The salon has a WiFi, we were served wines, and whatever you would like to drink. They went far and beyond for us. We felt at home and the salon is clean and thrilling. The nail technician was polite and very friendly, she did my nails in a very satisfying way. I am happy with them and they gained me as a new customer

I had a beautiful experience with the levels on ice salon. From the moment I entered the salon, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The ladies who did my knotless braids did amazing work in less than 4 hours! I will definitely return✨

i am very happy with the service as i was offered something to drink and a pillow to make me more comfortable. The staff is very patient and they make sure every braid is beautiful and trimmed. i’m definitely gonna come back next time. prices are also very affordable!

Best service I've ever experienced at a salon in Mowbray and at an acceptable price, I came in for braids and the ladies worked nonstop in making me beautiful with a fresh set of knotless braids they kept offering me free drinks and constantly asked if I was comfortable and happy with the style, it was honestly amazing and I left looking like a queen. Go there, get treated like royalty while you get your hair done!

Very clean wow have never been to a salon in Mowbray that is so clean as levelsonicesalon and the staffs are so friendly. I love my braids and nails. I really recommend levelsonicesalon Mowbray for any one that love a clean and neat salon. Yeah less I forget they offered me free WiFi free, free glass of wine lol. If you in Cape Town try to visit this salon with slow music in the background wow so classy
