
this
kind
of
response
unacceptable,
and
it
only
added
to
my
dissatisfaction
with
Livingstone
Safaris.
While
the
resort
they
booked
for
me,
Londolozi,
was
fantastic,
the
overall
experience
with
Livingstone
Safaris
was
anything
but.
I
would
not
recommend
this
company
to
anyone
looking
for
a
reliable
and
supportive
safari
experience.
